I had a small warranty item to be done by my Homebuilder from a previous painting company. The crew arrived on time, were polite, and clean. I showed them the small area that needed attention. When they were done they rang the doorbell to let me know they had finished. To my surprise they did not just paint the small area I pointed out but repainted my entire door jamb. Not every company would go above and beyond. I rate them trustworthy and I am grateful.

I had an excellent experience with Kiona West. Angella was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all our questions with patience and even sending us pictures of their previous projects to give us a better idea of the possibilities. Mike, on the other hand, is a true expert—his knowledge is extensive, and he went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the job was done perfectly. Their dedication to delivering high-quality work really shows, and the polished concrete finish exceeded our expectations. WOW! That’s how I would describe our experience with Kiona West Painting (KW). We filed an insurance claim for damage that occurred during a windstorm in September of 2022 and needed to find a reliable painter. We had a couple of companies provide us a quote and based on recommendations, we called two companies. Overall, the quotes were similar, but KW did a much better job in measuring the surface area of the house and giving us an accurate quote. They were also very upfront regarding the timeline for starting our job, as the weather was going to be cold for the next several months.

Fast forward to March of 2023, KW reached back out to get us on the schedule, with plenty of time to allow us to get ready for them to start. During that time, KW guided us to different Apps that would help us select our paint colors and gave us some really good recommendations to help us decide. Between November and March, they also helped to deal with our insurance company and explain their quote to them. This was a huge help, as the stresses of dealing with an insurance company can be difficult. With the insurance settled and the weather warming up, they started painting in the beginning of April.

KW showed up and started prepping, painting and doing what they do. I expected a certain level of paint around the house to have issues, overspray, etc. However, I found none of it. They masked off the house really well and cleaned up at the end of each workday. You could barely tell there was painting going on at the house during the project.

Then, there were the painters themselves. They were excellent at asking questions to clarify what we wanted and were also willing to stop and answer our questions too. As the project was wrapping up, we went over the areas that needed touch ups (which were minimal) and it didn’t require any follow up on our part, to ensure it got done.

The end result was a perfectly painted house! From a customer service perspective, we couldn’t be happier. They communicated well, the painters were awesome and the house turned out better than we hoped for. I don’t think we’ll ever use another painting company besides Kiona West Painting!

We interviewed five different companies for estimates, Kiona was recommended from a good friend of ours. Kiona painted his house and it looked super and he was so happy and so we chose them as well.

The price is truly fair. The workers were so friendly and skillful. Their work ethic was great. They came early in the morning and even asked when they could return the next and if earlier was OK.
Of course it was. They were so detailed oriented and showed great skill and expertise.
Also the power washing crew was great. They helped move some heavy things we couldn’t and were extremely thorough in getting everything washed off and ready for the painting to begin two days later. They were a delight, as were the painters!
Every nook and cranny was done perfectly and meticulously. Some areas had to be hand painted, some areas had to be caulked. Some areas had to be sprayed no matter what, the coverage is great and nothing in this entire job was ever rushed.
Kiona’s crew did an amazing painting job, thorough clean-up after the job was done and took great care to cover our pond in the back where we were worried about the fish near the paint being sprayed.
This is an absolute primo job and I’m a very picky person. And even I can’t find fault if I looked for it, lol.
Also, the owners are so personable and Angella, the very lovely and charming lady I had on the phone (and sadly don’t know in person) has been so responsive to any question we had. Also, this company is so excellent. They know that their work speaks for itself and you will not be billed until the job is done. If that’s not an assurance of great work ahead, I don’t know what would be!
Our neighbors have seen the house, we’re so impressed with what they saw and already signed up with Kiona as well. Truly, there is no way I could imagine of a better company you could hire.

Kiona West Paint repainted my kitchen cabinets and made them new again. They also repaired my family room window casings and trim. Kiona painted the outside of my house with their professional team. Once again Kiona West Paint team were very careful with my plants around the house and excellent cleanup. I will use them for future paint projects.

From the first phone call to the end of the day when the job was done this company is all about customer service and satisfaction. They are punctual, accommodating (due to weather) and professional. They were careful when working around the landscaping and no spills or splatters! We appreciated the recommendation to upgrade to the Rain Fresh paint. It is amazing and water just beads up when it rains. We are located in an area with lots of wind and dust and all we have to do is rinse it off. So easy. Kiona West was recommended to us by a friend and we have already recommended them to several people. They do impressive work.

We are SO pleased not only the beautiful job that the paint crew did in our home…but the professionalism and care they took from the prep work to the finished work was exemplary !!
