When our shower wouldn’t turn on and then the handle broke we were able to get a consultation the first thing the next morning. Sam L. came out, gave us time to decide what we wanted to do based off his diagnosis of what parts would need to be replaced, and then made time to come back later that same day! Sam was quick to fix the issue and made sure we really understood what had caused the break before starting any work. Also very prompt! Showed up within the expected timeframe both times, while giving a 30-45 minute heads up before arriving each time. Will definitely keep his card handy for any plumbing in the future!

We had our water heater spring a leak and one week later our dishwasher hose burst. RR responded within the hour of our hot water tank issue which was in the late hours of the evening. We worked with the water mitigation and plumbing teams, both provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond. They were always available to answer questions and give input based on past experiences. As we dealt with multiple claims and a very difficult insurance company, RR continued to provide guidance and support. They showed us care and concern especially related to getting the house cleared of water damage and helping with an exhausting insurance exchange. Based on our positive experience, we would highly recommend them.

We had a toilet clogged and needed repair ASAP. Technician Tyson came out and fixed our issue right away. He was extremely friendly, described all the work that was to be done and got to work right away. Everything is fixed and working as it should now. Would highly recommend and will use for any issues going forward.

I scheduled and appointment the night before for a Sat mining after my catch basin/ drain backed up in heavy rain and flooded my basement. The dispatcher called me in the morning to let me know the tech was on the way. Kenny with Roto-Rooter was prompt and professional hydrojetting the drain to clear out the blockage. They made it quick and easy. I would use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them to others. Pricing was in range of similar services from competitors.

Clayton was just amazing. Found the root of the problem right away or should I say 2x2. He even went out of his way to just to make sure there were no other problems and made sure to explain the problems and the solutions to me very clearly so that I could understand everything going on.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend calling them if you have a plumbing problem or need mitigation support - they'll help you with everything.

Did the plumber solve my clogged main drain pipe problem? Yes. But boy did I pay an arm and a leg. Most estimates you see on line do not exceed $500-$600, especially when the plumber was in and out in less than an hour. I get that weekends cost more, but this company braggs about no weekend or after hours changes. I think not. Honestly charging over $1000/hr is the most insane thing I have had to pay for. Looks like these plumbers will sort of as independent contractors with each setting up pricing as they please, especially when help is needed urgently. If you're like me, and don't have money growing on trees, you're better off calling someone else from a known reference.

The work was completed in a timely and thorough manner. Importantly, the technician was an excellent communicator. He answered numerous questions to make sure I understood the problem and how he fixed it. He also helped by describingthe a process to determine if there was another unrelated leak that may need remediation.

Best response to the worst situation! The water damage was overwhelming, but from the start, Marcel was a reassuring advocate. Shane and the water mitigation/demo team were beyond professional, efficient, and most of all thoughtful about how they could minimize disruption as they did their work. Cynthia from the moving team was great to work with as well! I felt like all of them really had my back, were awesome advocates, and were so pleasant to work with! I’m really grateful!
