We use Black Pearl Electric regularly for projects at the condominium and homeowner associations we manage, and they have been great to work with. They are responsive, professional, and do solid work. When you manage a lot of properties, it really matters to have vendors you can count on, and they have been one of those companies for us.
Brandon has been especially good to work with. He communicates well, follows through, and makes things easy on both our team and our clients. I would definitely recommend Black Pearl Electric.

I have hired Black Pearl Electric twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first time was for a bad electrical panel at one of my rental homes, and the second was to install a dedicated outlet for my generator at my house.
Brandon was great to work with on both projects. He communicated well, explained things clearly, and the work was done right. It is hard to find someone reliable in this industry, so it is nice to have somebody I feel good about calling again. I would definitely recommend Black Pearl Electric.
