Jacob arrived on time, was polite, knew his business, answered my questions about awning cleaning, and did a great job. I appreciate that the company does not use triclosan or other dangerous chemicals. This awning had not been cleaned for many years, but Jacob got rid of the debris and mildew while not being overly aggressive with the fabric/structure. He finished well within the estimated time. Highly recommend!

Quality of service-wise, Fresh Exteriors left our place shiny and bright! They were able to reach our high windows and skylights, and washed and cleaned our decks with care. They were attentive to details, thorough, and even went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied! They used their own water and product, and cleaned up nicely before they left. The Fresh Exteriors did an incredible job cleaning and removing moss from our asphalt roof.

It’s been a long time since we cleaned our roof and it was about as bad as it gets, but they were committed to doing great work regardless of its state.

They walked us through their moss soft wash process, were very thorough with cleaning, and left us with clear gutters (previously clogged) and every inch of moss on the roof dead. Jacob did a great job with ground-level cleanup and put everything back as we had it on the patio.

Finding a company of young, professional, honest guys (that actually knows the ins and outs of what they’re doing) is very difficult to come by these days. We’ll be sharing their info with our friends and family who also need all kinds of exterior cleaning done.

Patrick was a super communicator., very responsive. I particularly like that he is an owner operator, who gives great service at a fair price. We hired Patrick’s team for drive way cleaning and moss removal. The whole process is smooth and efficient. They responded very fast and provided quote via satellite imaging. We are very satisfied with the end result. The driveway recovered its white color covered in dirt and moss for a long time.

The Fresh Exteriors crew did an incredible job removing moss and debris from my roof, among several other tasks. I initially only had them scheduled for cleaning the roof and gutters. When they gave me a great price to soft wash and pressure wash my decking and driveway, I couldn’t say no. Even with another job I knew they had to get to, they kindly took care of the filthy (previously unusable) community picnic table next to my house.

Jacob and Patrick were very kind and communicative, paid close attention to detail, shared plenty of photos after the job, and exceeded all of my expectations. My only regret is that I didn’t find these guys sooner. Their annual service plan is a great fit for us, so we’ll have them back for many years to come. It feels like I’m in a brand new house!

Fresh Exteriors cleaned our gutters a few weeks ago. They did a very good job, and went above and beyond to reach even those hardest-to-reach places. They were punctual, and once they were done they cleaned up everything well. I had an additional ask after they finished, which they were very kind to accommodate, even though that required cleaning some debris from an area they've just cleaned up again. I just want to call out that they don't offer flushing downspouts, but for what we needed they did a very good job for an affordable price. We'll use them again.
