Ready Rooter was awesome! They came out fast and helped me with an outdoor drain that was slow. They ended up finding the job was going to require a lot more work which I decided not to have them do. They didn’t charge me anything to come out and diagnose! Would definitely recommend this company. And Andrew was great, very helpful.

We had a plumbing emergency with our well that was flooding our well house. We called ready rooter and they sent someone out within 4 hours of calling. Michael did a fantastic job and was super kind! Very thankful for him and ready rooter. Definitely would call them again!

Ready Rooter definitely lives up to expectations. We were experiencing some drainage issues throughout the home and after a quick phone call we were scheduled right away. The technician was on time and very polite, extremely informative and incredibly helpful. We got the problem solved in budget, with some advice to prevent the issues from returning. We will definitely be recommending them to others.

I’m very pleased with Ready Rooter for what they did to replace my house main water line, they did professionally and responsibly from the beginning to the end. First both Jim and Nate came for free onsite quote, they explored few different ways to do the job and finalized with the best way to ensure the quality over time. There are other companies provided quotes too but Ready Rooter’s quote has the best job description and warranty, although their price is in par with another company. At the end they try their best to clean up and restore my landscape. They deserve my 5 start rating.

When we purchased our home, we never thought of having a main sewer line inspection. We dealt with pipe clogging issues since we bought our home. We called Ready Rooter since I saw that they had a good rating on Yelp. I got to say that Jared Ingram and Cody Barlow and their team went above and beyond to get our plumbing repaired. This turned out to be a major repair, but their work is top notch. I always knew that this would be a major project, but the guys got it done within a week with minimal downtime for us. I asked for 48 hrs window and got an app next day. Very organized and clean, professional and friendly. Isaac did unclogged my primary toilet without any problem. The job was guaranteed for 90 days. Great pricing. He gave me great pricing to change my shower head and it works beautifully. Advised me on better brand of toilets and kitchen sink facet. He is my go to plumber. After heavy rains last weekend we had a significant leak coming into our basement. I was desperate to find anyone to come out on a Sunday evening but they were marked as “Open” on Google and so I called. A plumber (Roger) stopped by at around 8pm on Sunday and was able to take a look and suggest we get a pipe scope on our old drain on the exterior stairs leading down to our finished basement. He also contacted a remediation company and they were out to our house by 9pm on a Sunday. The rains subsided and the leak was slower but they helped to mitigate for the night.
Jim was out the next morning and tried to scope it but the tubing wasn’t able to thread anywhere. Long story short, we had a collapsed drain and now we have a brand new exterior sump pump thanks to Devon and his team. They were tidy, nice, and kept us updated since we had to leave town for an already planned trip. He assured me “we will make this right so you don’t have to worry about this again”. Such a relief.
I’m incredibly grateful for everyone that helped us with this- their response was so fast, the price was fair (it was not a cheap fix- don’t get me wrong, but they had to manually dig 6’ down in a 6’x3’ area and also trench about 20 feet for the drainage pipe, so a ton of work).
I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone, especially if you have an emergency.

After plunging our toilet to no avail, I found ready rooster by chance and Andrew came out to help us late at 9:30pm. He was the most friendly, respectful and efficient. Fixed the problem in a minute for free. It’s almost too good to be true and I will be coming back to this company for bigger plumbing projects in the future for sure.

I am very happy with the service that I received from Ready Rooter. The part of me that always expects issues was pleasantly surprised. They arrived when they said that they would and completed the service quickly and efficiently, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. The technician, Santino Zaragoza, was fantastic. Very professional, clean and personable. I will absolutely recommend Ready rooter if I ever get the chance.

I called Ready Rooter specifically for an acute problem: my washing machine drain was overflowing and I requested a drain clear and/or camera scope to identify the blockage. Instead of addressing the immediate issue, the first technician focused on the fact that parts of the plumbing were not up to current code (the line necked down from 2” to 1.5”) and recommended replacing the entire section of drain piping to bring it up to code. While I understand that may be the appropriate long-term fix, my immediate request for a scope or temporary clear to address the active backup was declined.

The supervisor came out specifically to bid the pipe replacement and initially would not scope the washing machine standpipe at all. He scoped the laundry sink drain (which was heavily corroded), but not the actual line that was overflowing. After I pushed for it, he did scope the washing machine standpipe and found a removable plug from an old sink blocking the pipe — likely from a recent remodel. Once identified, I was able to open the pipe myself, remove the obstruction, and reconnect the drain.

The quote to replace about 10 feet of pipe was close to $4,000, which wasn’t realistic for me at this time. The most uncomfortable part was that the company showed up the next morning to do the work without ever confirming that I wanted to proceed or scheduling the job with me.

I don’t disagree that the plumbing may need to be updated to code at some point, but clearer diagnostics of the actual problem and better communication around consent and scheduling would have made this a much better experience.

Cody and his team over were awesome throughout this entire process. Highly recommend! We lost the ability to use any water in the house without flooding our basement, and his team was out bright and early the next morning. They worked hard and got the job done for us quickly, while being very kind and respectful of us and our space. A+!

We had a clog in our pipe that was further than the drain snake could reach. I called Ready Rooter and they came out within a few hours. They had the tools to reach the clog, and took care to protect my floor and hallway from the machine they brought in. The plumber was professional and told me exactly what it would cost before I agreed to have him do the work. Overall I am happy with their services and the price was reasonable.

We had backed-up showers and toilets in our house, and Santino from Ready Rooter came out on a Sunday, arriving in less than two hours, to diagnose the issue. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had already opened our septic tank lids, and he thoroughly checked everything, confirming that the problem was simply a full septic tank, not a plumbing issue. He also shared helpful tips and advice for future maintenance and didn’t even charge us for the service call or diagnosis! We’re extremely satisfied with Ready Rooter’s service, and I won’t hesitate to call them again whenever we need help.
