Great communication. Our water bill doubled so there was an obvious issue with the water service line. We called a few companies to inspect and received a few quotes for repair. However, Newline was the only company that actually called us to discuss the issue and how they arrived at their estimate. The resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. They contacted us promptly upon submitting the invoice to ensure we had no lingering question. We feel very lucky to have found Newline and recommend them without reservation. Thank you!

We had an exceptional experience with Kenny and Sam from Newline Pipe Solutions for an urgent plumbing issue last week. After reaching out on the evening of 11/6 with no indoor plumbing, they came out first thing the next morning for a diagnostic. They were prompt, professional, and transparent about the problem and the costs involved, without any pressure to upsell unnecessary work.

They replaced our sewer sump pump on 11/8 and went above and beyond by coordinating an electrician when they suspected an electrical issue. They worked late into Friday afternoon to ensure everything was functioning correctly and even removed large chunks of grease from our catch basin—something that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years! We’re very grateful for their honesty, expertise, and commitment to resolving our issue completely, and we will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

I have ony great things to say. My water main sprung a leak. Newline Pipe Solutions, responded quickly, and listened to my concerns. The gave me the best estimate, when compaired to others. They came out on the day and time they promised, took photos of the work they were doing, explained the work they had done, and even sent met photos of the project once it had been completed. Great people to work with.

We recently had a leak in a shower that the first plumber we called made worse so that there was actually water dripping onto the ceiling behind the drywall below. It was a mess when we came home and recognized the water damage and knew it had to be from that. We gave Sam and Kenny a call and they came by to check it out, said they could help, were quick and fair with their estimate and got right to work. They did an outstanding job every step of the way. They were responsive, professional and clearly very experienced. They explained what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. They gave us a reasonable and accurate estimate, and finished the work in 2 days. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them highly to anyone needing plumbing work.

Newline pipe solutions came out for my leaky gas water heater and Sam came out and gave me a few option to either replace the tank or go with an in demand tankless water heater.

We went with the tankless installation which we are beyond happy with, we never run out of hot water and in our utility closet he clean up a lot of space for storage.

They had the waterline repaired in no time and the hot water Heater replaced the next day. The pricing was reasonable service was great, and thwy cleaned up after themselves Nicely. It's nice to have a good experience with service performed at your home, we do recommend them to anyone.

My 60 yr old mainline exterior copper pipe cracked and flooded my basement through a window well. What a mess! I was out of town when it happened. Water service company turned off water at meter but it had been leaking for days. I got 4 quotes for either repair or replacement. Kenny and Sam responded quickly and excavated the site and found the crack where the copper pipe entered the foundation. They did a spot repair with PEX pipe and replaced the shut-off valve inside the house. After seeing how corroded the copper pipe was, I decided to have the 30 ft copper line replaced with PEX. They explained the pros and cons and were good guys, not high pressure sales types. Very credible. The next day they came back and replaced the copper main line from the house to the meter. They tunneled under my front sidewalk and didn't have to cut the concrete. They were careful to have the gas pipe mapped and avoid digging it its line. Very efficient. Total 5-star experience - very professional; know what they're doing; responsive; and very competitive price. Highly recommend.
