Ron is a great guy, and super responsive. I sent him a tentative email looking for a quote on Saturday, not expecting to hear anything before Monday and within an hour he replied to give me him a call. "I can come out tomorrow morning. Sunday morning" . He turned up exactly as he said on time, took one look at the drainage swail and said "I'm going to run a camera down right now whilst I'm here". Never mind the quote. He was able to do a video for us of the pipe and show that it hadn't got damaged and this was all in less than 24 hours. Absolutely stunning service would definitely use him again. Great guy! Great company! Great communication! Great to work with.

I cannot recommend Ron highly enough! He recently handled a plumbing issue for us and displayed a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days. From the start, he was incredibly transparent and honest about the work required.

What impressed me most was his commitment to his word; even when the scope of the project unexpectedly increased, Ron stuck to his original quote without hesitation. He took the time to do a thorough walkthrough of the issues I was facing and explained the 'why' behind the solutions he proposed. From the great phone customer service, easy and clear scheduling, to the same day appt I was able to book on a Saturday, and the arrival of two smiling, knowledgeable, and energetic servicemen (Charlie and Levi) who quickly got to work replacing my kitchen faucet and fixing a noisy/dripping bathroom faucet …the whole thing was easy & perfect!

Stan and Levi did an excellent job repairing a dripping water pipe in the crawl space. They worked quickly and efficiently, and also carried out a thorough full-house inspection.

I’m leaving this review after providing feedback through internal forms and direct messages with no response. In early May, we called Steve’s for a slow drip in our shower faucet. The repair was done incorrectly, causing basement flooding discovered the week of July 4. Drywall was cut and water remediation completed.

After weeks of delays waiting for correct parts, technicians returned August 3, but the replacements didn’t work. They came back August 4 for a full valve replacement, during which the pressure release valve began leaking—a problem that didn’t exist before their work.

As of August 5, the plumbing issue is resolved, but we’ve paid over $3,000 out of pocket for two plumbing repairs and still have open drywall holes and damaged carpet awaiting repair. Given the prolonged lack of a working shower, the damage, and inconvenience, I expected Steve’s Plumbing to reduce our bill for the valve replacement or the pressure release valve leaking, which again was not an issue prior to the work being done. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

I highly recommend Steve’s plumbing. Stan was my technician - he was super efficient and explained everything along the way!

Luke and Thomas were efficient in performing the annual inspection. Great communication about identified and potential issues. Helped assess a mystery kitchen sink leak and come up with a solution and found grease build up that would’ve likely led to a major clog. They took care of the clog and showed us how to use the Bio One to prevent a return of build up. Have been a Steve’s Plumbing member for several years and will continue because of the high quality service all the team provides as Luke and Thomas exemplified today.

Not happy with experience, commercial and rushed. I had my faucet repaired with a simple replacement, not blown out of proportions with their expensive estimates and part cost by Steve's plumbing company.
