I gathered bids and our firm chose HazardPros when a woman our firm knows faced 72-hour notice to vacate due to allegations of unsanitary living conditions. HazardPros was able to get a team onsite within two days. Jamie and Michael were terrific. They arrived on time, worked expeditiously, prioritized areas of focus and got to work. They brought their own supplies, maintained a proactive ethic, yet laid back disposition, and when interacting with the client onsite, the team was gentle, compassionate, inclusive and respectful. They removed the trash with the client's agreement. Because of their efforts, the lady is able to stay in her residence. I think it was unusual to have a client onsite, and they navigated the situation beautifully.

Hazard Pros really lives up to their name! They came in during a stressful situation and handled everything with so much care and professionalism. The team was respectful, efficient, and thorough. On top of that, they treated our friend’s space with respect, which made all the difference.
It’s not the kind of service anyone ever hopes to need, but if you do, Hazard Pros is the team you’ll be grateful to have on your side.

I can’t say how grateful I am for the job Michael and Jamie did for me today. My house ended up being way worse than I thought, and truthfully I couldn’t afford the initial quote they gave me. When they learned how tight my budget was, and the fact that I live on a fixed income, they came up with a price that I could handle, and promised to do as much as they could for me in the time we’d agreed on. They came in, and in about 6.5 hours, they stayed an extra 30 minutes, they had my house in such good shape that I can now schedule a regular house cleaner, who wouldn’t touch my house in the shape it was in. I can’t express how happy I am with the work that Michael and Jamie did. Please, if you ever need a bio hazard or any kind of deep cleaning, contact the young men at Hazard Pros. I’m sure you’ll be as happy with their work as I am. Thanks again guys, I really appreciate everything you did for me.

Called several companies after the death of my sister for biohazard cleaning, and prices were high with the impression that once they showed up, the price might go up. But HazardPros said they would take the time to come out and give me a quote free of charge. Jamie came, assessed the situation, and quoted me a much more reasonable price than I heard as a base price over the phone. He explained clearly what he needed to do, was sympathetic (and a good listener) and then left the bedroom cleaned up and disinfected perfectly. We will call back for assistance when we sell her house - highly recommend this company!

Michael was absolutely amazing! The new house I bought was rotting and had an entire family of opossums living in the crawl space. He went above and beyond to clean up the mess. God bless him!!!

Michael was really went above and beyond. He cleaned everything I had asked him to and I was not disappointed. Great service!! Gary did a fabulous job on our carpets. He was very efficient! In and out! He even let us borrow his fan. Really reasonable pricing! We are thrilled!

What a great guy to work with. Hard worker and shows up on time which is hard to find these days. Used Dave when moving out of Bonney Lake in preparation for selling our house. I had some communication mishaps on my end but he was very flexible. Highly recommend him to anyone in the area.
