Reviews of local pros in Bellevue, Washington

We recently completed a playroom in our house and would happily recommend Bogdan and his team. They demonstrated good communication throughout (including out-of-scope items being identified and resolved upfront) and they completed the project on time and budget.

BLC Remodeling did an outstanding job for our bathroom remodel. Bogdan and his crew walked us through every bit of work and priced out each option. As the project progressed, we were able to adjust what work we wanted done (within reason) and BLC was able to accommodate. Throughout the entire process, Bogdan was very easy to work with. It felt more like working with a friend! I highly recommend BLC and would go with them again in a heartbeat!

We wanted to update our living room and entryway with a more modern design. BLC Remodeling handled the entire process, including advice on materials and lighting. We're very happy with the result and would gladly work with them again

Our neighbors recommended BLC Remodeling so we knew we would be getting quality workmanship. Bogdan and his team surpassed all expectations. They were professional and caring and answered all our questions. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. Our bathroom was transformed into exactly what we had wished for. The tile work is perfect. The new shower and tub are beautiful. Their work was impeccable and they finished on time. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and went over and above in every aspect of the entire project. I would highly recommend BLC Remodeling for any remodeling project.

Bogdan and his team are one of the best in Seattle. They recently completed a small but difficult job of re-leveling the floors in my home built in the 1920s.

Some highlights:
-Service: Bogdan and his team provide top quality service. I was always impressed to see their work. Nick, in particular, does impressive work.
-Communication: Bogdan is very responsive. He is very good with texting and knows when to call for more complex situations.
-Price Match: If there is someone who can do the job for less, Bogdan will do his best to price match or he will clearly explain the difference.
-Network: If Bogdan and his team can't do it, he knows someone who can at a competitive price. He was able to connect me with a superb electrician that ended up doing work on my home.
-Advice: Bogdan is very approachable and provides real and honest advice on ways a project can get accomplished.

I was lucky enough to have contacted Bogdan during a time he had available. Hope whoever is reading this will be lucky as well.

We Hired Blc Remodeling for a bathroom project and it was the best choice. Not only did the bathroom come out fantastic Bogdan and he’s crew were so professional and organized. They were overly protective of our home! After it was finished you couldn’t tell there was any construction done! If you need an honest company, don’t even waste your time! Best experience with a construction company my wife and I have ever had!

Our deck needed a full renovation, and we hired Bogdan and his team for the job. From start to finish, everything was handled exactly as we asked. The workmanship is solid, and the final result fits perfectly with our backyard. Reliable and easy to work with.

Excellent team! We worked with BLC remodeling several months ago on a master bathroom remodel and dining room. The team was responsive, on time and clean. They helped us with making some of our design decisions and made sure we were aware what the timeline and cost would be in a timely manner. Our master bathroom turned out beautiful! Dream bathroom remodel! Thanks BLC!

This is a real review from a real person :).

We hired BLC to remodel a master bathroom, including custom tile shower, repairing damaged drywall, new tile floor, vanity, countertop, mirrors, fixtures and lighting. BLC was at the lower end of estimates we had, and they worked hard to meet our goals at our desired price level. Bogdan even gave us advice on selecting materials to meet our budget. They were timely and efficient, and caused minimal disruption in our home. We like our new Bluetooth-equipped vent fan/light. I would use them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work done.

We worked with Bogdan at BLC to remodel our primary bathroom. The team was professional, punctual, and kept us informed throughout the project. They delivered quality work—from tiling and plumbing to lighting and fixtures—everything was done as expected with no additional surprise costs.

They covered all flooring and installed plastic zippered curtains to our bedrooms and ensured the space was left well organized at the end of each work day. They were responsive to questions and happy to take input through the whole process. The project was completed just a couple extra days than originally planned and was within budget, and the finished bathroom turned out great.

If you’re looking for a reliable contractor who does excellent work, stay within budget and is easy to work with, I highly recommend Bogdan. We’re already planning to use them again for another home project!

We're very happy with the deck that Bogdan and his team built for us. They were super easy to work with and the finished product was great!

I would highly recommend BLC to anyone who is contemplating a home renovation project. Bogden and the BLC team are reliable, efficient, budget-conscious, courteous and sensitive to the needs of their clients - and they achieve amazing results. I would give BLC ten stars or more if I could!

BLC remodeled our primary and guest bathrooms several years ago. It was a large project and the entire team was outstanding in their planning and execution of the work. Recently our primary bath shower was showing a bit of wear in a few places that needed some additional grout. I contacted Bogden, and he was able to work my small job into his busy schedule. His team member who came to do the job was great, complete the work in just a couple of hours and the results were amazing.

Two of our neighbors were so impressed with results of our 2020 bathroom remodels, they both hired BLC and were similarly pleased with outstanding results on their respective bathroom remodels.

I worked with BLC on two remodels - a bathroom followed by the entire first floor including kitchen. On both the projects, BLC stood out from others in terms of their friendly attitude, creative suggestions, pride in their workmanship and enthusiasm in getting things done on time. On the first project I got multiple bids before going with BLC. I was so impressed by their work and honesty that I didn’t bother to get bids from anyone else for my second and much bigger remodel.

Even before the project started Bogdan was patient with my ideas for the kitchen and gave good feedback that shaped the final design. Many of his suggestions also ended up saving us a good bit of money. Bogdan’s contacts for materials like countertops, glass etc had good variety and the bids we got through them were amongst the lowest. As with all big remodels there were a few unforeseen issues once the demo was done. Bogdan and Zoli found clever solutions for every one of them. Bogdan kept in close touch with me on any decisions and updated me with pictures of the progress when I wasn’t around. Towards the end of the project we ended up adding a few more things. Even though Bogdan was starting on another project after mine he found time to squeeze in the additions and get it all done on time. Its been 6 months since the work was complete and I am happy to report that the changes have held up well.

