I was in need of having a tree and shrubs removed to install a fence in my front yard. I contacted Charley who was super professional and got the job done without any problems. My wife and I appreciated Charley and his crew getting the job done earlier than expected, which helped with our fence timeline immensely. If you need ANY tree removal services, I totally recommend reaching out to Charley, hands down best option in the Pacific Northwest!

Charley is easy to work with and took considerable effort to make sure me and my wife were comfortable with the tree removal/stump grinding process between my neighbor’s place and ours.
Even with such a tight place to work it was evident his crew are skilled in their craft, and have fun while taking care of business.

I hired Rainier Tree Service to chip and dispose of the chips, following work done to mitigate potential fire danger around structures at my home. I was concerned about the a very steep and tight driveway, so Charlie took the time to visit the site prior to accepting the job. The day of the work, he and his crew arrived on time and came equipped with some very impressive machinery. The process of removing the debris was done quickly and efficiently. I am VERY happy with the results.

Saw the good reviews online so I reached out for a smaller tree removal quote for our HOA. They were quick in the estimate and was $100 cheaper than other quotes. They followed up a couple times while we were getting the approval from all the board members. Removal was quick, they cleaned up well and took away all the branches. Workers were friendly and mindful of the neighbors property. Great local business and would definitely recommend! Thanks!

Rainier Tree Service trimmed some very large trees that were towering over our 2 story house and cut out couple of other trees in the back yard. They were very professional, quick and accommodating to our situation. They went above and beyond, trimming some bigger brushes, too, that were getting closer to our fence. They fed all to a woodchipper and cleaned all the debris afterwards. All this for a very reasonable price. They will definitely be on our important house maintenance call list. Thank you guys!

Our large cedar tree came down without incident, no neighbor disruption and no traffic issues. We were so pleased that we had them come back for more work in our backyard. Rainier Tree Service did an amazing job clearing multiple large fir trees on a lot for our future house. Fast and friendly service and would highly recommend.

I had 5 large firs come down in that last storm we had. I needed someone to cut them into pieces I could handle. I, also, wanted the stumps ground down so I would be able to mow that area once the grass grew back. Charley came the same morning I called, and gave me a very fair bid. They were here promptly when they said they would be here. The job was done in one and half days. I am very pleased with the job that was done and the price was fair. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

The tree stump removal this business offers is great! Value to cost and time. It took a little over 40 minutes, start to finish, to grind down an old 42 inch fir tree stump. This was also removed to a depth of 12 below the surface. The remote controlled grinder did its job very well and was able to navigate with its tracks effectively enough to cause very little disturbance to the surrounding yard. If you need a tree stump removed, this is the place to go!

Charley and Kenneth did a phenomenal job on short notice and at a very competitive price. They were polite, professional, and tidy. They were easy to communicate with over the phone and made sure we were satisfied before leaving.

Despite a steep slope and a cold rain, they worked carefully to ensure their safety and a clean job. At one point I went out to check on them and heard Charley calmly coaching Kenneth on best practices. Really nice guys all around. They've also got a sweet and well behaved pup in the truck.

Dissatisfied. For $1700 worth of tree skirting (did not include cleanup), my only big request was to leave the limbs in manageable sized pieces (repeatedly stated no longer than 8’ lengths) so I could accomplish the cleanup. Almost all the limbs were left in one piece at whatever length they happened to have grown. Since many trees were cedar, the majority of the limbs were left in roughly 15’ lengths. Many large rounds were left with long limbs still attached. All of which required a ginormous amount of additional work I had believed was clearly communicated to be included in the agreed upon cost. Very disappointed with the thoroughness of the work done. We live on a densely forested parcel of land that will require many repeat services and this is not a business I would hire again.

Charlie is a trained Arborist and immediately identified several Trees that were a danger of falling on the house or would damage the foundation over time. We had called for a single tree bid needing a removal from a building site that other tree removal firms never brought up the other trees that were a safety concern.

Charlie safely removed all five in a day. The cost for five trees was only slightly more than the other bid for one tree. He is THE BEST!!

Charlie and his co-worker were on the scene in less than 24 hrs after I called him. A big storm had laid waste to a couple of my trees. Reasonably priced, friendly, and provided solid clean-up. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Charlie came on Monday to make a bid and did the job on Thursday. It's much appreciated that he makes a special effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Charley and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They busted their butts for two days straight skirting up 43 trees for our park. The work they did made our park look amazing. They cleaned up all the brush and left no debris, almost like they weren’t even there. Our community was really impressed by the work they did. I strongly recommend this company.
