He came out within two days for a quote, and later offered me a Sunday slot due to a cancellation, which even saved me money. Woody and his crew were quick, thorough, and kept my home spotless, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We had a great experience contracting with the Attic Doctors. Their entire staff from owner, office staff, and project manager, were great. Their on site crew were the real stars. They were in and out so quick and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and left our house how they found it.
I would highly recommend this company if you’re considering re-insulation of your home. I was a bit sceptical of spending the money to do this but was worth every dime.

After doing our due diligence we chose Attic Dr to remove/clean debris from the attic and crawl space, remediate some areas that had mold, remove all old insulation and install new R-38 attic insulation. Both attic and crawl space had all openings sealed and rodent traps were set in place. From start to finish we were very pleased with their process. Pictures of the entire attic and crawl space before, during and after the work was done were reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They were professional, responded to any questions we had in a timely manner and left the area around our residence neat and tidy.

We were preparing to sell our house and the crawl space needed a makeover. After several quotes we decided to use Attic Doctor and we are so glad we chose them. The team that came to work the job was very clean and careful to make sure no fiberglass dust got into the living space of our home. And the finished product was better than the day we moved into the house when it was new. We would highly recommend Attic Doctor for anyone looking for crawl space work, and would use them again if they would come to Texas where we live now.

Attic Doctor did an insulation job (and air sealing) at my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering all my questions clearly.

What really impressed me was their integrity. During installation, they discovered several exhaust vent ducts that weren't up to code. Instead of charging extra to fix it, they corrected it for free since they hadn't caught it during the estimate. This kind of honesty is hard to find.

The work itself was very thorough and well-done. The crew was professional, respectful of property, and left everything clean. Riley and Jay checked in often during the job to ensure things were being executed correctly. They clearly take pride in their work.

Jay and his team are wonderful! We had a horrible experience with our contractor and mold formed very quickly in our brand new attic. Not only did Jay and his team fix it, they move extremely fast so we weren't out any more time. I can't recommend them enough! Their pricing is fair too!

Talk about attention to detail, this company made sure that my vaulted ceiling was properly insulated code. After they left you could not tell they were there they were very tidy, courteous, efficient with their time, and offered great communication. Fair pricing was the bonus!

Lucky for us the Attic Doctor makes house calls and isn’t afraid to take on difficult operations! In two busy days our attic and crawl were transformed by skilled operators that did the difficult with a smile! Our Crawlspace was a mess of droppings and fallen insulation without much headspace so crawl they must, and they turned it into a pristine palace! The thicker plastic they installed is white and clean making a visit down there much more inviting! Our attic had its own problems with rat feces and black mold from excessive moisture! They sucked all the old blow-in insulation out, sealed the access points for the rats, treated and eliminated the mold, installed four attic vents to let moisture out in the future and put in clean new insulation! They kept things clean with plastic sheeting inside our house and cleaned it all out and vacuumed the floors better than we have done in a while! If your house is ailing, I recommend you call the attic doctor!

We tried doing business with this company but they did not uphold their end of the deal. They did not adhere to our terms of service and they failed to cooperate with our staff members.

Great service! Prompt, very nice guys that picked up all of my junk (including some difficult items) and left my place all cleaned up too. I've used them several times already. Highly recommend!
