My 60 yr old mainline exterior copper pipe cracked and flooded my basement through a window well. What a mess! I was out of town when it happened. Water service company turned off water at meter but it had been leaking for days. I got 4 quotes for either repair or replacement. Kenny and Sam responded quickly and excavated the site and found the crack where the copper pipe entered the foundation. They did a spot repair with PEX pipe and replaced the shut-off valve inside the house. After seeing how corroded the copper pipe was, I decided to have the 30 ft copper line replaced with PEX. They explained the pros and cons and were good guys, not high pressure sales types. Very credible. The next day they came back and replaced the copper main line from the house to the meter. They tunneled under my front sidewalk and didn't have to cut the concrete. They were careful to have the gas pipe mapped and avoid digging it its line. Very efficient. Total 5-star experience - very professional; know what they're doing; responsive; and very competitive price. Highly recommend.

I’m sure it’s nice when your faucet was purchased from them, but I have called twice today trying to get a super generic seeming part for a faucet and both locations were just dismissive and didn’t even try to help.

This is an awesome store! Now I might be a bit biased just because I’m a plumber and this store specializes in plumbing stuff. But every time I’ve gone to this store I’ve had zero issues. The workers there are awesome people and are cool to talk to. I’d recommend this store to someone if they asked.

Way better than Ferguson! Ferguson had 1 out of 10 items I needed. Add to that the counter guy didn't really care.
At Pacific, the counter guy was great! Knew his stuff and had a great sense of humor. My order was filled with no zeros.
I'll definitely go here first next time.

I contacted TM Plumbing to help diagnose a water pressure issue. Terry was able to discuss symptoms and ideas of the issue over the phone. He came out on site later that day on a Friday at 8 pm when we were available. That alone was more than any customer could ask for. We resolved the problem and laid out plans to bulletproof the system in the future. Above all, you can tell a lot about a mans work from the condition of his work van. It was clean inside and out, and very organised.
