The specialist drain technician "Justin" was spot on professional. He respected my home by wearing protective booties, identified himself and explained step by step his course of action to tackle my older home clogged drain. At the conclusion of his service, he explained the warranty service and provided me with the company business card. Yes, I will use and recommend Homeservice Plumbers. With all of the successive atmospheric rivers, I had been waiting to hear my sump pump, music to my ears, but had not heard it at all this year. This includes back in late October when we had torrential rains as well. For piece of mind, I called Homeservice Plumbers to see what it would cost to have them check my sump pump. As they advertise, no cost at all to come give an estimate or inspection. Even better, they were at my home in less than 24 hours which was fantastic because I just kept thinking I was going to see water in my basement. Anyway, they came super fast, on time, in a small window of time as I requested since I am a teacher and can't easily get away mid-day, tested my pump (it works!), showed me how to test it myself in the future, and all of this was done in under an hour and no cost! I was fully prepared to pay to have a replacement sump, but thankfully that was not the case. Anyway, they are incredible. I will use them again and I have full faith in this company.

Home Service Plumbers are the very best! I’ve had several experiences with this company over the past year and each time they have performed in an exemplary manner. Their personnel are capable, efficient, courteous and clean, and always go the extra mile to keep the work spaces neat and clean. I will be using them for all of my future plumbing requirements and am pleased to have dust this company.

Do NOT recommend!! Two reasons: 1. Way overpriced AND not transparent about it. I got a technician on the phone to give me a rough quote because the job is super simple - cartridge for the hot & cold water mixing valve is leaking, so replace that, which they quoted me a reasonable range of $499-699 over the phone, understood it depends on the actual type of vavle when seen onsite. Hower when they came over the actual payment was WAY above that. If it wasn't because we were in a time crunch, we'd really have waited for another quote from the other companies that I've called, which turned out to be about half of what we ended up paying.

2. Waste of time for some non trade "consultant" (completely no plumbing knowledge) to give you random suggestions after seeing the job onsite (this aloof dude showed up inside of a technician and said they would need to break the bathroom tiles to get to the valve WITHOUT him even touching anything or turning on the water!! And my husband had to SHOW HIM that you didn't need to do that to do the job - inserting massive eye roll here). Then the dude took some pics and went to call "his boss" for like 30mins!!! And gave us this outrage quote. ($1500) I almost asked him to leave right there but again we were in a crunch and they responded to my call first.

As for the job itself once the real technician came out, it was done in a very barely minimum way. No extra care of the job site, or "by the way" this was not installed right originally so let me take care of that while I'm at it. Nope, you asked for a replacement, I bought the parts and replaced it for ya.

Most definitely will NOT recommend them!! I'm still kicking myself for not waiting a bit longer for the one company that we used once before with a much better price and trade professionalism. Never Again!!

We are extremely pleased with the work Jacob did to unclog the drain pipes in our kitchen. He is very knowledgeable and told us exactly what the problem was with the drain pipes and how to resolve it.
He arrived early and got to work immediately. After he unclogged the pipe, he wiped down the surrounding area including any water on the floor.
Jacob was also very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend him and will certainly recommend Homeservice Plumbers to our friends and neighbors. Thank you for the great service you provide.

Great service! I haven't always had the best experience with plumbers, but was impressed with this company. Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need a plumber!

I had a bathroom sink that had been draining slowly and then just became stopped up. We have one bathroom and four people so I needed it fixed ASAP. I happened to see an ad for HomeService and their $99 drain cleaning, so I called and they were able to come out the same day (on a Sunday!) Jacob was my tech and he was so friendly and fast. He cleared the line no problem and pointed out why the sink had been leaking as well, then fixed that issue with no extra charge. Great service goes a long way and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future (which hopefully are few and far between).

I contacted them at 11 pm on Saturday, and the technician Jacob came over Sunday morning. Super fast response! He unclogged the toilet quickly and left everything spotless. The price was $99 before tax with a one-year clog-free guarantee, and there were no extra charges for weekend, emergency, or dispatch. Transparent pricing and excellent service!

Winston, Xavier and David did amazing job. They were professional and didn't overprice the service (I got quotes from multiple place, and this guys provided the lowest without adding some unnecessary extra repairs). Highly recommend it! Solid five stars.

Hudson and his entire team had such professionalism and dedication to the work they did on my sewer line. The communication was clear, work happened as expected and the clean up was great. Jacob from homeservice plumbers was fantastic. He was on time and extremely professional. When a large snake failed to navigate the bends in my plumbing he swapped to a smaller one and quickly fixed the issue. Best price I've found in the area too

The team was prompt to schedule, no visit charges, we had a flush leak issue but we ended replacing all our 3 toilets with them. Amazing professionalism from both Xavier and Winston. Xavier did the initial assessment and helped me walk through the entire process. He then helped order the new toilets and schedule them. Actual installer was Winston who was very knowledgeable and thorough with his job. They walked me through every step, offered a great price. Will recommend youe business to anyone in a blink.

Bradley, Wyatt and Justin did an amazing job to unclog my kitchen sink and pipe. Justin came on time and tried snake and it didn’t work. He immediately scheduled my next appointment to use hydrojetting and explained what various problem can be while suggesting the most reasonable next step. Bradley and Wyatt made it a smooth experience to jet everything out - the grease was as thick as smoothie. We’re so glad to have our kitchen back.

At first I was not happy with the new garbage disposal, but they came out twice with no service charge and did put in a different one without any charge for the difference. All technicians were very polite and professional. Charges were quite reasonable. It's clear they want to make the customer happy.

Justin used a sewer camera to help me visualize why my downspout drainage system was blocked and not producing drainage at the system’s outlet pipes. He encouraged me to watch the inspection video with him and answered all my questions. He is logical, thorough and cross checks his analysis. An unrelated plumbing company charged me for fixing 3 downspouts, repairing crushed pipe, and hydrojetting the system. Unfortunately my pipes were still blocked with sand/rocks, and the inlet to the crushed pipe repair was crushed. He encouraged me to contact the original contractor and helped me with what to say. I am sure if Justin had done the repair he would have checked each downspout all the way to the outlets with the inspection camera to diagnose and after the repair. He would have kept at it until each line was in good working order and free from debris. Justin took the necessary time to visualize the entire system. He takes pride in his work. His rate for the inspection was more than reasonable. I did not include a picture of the mud build up. When the pipe is fully blocked the camera image is black.

The single-handle cassette for my shower was broke. Called Homeservice Plumbers. They sent their technician next day. Total cost of parts and labor was $750 + tax. I went with the repair given the almost 5 stars rating of the company. After paying for the repair, I found out later that the typical cost of repair is between $105 and $350. Lesson learned - trust but verify.
