Farid went out first thing the next morning, after I contacted him. He unclogged the kitchen sink and provided recommendations for a repair in the line for a separate leak. Charged a reasonable price and no pressure for a larger scale job that is potentially needed. He knew what he was talking about, I would definitely hire him again.

My driveway had a pool of water due to a clogged drain. I called on 2 plumbing company and both companies quoted more than $1200.00 to clean up the drain which I thought was too much. While I was checking the NEXTDOOR site, I came across numerous positive reviews on Farid and Washington Rooter. I called to inquire and he quoted $500 and was available same day. I was skeptical at first but when he got to my property, he presented himself professionally and confirmed the price after inspecting the drain. The inside of his van was immaculate and looked fully equipped. He worked on my drain and within 15 minutes, the water was draining. He also told me how to maintain the drain and where I could buy a replacement grill/cover. I am so impressed with Farid and called 3 of my friends to share my experience and his information. He is now listed as my go to plumber.

Washington Rooter was great. They came right away and quickly found and fixed the valve leak that caused a hole in the bedroom downstairs. Farid and his associates are very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them and plan to use their services when we need them in the future.

I highly recommend Washington Rooter. I asked them to hydrojet the sewer line to remove tree roots. Their work was excellent and the price was lower than competitors. Scheduling was easy and they were able to put me on the schedule quickly and at a time that worked for me. Farid and his crew are very nice and he explained the whole process to me. They worked quickly, explained what they did, and cleaned up before leaving. I'm very happy with the experience.

Had a great experience with this team! We have an older sewer line from the 1950s that was routinely having an issue with tree root intrusion. We have had a few hydro cutting visits to clean out the roots, but finally decided to commit to getting a proper fix. Went super smooth. Team was done replacing old connector in 2 hours with a new clean PVC pipe.

The Homeservice Plumbing was able to get me in same day and conveniently was able to move up the appointment to an earlier time, which I really appreciated. Making the appointment was easy and quick. I did question the $99.00 fee and was reconfirmed that the price is legit.

Wyatt showed as scheduled and he and his apprentice were both professional and went right to work. I could hear Wyatt explain why certain drains may need different types of snakes and the cause for my two clogs.

Wyatt was very thorough and made sure the lines were clean. He took the extra step in using a different type of snake to ensure the line was clean as far back as possible. Also with the guarantee of work, you can’t go wrong.

Final words, I am on a budget so it is nice to have a company not try to add additional or upgraded services when not needed. I thank you for that.

Home service plumbers came in and jetted our drain line from our kitchen sink. The work that they did was excellent. And the sink is draining beautifully now. The pricing was very fair compared to other plumbing companies! I would definitely call them again if I had a plumbing issue in my home.

I had Winston out to fix a leak in my ceiling. He was very clear about what he was going and the pricing of the services. He was very efficient with his time and cleaned up all the debris from his work. The pricing was very affordable for the services and I had a great all around experience.

Xavier also came out to a second servicing and did a great job. I really appreciate his attentiveness and cleanliness.

Update: we had to call Plumbers again and of course we only ever call Home Service Plumbers. They always go above and beyond and our kind people at clearly explain things. These guys are the best professional plumbers.You could ask for on a sunday morning brandon came out and did a snake on my sewer line there was an issue, so they actually sent out their gm his name was clark.He was a very nice person and very professional and talked me through everything that he was doing.He videotaped my line, and we had a drop in the line he ended up giving me a great quote for the fix best quote that i've gotten in town i've used several other plumbers, but these guys were the cheapest And the most professional definitely go with them five stars, all the way great people

Great service from these guys. Wyatt was speedy unclogging a problematic drain and Xavier came the next day to replace an old toilet within an hour. Fast work, good communication and quality customer service.

Jacob was amazing! He was so professional. He answered all my questions and cleared my floor drain in less than 20 minutes. I am so glad Jacob was the one that showed up. Super lucky! Calling for a plumber is always scarry and can be very expensive. This fix was only 110$ which is way cheaper than most bakery repairs. I've overpaid with other plumbing businesses and feel fortunate to have found these guys. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.
