Took care of an overflowing yard drain with same day service. Very flexible with meeting time and right on time with texts. Also about 35% less $ than other quote. Happy customer.

Farid and his partner were prompt, professional, efficient, and took care of our clogged pipe successfully. The estimate was honored and their were no surprises; price was fair and $200 less than another quote I received. Highly recommended! I will call them again if the need arises.

We have used services from Washing Rooter couple of times. Farid is very professional and have a good response time and replied even on Sunday. Last we had him replace our water heater and he got this done in no time at all to keep hot water running for us particularly in winter time. He knows his job pretty well and does follow-up call to make sure we are happy with the services provided. I would definitely recommend him for any kind of plumbing job. We had a nasty plugged sewer line between our house and our septic tank. Farid came out ASAP on a Saturday. He listened, then got to work and fixed the stinky issue. He told us the charge up front (which wasn’t cheap, but probably about right) and didn’t charge an extra weekend rate. I would definitely call him again if I need a Plummer.

The service and follow up were outstanding. On calling the owner immediately responded and sent someone to install a new garbage disposer. When I had a problem related to the kitchen drain in the following week, they sent their crew right away to look at the issue and although it was not related to the installation they fixed it at no cost. The service people were professional and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with this them and I would strongly recommend them for their work ethic and responsiveness.

This is my second time calling Farid. Last time was in 2020. Both times we needed a drain cleared. Our utility sink filled up with some gunk and water. It stunk and it was after hours. Everyone else I called was either not available or was going to charger $700 or more.

Turns out it was due to how we use our garbage disposal. He helped us understand that we needed to let the water run for longer after running the disposal so the food can be carried down the drain further. Since it's the second time in 4 years, we’re going to have it hydro jetted.

Farid is our go to guy. Highly recommend him.

Farid explained the kitchen line and sewer line how they are connected, showed the grease in kitchen line and some roots in sewer line, cleaned both of them using hydro jet and showed the cleaned lines. He was very patient in explaining everything, I was delayed by 20 mins and he waited for me. Price was cheaper compared to other companies. Overall 5 star experience.

Farid is a honest, experienced and efficient plumber. We had 3 other companies attempted to solve the clogged kitchen sink. One asked for almost 3 times of the price for doing the hydrojet. Farid came to the site within 1.5 hours from I called. And in a very short time, he solved the problem. He provided a quick and accurate diagnose and charged a fee much reasonable!

Two gentlemen from Washington Rooter showed up within an hour and a half of my phone call and repaired a backup in the main line to the sewage. They were pleasant, efficient, and most importantly, honest. This in contrast to another company who never cleared the line properly while offering unnecessary services.

Plumbing problems are pretty horrible. Fortunately, a little less horrible with the right people helping you out.

I have worked with Washington Rooter for 3 times. Two for hydrojet and one for cabling. The owner Farid is very professional and knowledgeable. He could identify the problems and solutions quickly and get three clogs resolved. Communication went well as well. Very happy with the service!
