Plumbing reviews in Bellevue, Washington
-
I hired them to remove an old water filter. Two people came when I was expecting only one - just a friend with the plumber I think. He removed the filter which was a pretty simple job and took out a hot water dispenser. Left a mess under the sink and then charged me over $400. for this.
I ordered a brushed ss soap dispenser and air gap cover and twice it came in the wrong finish. I asked for my money back and as of today I have not received it. Called several times and each time they stall me - I have just placed it in dispute with my bank.
I would never do business with this company and the companies they represent should think twice - terrible service. -
I was over charged on an invoice from a previous job. So I was told by two of them over the phone that they would take it off my next invoice, I said o.k fine. Sure enough, when I get the invoice, that charge was not removed. When I called to ask why, I was told they would not take the over charge off my invoice because when I was over charged they were in the process of changing ownership, so it was not their responsibility. My thought was, it's not my responsibility either, if you change ownership in a company, you take responsibility for whatever they leave behind. Granted the over charge was only about $50.00, I don't see why I had to pay that money for nothing because of their negligence.
As far as the work goes, the plumber himself was fine, he was knowledgeable and did good work. However, the administrative staff at Bellevue Plumbing is horrible. They pulled the plumber off my job about half way through to work on another job. No warning, no notice that he was not even there. So I show up on my job wondering why it's taken four days to screw a fiberglass shower to a wall, and is still not done. My employee informed me the plumber hadn't been there for days. As a result, a lot of money was lost because of the delay.
I wasn't going to write this bad review if they had taken that over charge off my invoice. But since they purposely lie to me over the phone for their own financial gain and my financial loss, I felt I should warn other contractors or home owners who are thinking of using their services. -
I had a plumbing emergency at my business and I called around and found that Bellevue Plumbing was the most responsive. The fixed my emergency within the hour and didn’t charge an exorbitant amount in my hour of need. I also had them work on a small job on my house and it was done so neatly and with care. My neighbors have used them and I always hear from them how great they treat their customers.

Awesome service! Ryan was wonderful, explaining what was going on and what our options were. However, Stan in the office misled me on the price of the replacement toilet. We are selling the house so I asked if it would be cheaper for us to pick up a toilet ourselves. He said no, the toilets they provide are typically cheaper. When Ryan came back with the new toilet, it was over $800!! Unfortunately, due to the timing of the sale prep, we were forced to use it. I was expecting something inexpensive like what you would get at Home Depot (less than $250), and we were hit with something over three times that cost. I had been provided a verbal bid of about $700+ for the entire job. I had never been given an update before Ryan showed up at our house.
Poor Ryan was the brunt of my disappointment, though he was still great and as helpful as he was the first visit. I will still use Bellevue Plumbing in the future, but will make sure that I get things in writing and not just trust what I am told by someone in sales. -
2 years back during winter 22 when burst pipe happened due to freezing weather, entire garage port was opened and you guys fixed the broken pipe area. Given your expertise in this area and being in the industry for so many years ,I expected that you had easily realized that this can happen again as the way the pipe runs as is it comes down and goes up to outside wall.
As the pipe comes up and down , water is going to stagnate again and will burst during freezing weather. Not sure the tenure of the technician and supervisor you sent was enough expert to easily figure out that.
Due to this, the pipe bust happened again early this year at the same spot. This year I had to spend $500 to take out the new wooden planks installed last year and I have to spend another $400 to put them back.
On top of it to fix the pipe, the job you have done above was a 15 mins job where you charged me $600. To fix the root cause you suggested adding another value in the garage to drain this water which will cost $700 extra.
I expect that you think long term from a custom point of view and provide the best service but both times it feel like you just wanted to do a patch job.
I am really not happy with the service and hopeful that it does not happen to other customers. -
The technicians from this location were courteous, prompt, and made sure that their work was exceptionally well done. My main technician was Ian and his apprentice and they were able to replace my water tank, toilet, and repair my bathroom sink in under 3 hours and under $5,000. I've had good experiences with Beacon Plumbing in the past and this call helped to reinforce my expectations.

Had a clogged drain that turned into a flooded bathroom. Called a local plumber and they arrived within a couple hours. They cleared the blockage and found a pipe crack that they fixed on the spot. They worked clean and didn’t leave a mess behind. Cost a bit more than I hoped but worth it for the fast response. Friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. Plumbing problems stress me out but this was handled well. Felt good to have it done fast and right. I’d call them again if I had any more pipe trouble.

I experienced a sewer back-up due to a broken concrete pipe out in my yard. These guys came out and hydro-jetted the blockage through my roof vent. Then provided a clear video and explanation about whats happening. We decided to move forward with the repair and couldn’t be happier with their quality of work and professionalism. I know who to call next time a plumbing nightmare occurs.

Got a fixer up house in south Seattle.
While living in the house and fixing it up slowly, my sewer line started to back up into my basement making a huge mess of waste water.
Was referred to pipe right by a friend, called and they sent out Kenny and Willem. old original concrete sewer had a huge flat spot in it
They used some cool pressure washer in my line and cleared out all the blockage.
Had them correct the belly in line by excavation, and they lined the rest of the sewer to the main and at the house.
Highly recommended Pipe right! -
Kenny was great to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was here to look at the sewer but answered my questions about the water pipes too which was very helpful. Thank you!

I had my water line pump replaced. They were wonderful to deal with with no pressure into anything. Sam and Efren were the guys in contact and did the work. Finished all in 1 day. They took off their shoes whenever they were in the house and even vacuumed the entry way before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

Sam and his team are amazing! We had the entire house re-plumbed and the sewer replaced - so a lot of work and lots of opportunities for mis-communication and un-meet expectations. Re expectations where not only met, they where exceeded. Sam's communication was great. His team showed great care for our home, especially in the parts which hadn't been torn apart.

I had three plumbers, including Pipe Right, bid a new bathroom and new natural gas plumbing project. Pipe Right was the best bid, and I could not be happier with their work. Sam, Efrain, and everyone else I dealt with were extremely professional and nice. My contractor inspected their work and said it was absolutely perfect, and that he'd seen none better. I will never call another plumber.