I worked with George on the bathroom remodel. George was open to new ideas and came up with some cool suggestions that worked out well. The bathroom turned out beautiful, high quality work and was completed on time. Every crew member from BLC who came to the house was polite, hard working and showed up on time. There was a small issue after the bathroom was complete. Even though BLC was busy with their next job they stopped by promptly and took care of it.

A remodel can be quite a stressful experience - but a good team like BLC can make it a smooth and almost enjoyable journey.

We’ve used BLC Remodeling for 3 different projects, the most recent of which was a remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Bogdan and crew are extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, professional, experienced and they go above and beyond to ensure that every last detail is perfect and that their customers are satisfied. We could not have been happier with the outcome of our project which included extensive tile work on the kitchen backsplash and on both bathrooms’ floors and walls, kitchen cabinet refinishing from stained wood to white painted (which made the cabinets look brand new), installation of new vanities, tub, shower and all other bathroom fixtures as well as some additional exterior work including replacing siding and trim. They walked us through every step in the process, offered great recommendations, and ensured we were involved in all decisions. They’re polite, respectful, passionate about their work, and just a nice, fun group to be around. We’d recommend BLC Remodeling for any remodel needs. They’ve handled all of our projects in a professional, caring and comprehensive way. Thank you, Bogdan and crew!

BLC remodeling exceeded all expectations with their masterful remodel of my bathroom. Bogdan and his team’s professionalism and attention to detail were unparalleled, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, they exhibited expertise and creativity, resulting in a stunning, functional space that surpassed my wildest dreams. I highly recommend BLC Remodeling for anyone seeking top-notch luxury remodeling services!

The BLC team did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I was impressed by the transparency of the quote and the accurate estimation of the time it would take to complete the job. I appreciated the consistency in the crew that worked in my home and the fact that they were all employees. This was my first remodel so I was nervous about the process. I’m thrilled with results and have already booked the team to remodel another bathroom. Very strongly recommend!

5 stars isn't enough for the incredible work that BLC Remodeling did on our home remodel! From the initial consultation with Bogdan (the owner) to the final walk-through, their team exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail, the quality of craftsmanship, and the dedication to delivering a top-notch result were truly impressive.

The kitchen and bathrooms are absolute showstoppers! The master bath is now my happy place - I never want to leave! The way they transformed the space, incorporating our style and preferences, is nothing short of magic.

Their team is professional, courteous, and communicative throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one.

If you're considering a home remodel, look no further. Their passion for their work shines through in every aspect of the project. We feel so lucky to have had them by our side, and we can't wait to enjoy our beautiful new home for years to come!

Absolutely incredible experience with Bogdan and BLC Remodeling! They completed remodeling of three and a half baths for us. Top quality craftsmanship, delivered all work on time, highly responsive and communicative, and the crew was a pleasure to have around! Helpful beginning to end in all steps of process. THANK YOU! We will only be calling them for all future work!

We've hired BLC Remodeling for 2 separate projects and would highly recommend reaching out to them for your next home project. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and were very attentive throughout the whole process. They understood our vision for both remodels and executed them beautifully.

The first project was a complete gut of our main floor that included kitchen, dining and living room. They leveled out a sunken living room floor and moved our entire kitchen to fit our dream kitchen island. The crew worked on this massive project while we stayed at a separate location. We were impressed by their communication while we were remote and their adaptability with the supply chain issues to meet our project deadline without sacrificing quality.

We hired BLC recently to remodel our laundry/half bath. They once again helped reconfigure the layout to make the space more functional and fit a new shower. This modernized bathroom has become the favorite of the house. Photos are the before and after (prior to shower glass install).

We are absolutely delighted by the transformations they've done and plan on contacting them again for future project.

High-quality, trustworthy, passionate, and hard-working is how I'd describe Bogdan and his crew.

I initially received a few quotes for our master bathroom remodel and BLC Remodeling was right in the middle. I decided to go with Bogdan for his passion and energy. You should feel confident that they'll stay within budget and won't attempt to bill you for any small things that come up. As for our bathroom, they came in under budget and finished much earlier than expected.

Overall, my entire experience with BLC Remodeling exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended them to three other family members and are planning on our next project with them.

We recently completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel with BLC (who was referred to us by a family friend) and are so happy with the results! The kitchen remodel was focused on adding a new island (with lighting) and heated tile floors, and the bathroom was a complete remodel (new cabinets and sinks, shower/bath, wrap around tile, mirrors, etc). Both projects were completed on time and within budget. We can't say enough good things about Bogdan and his crew; they were always on time and were great about asking for feedback and giving us design advice along the way. They were also super respectful of our house (which we lived in the entire time demolition and construction were going on), and were diligent about cleaning up as they went. When we (inevitably) ran into issues that were unforeseen at the time they put the quote together, they worked with us to come up with affordable solutions. We had many "change requests" along the way, and Bogdan and his team were very flexible and responsive, accommodating all our requests. BLC has an expert in every field too, which is great for unplanned work (we added some electrical); our fence even blew down during construction and damaged our siding and he had a team member fix that! At the end of the project, his team worked diligently to complete the touch up until we were completely satisfied. We can't recommend Bogdan and BLC enough and will definitely be using them again for future remodel work. Thanks again!
