Very attentive and professional service for our roof and gutter installation. They were timely with answering questions and providing services. Crew was on time and thorough with the work. They did a good job with cleaning up after each day and at the end of the project. We did however find a few nails and debris left behind in the driveway and side of house. Nothing major but potentially could have caused flat tires with our vehicals. They did use a metal dectector as a part of trying to get as much as possible, but sometimes just a simple walk around with human eyes can catch some of those that didn't get caught. Overall good quality service, people, products and professionalism!

I was very impressed with Three Tree Roofing's performance on reroofing my house. When I went out for bids I selected 4 companies that had good reviews and evaluated them on Cost, customer reviews, worker training, materials proposed, how they handle the detail parts of reroofing, and warranty. Three Tree Roofing came out on top. Their price was competitive but not the lowest.
When I evaluate how they did I look at how professional they are, communication on what is going on, focus on completion of work, attention to detail, visual look of finished product, time to complete, and clean-up. I have dealt with a lot of contractors before, some very good and some not so good. Communication was always clear and prompt (they answered my multiple questions). They started work on the day they said they would and had the crew there first thing in the morning. Crew was led by a foreman and was always focused on getting the job done. Everyone showed up at the start of each day and worked hard. They had been clear in their bid as to how they would handle the details and they followed through with exactly what they said. There were areas of the roof that needed repair and they quickly brought them back up to code. The visual look of the final product is good, straight lines, right color, etc. Clean-up was excellent - only a few small items found in the yard. Much less than I expected! Dumpster and porta-potty were picked up the next business day after they finished. I am very pleased with how professional the contractor was before, during, and after the project. Overall outcome looks good and will keep me dry for the next few decades. I definitely recommend Three Tree Roofing and would use them again.

Three Tree Roofing replaced my roof in two days. They cleaned up after themselves (my driveway looked better after they left, than it did before they arrived). They explained why my roof lasted less than15 years, after the last guys installed it incorrectly. They cleaned the gutters. And, they repaired a loose fascia board that was not part of their original quote. Climbing onto the roof and looking at the finished project was like good sex.
A few days after they left, I sat in my living room listening to the rain, completely confident my home was protected.
I recommend them whole heartedly.

I had my roof and gutters replaced a few weeks ago, and I would definitely recommend Three Tree! I had multiple quotes, Three Tree was competitive from a pricing perspective, offered a lot of high quality options, and didn’t pressure me throughout the process. It was easy to schedule, communication was great, the job was done quickly and done well. It looks great! I found Three Tree because several neighbors recommended them, and I’ve seen more start their projects since.

The crew leader and his team did great work - replaced the insulation, replaced the plywood, replaced decayed fascia, added rafters where the originals had sagged, and of course replaced the old torch-down roof with a beautiful metal roof. They also replaced some roof vents and replaced some of the soffit screening. I'm very pleased. Recommended.

Just for starters, I am a renter. So I'm not the one paying the tab on this beautiful new roof that was just installed on our house. Our landlord had a number of different companies come out to do an estimate, but went with these guys. Probably the ones I would have gone with as well just from the conversations I was a part of with all the estimators. The guy from Three Tree that came out was very professional, great eye contact, nothing shady about him at all. Didn't exactly get those vibes from the others, with one exception. But this guy passed my vibe check 100%.

Now, lets talk about the crew. Antonio was the foreman, great communicator. They showed up every morning at 0730 and hit the ground literally running! These 4 men busted their butts for no less than 8 hours on the first day, which was a Friday, but they had stripped all the old roofing off, installed new plywood and laid down (what used to be tar paper, it's something else now. I've not done roofing in over 30 years). Then they were very meticulous in cleaning up. Monday morning they were back at 0700, just as the roofing supply delivery truck was pulling up. (SRS, also very professional, quick and doing their best to not leave sign of their presence) Again, worked hard all day, short lunch break, then back at it. And again, cleaning up everything to an impressive degree before heading home.
Today, they finished up the job. Arrived 0730 and went right to it. They probably wouldn't have taken a lunch break today, but one of the vent shields was compromised, so Antonio had to go buy another one. They were completely done with the install by 1230 and spent 90 minutes going over every square inch of the perimeter of the house to make sure they got every last tiny little piece of debris from their work.

I made sure they left with an ice cold 12pk, in my current situation that's the best I can do.

Just from the quality of work, also not being the one paying the bill (wasn't privy to that info, also isn't really my business as a renter) I would recommend these folks to ANYONE. All I can suggest beyond that is to make sure they have access to an extension cord to plug their microwave in. They WOULD NOT come in the house, I invited them in on the first day, but felt like it was some kind of company policy or something that dictated that move so I didn't fight it. So, I did what I could do: access to power, a table to put their microwave on and a pop-up canopy over all that so everything stayed dry, even though they were working in the rain. These guys aren't used to the "comforts" in their workplace(s) that I am at my workplace, so I hope I helped bring some level of comfort to them. If I were in a better situation I'd have been cooking them lunch out on the grill everyday.

Highly recommend, obviously. But folks, take time and thought to take care of the folks doing work for you. I feel like that's something that's long been lost in this nation. At least in this state. But, I've not forgotten. I know when I'm doing service at someone's home and they even think to offer cold water, it's great.

Long enough review, but real easy compared to the level of energy I just witnessed being put into my roof.
