Electrical reviews in Black Diamond, Washington

As the facilities officer at KCFD47 in Ravensdale I was tasked with getting our station fire alarm repaired. After many attempts with the fire alarm people and the phone provider I was told the problem was our phone line between our buildings. They told me we needed to hire an electrician to run a new line. After reaching out to many local electric companies in the area Provident was the only one who returned my emails. Jesse communicated quickly with me and even helped to work around our all-volunteer departments schedule to get one of his electricians out to the station to take a look.
The electrician was able to very quickly diagnose the problem. He found that someone had swapped the phone lines and was able to quickly swap them back!
Jesse reached out to me and let me know that his electrician was able to fix it and that because it was such an easy fix there would be no charge! Provident has top notch employees! Thank you Jesse and Tim!

Great company to work with.

So helpful and quick to respond!! Would definitely recommend.

I have recently been contacted by no less than 12 brand new homeowners in the same complex about substandard Electrical Work by this Shop.

Arron was awesome and got my job done is short order!! I highly recommend this company!!

Provident Electric has outstanding workers, friendly and professional, and excellent service.

Can’t say anything about the business but the fact that one of their vans almost ran me and another person off the road then proceeded to fly off in a rage of flipping fingers. Not cool in anyway, definitely won’t be supporting road ragers of any kind.

Absolutely wonderful experience with the team here at provident electric! We had a pretty big overhaul of the electric at our house and the team did an outstanding job! Thank you so much.

Substandard workmanship; just enough done to pass code.

They did a great job install my Tesla charger outside of my garage. It looks clean. And the price is quite reasonable.

One of their drivers just tried to drive me off the road on the 410/167/512 interchange headed to puyallup and was screaming and flipping me off. very unprofessional.
