Haven’t had the need to use their services but Kudos to Provident Electric in Black diamond for their over the top Christmas light display. Loved driving by & enjoying the red, green & white lights. Is exactly what would be expected from an electric company!

This is a first class operation to deal with. From discussing the project, to scheduling and getting the work done, there’re very friendly and professional and there are no unpleasant surprises. I’ve used them a few times over the years and will call them again. Highly recommended.

Would never trust them to do any work after seeing their drivers! Unsafe and erratic drivers using company vans! A not so friendly driver was trying to control the lanes by speeding up and slowing down multiple times in a short stretch of winding road. This made my family feel very unsafe.

Great service, their technician Matt stayed late, past sundown and with freezing temperatures below 20 degrees. He repaired everything, he did all the work our apartment complex and electric providers we're unable to accomplish.

Our home network was done by Provident Electric, a few years back and the quality of workmanship is excellent. After so many years, when i wanted some modifications, they readily guided me on phone & email. I am delighted by their customer service and quality of work

Company did great work installing an ev charger for us earlier this year. Naturally when we got a sauna we reached out to have them help us get it hooked up. We had a good experience with them in the past that the 1+ month long wait was something we were willing to do because we knew atleast it would be done right. Their schedule was busy so we booked an appointment out over a month in advance. I volunteered to dig the trench for the line to be ran so a few days before our appointment I dug up my yard. We scheduled time off work to be available for the appointment and had everything ready to go. Day before appointment Amos one of the electricians couldn’t even be bothered to call us, sends an email saying he got busy won’t be coming tomorrow, maybe next week, “you can call another company”. The total lack of respect of our time was incredible. Must be nice to be so “in demand” that you can treat customers like this. If you are lucky enough to get Kevin you’re probably in good hands. Amos could give a damn about you or your time.

Let’s teach your drivers to drive better. No blinkers. Cutting people off. Going excessively over the speed limit. Swerving.

Provident electric did an amazing job on our Lutron lighting! I would highly recommend using them for any lighting or electrical projects you may have!

This company is by far the best electrical company in the NW! They are extremely professional and friendly. When you speak to them, you get the feeling of being part of a family. The quality of work is TOP NOTCH but fast as well! Normally I’ve seen new construction home electrical be completed in an average of 3 days minimum but not with Provident Electric! They are in and out the same day! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone whom is looking for any kind of electrical needs!!!

Provident is great to work with. I hired them three times for my new house. Which is a new construction: installing a secure system, chandelier in the master bedroom, and installing in-ceiling speakers. I was very impressed with how professional and courteous crews were. They were great with proactive communications and they were punctual. They asked questions about my preference at every major steps and cleaned the area. I was very happy with the quality of work and found the cost reasonable. Additionally, I really enjoyed working with them. I highly recommend the Provident Electric for any electrical, security, and home audio/video needs. I am waiting a dining room chandelier to be delivered and will be calling Provident.

Had a great experience with Sal P, an electrician from Provident Electric. He came to fix a bunch of warranty items on our new home. Items like breaker issues, outlet issues, etc. He also gave me a bunch of pointers which I’m grateful for. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend!
