We unfortunately discovered a leak in our roof and needed it repaired as soon as possible. After reaching out to Modern Exterior Solutions, we were truly blown away by the level of service we received from start to finish. From the initial inspection to the final repairs, the team took excellent care of us. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what was being done.

What really impressed us was their commitment to quality and follow-through — they even scheduled a return visit later in the winter to reinspect the repairs and ensure everything held up properly. That kind of dedication is rare these days.

On top of fixing the leak, they also went above and beyond by pressure washing our gutters and installing gutter guards to prevent future clogs. They didn’t just fix the problem — they made sure we wouldn’t have another one anytime soon.

Arbri of Modern Exterior Solutions just completed the cedar siding of our home, and it is exquisite, so I am taking the time to write this review for a company that deserves it.

Arbri has a remarkable eye for detail and aesthetic and offers excellent suggestions. I would say that Arbri's an artist at what he does and is committed to being the best in his field. Truly. The end result for us is that our house looks so much better than I ever imagined it to be (and that's saying something, because I'm the designer).

Regarding quality, I appreciated just how attentive Arbri was to any possible areas of water intrusion, because I obsess about such things. He suggested thoughtful, solidly engineered solutions that I am confident I can count on for decades. This is our forever home. We plan to live here for the next 20 years, but I also feel great knowing that future owners will have a gem that is impervious to all that the PNW has to throw at it.

I want to mention that our project was unusually involved. For example, we had massive and enormously heavy windows that we needed to install in difficult places on our second story, and Arbri's team actually took care of it for us. That blew my mind. Arbri's team also painted the house and did a fabulous job -- and I have a LOT of experience with painting exteriors, and I am very particular about prep, primer and quality painting. His team checked all the boxes.

Arbri and his team were devoted to getting the job done right. They nailed it. And... they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Service was for a good price, they showed up early and got the junk I needed to get rid of.
