Kiona West did the painting on our new house during construction in January 2022. We had them come back this morning for some warranty repainting on some interior wall areas. They were great in responding within our 12 month warranty period, and the crew was here on time, was fast, but very efficient. They did a great clean up after themselves, and we are so pleased. We will definitely use them in the future if needed. And Angela in the office was such a pleasure to work with and speak with on the phone.

I cannot say enough positive things about Kiona West Painting! From the owner Mike, the office manager Angela, the young man and young lady that power washed our home prior to painting, then the two men that painted our home - all did an excellent job of painting our home in a couple of days. All of the staff were tremendous! We used them on our last home as well, and wouldn’t use any other company. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

This is the second time we have used Kiona West, once at our home and now at the company I manage. We just built a new office with concrete floors and Kiona West did a great job from start to finish. They are easy to communicate with and their quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend them for any concrete floor work you have in mind!

Angela was very professional, I received a call back almost immediately. I was scheduled right away, and the work was quick and amazing. The crew showed up on time, and left no trace that they were even here. They were also very respectful. I will definitely call Kiona West for any and all of my painting needs.

Every employee was great to work with, very customer friendly. We had our entire exterior painted, including a shed, and the job involved removing/replacing shutters and removing light fixtures. Kiona West folks found an issue with some of our siding, and they were able to replace the bad siding for us as well. They also did an interior stairwell and its ceiling. I appreciated how careful they were to protect my new carpet! They are my go-to painting company now.

We hired Kiona West to sand, prep and stain our patio soffits and posts.  We were late in the season to try and find a company that does quality work and could get the work done before the weather turns cold.  The posts needed a lot of prep work as they face west and the sun hits them directly all summer long.

Kiona West really did a great job in all aspects of the work.

We discussed several types of varnishes to use for the direct sun exposure and pros/cons of each.

We picked the one they recommended and they were able to fit us in the next week.

The beams look fantastic, with attention to detail around edges and the job site was left spotless.

They showed up on-time for  the quote and the work appointments.

Answered all of our follow up questions.  Excellent customer service and quick responses (Angella 'rocks' it).

Highly recommend them and they will be my first call for future home painting needs!

I am not happy at all with the builder of our brand new house AHO CONSTRUCTION, but I am very happy they hired Kiona West painters to do their warranty work repairs. What a difference in quality and professionalism then their previous painters. Angella in customer service is an absolutely joy to work with and the awesome woman who touched up our paint did a great job, and superseded our expectations. We plan on hiring this crew to re-paint our entire house hopefully in the next 2 years, which we should not have to do, but for Aho's poor choice in hiring terrible contractors, it will need to be done and Kiona West are who we will trust to get the job done right! We bought an old house in Richland and needed a major refresher on exterior paint. We got a wonderful recommendation on colors to suit my vision and three weeks later the work was done! It looks amazing and the guys were so respectful and left the worksite clean and professional.

5 star service- We already booked Mike and the Kiona West team for our next house! Choosing colors can be very overwhelming but KW has an eye for design and helped us find a color combo we love. Even with what felt like an exterior design service thrown in they still beat other quotes. The crew was on time, clean & professional. Highly recommend!

We had Kiona re-do our basement floors. They came out to evaluate and bid on our job based on a positive referral I received from another local business. Not only did they strip out the old carpet and tacking (which thanks to dogs and kids was destroyed), but they ground down any rough edges, sealed it, and laid down a beautiful epoxy flake finish that has the perfect amount of texture to keep our feet on the ground.
Mike was patient and thoughtful when he came out to bid the project. Angella on the customer service side was so kind and efficient in her follow-ups. Brendon and Tenielle were gracious, communicated clearly on next steps each day, and were very clean, especially for the amount of debris that came out of those rooms!
Highly recommend.

The crew from Kiona West did a great job painting our garage doors and trim! They were efficient and brought out a big team to get it done quickly. They even added our pool house and appreciate them recommending it and being flexible to add it the day of.

Their team is very understanding and try their best to help you get the look you're after. They have Outstanding customer service, which is so hard to find these days. From estimating, scheduling, prepping, execution, final deliverable and clean up, the team at Kiona West is hands down, the premier outfit in all of Central Washington. My residential project was very challenging with a lime wash, two stage process and Kiona West absolutely nailed it! I highly recommend them for any residential / commercial project. Finally, they are very price competitive and they do exactly what they promise to do. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Nice job on painting my house but the real plus is the office manager, Angella. She put together my touch up kit with quart cans and had it dropped off at my home. I'm not used to such caring and thoughtful people anymore. This Company goes out of it's way to make their customers happy!

I've been working closely with Kiona West to get several updates made to a newly-built cottage in Stanfield, OR, including having my new garage painted and the garage floor surfaced. The team at Kiona are professional,. courteous, prompt and honest. I'm especially pleased with the painting that Frank and Edson did today. Their prep work was amazing--they masked everything perfectly, painted carefully, and even moved a ton and a half of my stuff to make room for the job. The work was performed cheerfully and with attention to detail. ...very happy!
