Great group of people. Pricing is reasonable and the work is excellent. Thoren and Co. replaced our leaking shower on short notice, and we'll be having them back for a bunch of repiping work soon. Definitely will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

The plumber came right on time, was professional and friendly, got the work done and cleaned up. He was in and out of the house in an hour. Told me to let him know if there were any problems. I was amazed -- even moreso when I saw the bill. A fair price for excellent work. Love these people.

We were experiencing an issue with our kitchen sink backing up after the water had been running for some time (the joys of home ownership). Thoren and his colleague came to our house and provided a thorough evaluation of the root cause of the problem and the step by step approach of how they were going to tackle the issue. Obviously, it is never a great experience to pay over a $1,000 for a repair. But the technical expertise of Thoren provided me peace of mind as well as his explanation of the issue. That to me is worth the 5 stars and will have me coming to them again (hopefully not necessary) if a problem were to arise again.

Unknown pesky clog in drain solved!!
Thoren and Dan came out 02/14 to help with my problem. The problem was my master shower, toilet and guest toilet were not working. In fact I flushed the guest toilet and it backed up into my master shower.
So gross.
I tried to snake it and it did not work.
Wezee's sent Thoren and Dan out, and despite it taking longer than usual, were able to remove the soft clog and get me back and running.
Friendly great guys, down to earth, level headed and great work.
I recommend them.

Josh & James were fast at swapping out my tankless water heater and did it with expertise and care. The installation made a mess, which they cleaned up completely and you'd never know it even happened – which is hard to do with plumbing. Josh & James are knowledgable plumbers and very affable. They adapted existing pipework to accommodate a modern appliance. Excellent job.

I have used Weezee's twice to make repairs to rental properties, very old houses. Each time Weezee's sent experience and knowledgable plumbers who quickly diagnosed the problems and suggested reasonable repairs. In both cases I could not have been happier with the results. In one case i was only charged the minimum service fee.

We could not be more pleased with Wezee's Plumbing and their service. We had an emergency job to complete--a clog in our main sewer line. This issue meant we had no water for a couple of days, raw sewage in our tub--it was a stressful mess. We called Wezee's late at night and they called us back promptly in the morning.

This job took several days to complete. It was gross, messy, hard work on old pipes in cramped spaces. Thoren and Dan were tenacious and relentless in getting our situation in working order. They even squeezed us in during a day they had another job--they didn't have to do that, but they went out of their way to make sure we could use our water and toilets. Despite the many challenges that came with this job, these folks were five star the entire time.

I was referred to Weezee's by a friend and General Contractor. I sent an inquiry to Weezee's and received almost immediate response. Josh showed up less than 2 days later and gave me a quote on site. Weezee's completed the work the following week in 1 day. They were timely, great communication, did what they say they would to on time and for the right price with no surprises! I would recommend them to anyone

Weezie’s has done several jobs for me and my clients and I am repeatedly pleased by their timely service and friendly knowledgeable employees. I was having a leaking issue with the P-Trap under my sink. It was re-installed by another plumbing company a number of times and continued to leak. MILDEW STINKS! I called Wezee's and spoke with Thoren who was very helpful on the phone and said someone could come out right away. Zach showed up at our scheduled time (way to be punctual!) and told me exactly what the problem was. He replaced the P-Trap for me effortlessly. That was over three months ago and I haven't had any problems since.

Jennifer called me first thing on the Monday morning after Thanksgiving. Our water heater had died an invevitable death on the Saturday morning after a long life, and we decided to forego hot water until Monday. But first thing, she dispatched James and Josh to our place. Excellent communication, James popped by to assess the property before ordering a new tank, and by 3:00 pm, we had hot water. We have been considering a tankless option, and although we went with upgrading to another Bradford White tank, we would certainly call Wezee's again if we do an on-demand retrofit. It also sounds like Wezee's treats its plumbers well in exchange for excellent workpersonship, and that's a win-win in my book. A plumber who's respected will respect a customer in turn. Go with Wezee's!

These folks are GREAT! It was smooth and efficient from start to finish. We received prompt response to our initial query, prompt scheduling for the estimate, early arrival for the estimate, prompt scheduling for our work, prompt arrival to get the work done and excellent communication during the work. End result was finished and working properly. We will definitely be calling on them for further work as it comes up.

Everyone at Wezee's are focused on customer service. I was updated all along the way either by the office are the people who came to the house. There were no surprises and the price was reasonable. They are my first choice for any plumbing work!

Both the scheduler at Wezee's and the plumber were easy to work with. They provided a reasonable cost estimate and arrived promptly as discussed. A pleasant experience overall.

Top notch work! Called for commercial help however they sadly no longer do commercial. I was helped by Jennifer who went above and beyond to suggest other plumbers and even after my call ended fallowed up with a text message providing yet another option.
I have used these guys a bunch in the pass when I had a restaurant and in my home. I’ve never been disappointed and always impressed by their trouble shooting.

First good practice was they gave an estimate over the phone before I made appt. Good communication all around after that (Jennifer, Josh). Josh did an excellent job snaking a slow tub drain. Nice guy, clean practices. Recommended device to prevent more hair clogs. (TubShroom works great!) Before starting job, he informed me about risk of snaking vintage plumbing, and ballparked what it might cost if it became necessary to replace drain and trap. That estimate and the snaking were WAAAAY below another company's quote. VERY pleased with Wezee's.

They're the only folks I trust for plumbing. Zach has every time come in and done the most professional, fast, and high quality work over and over. We have installed a basement bathroom with wezee's, fixed a leaking sewer line, and gotten a new water heater through them too. While prices might not always be the lowest, he always does the right work needed. For instance, my kitchen sewer line sprung a leak in my front yard. I had bids from $3500 to $13k. No kidding. Zach showed up and fixed it for $1400. Not because he did a patch job, but because he did the right problem solving. He knew that a blockage was likely causing the leak and he was right. He literally saved me thousands. I had 2 plumbers saying we needed to demo work through the house and Zach did all the work outside. This was huge. Love the guy.

I live close by so I was able to have them stop by to quote within a day. Josh and James stopped by and were very honest with me right away. I have old plastic pipes and a pinhole had formed in one right were it attaches to a T fitting in the wall. They were worried about more damage and cracking from doing extensive work cutting out the fitting and putting in new piping since the pipes are old and prone to this. They gave me a sealant to apply several coats over the next couple of days for free and called it good. No charge. They were honest, friendly, and no BS. I will be using Wezee for any future plumbing needs. You guys rock! Thank you!
