I appreciate the services provided by The Roof Medic. They fit me in on the calendar when I needed to get my roof repaired and cleaned prior to other upgrades I had scheduled that were coming up. They text before arriving and I didn't have to take off work and be home during that service which I appreciate. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I will keep them in mind for future repairs and maintenance. Job well done. Thank you Roof Medic!

Seen their add for roof cleaning special, decided to schedule an appointment. I’ve had contractors come out for free inspections in the past so I was expecting the usual, you need this and that. I was pleasantly surprised, just an honest quote for the cleaning that I requested, did inform me of chimney cap, of which I was already aware, scheduled the cleaning, crew came out, roof cleaned, treated, done. Yes there is zero moss on the roof now, so if you’re a homeowner like me that just wants the services requested without all the scare tactics that come along with many contractors, then Roof Medic is 5 star.

Highly recommend this company for roof maintenance as well as roof replacement. I've been using them for a few years to clean and maintain my roof and just had them replace my roof recently. All of the staff and crew were polite and professional. I'm very happy with how the roof came out. Can't recommend them enough.

Joe, from The Roof Medic, was easy to work with. He explained the process very thoroughly. Pedro and crew were very efficient and did a fantastic job on the roof. They took the time to make sure the plants around the house were protected and suffered no damage. The clean-up they did was great. We couldn't tell that they were even here. Great job all around - I had roof cleaning, gutter repairs and other misc. repairs. All were done professionally and the end result was was high quality work.

From our first call they have been very helpful, Brenda is great to work with on the phone. Joe is very informative on biding and estimate mating the work that's needed to be done.
We have had The Roof Medic's out twice for work. First in June for a roof cleaning. The crew did a great job removing the moss and treating our roof. They respected our plants near the house and cleaned up all of the blow off from the roof.
Our second job was this week. Joe and Zack replaced all our down spouts, changed the some of the scuppers to 3" for better drainage, resealed a sky light and replaced a leaking vent. Once again, the work was done quickly, and everything was all cleaned up when they were done.

Not only did they clean the roof with air, not high pressure washing, they hosed down the siding and windows making our house look fresh and clean. They were very polite and courteous and careful of the surrounding plants. Highly recommend

Roof Medic was professional and friendly - The owner was the Bomb when he came out for the Bid. The crew did a great job cleaning the moss off of my roof and replacing of the flashing boots around the vent pipes. They made sure that all the blow-off from the job was cleaned up at thee end of the job. I will use them again and would recommend them. Thanks

Joe came out to do an inspection for a leak I had and was friendly, honest and extremely helpful in explaining my issue. He quoted me a minimum price and a maximum price. We scheduled them to come out a week later and they did a fantastic job. I went up on the roof with them and they showed me what had happened and how it could be fixed. They worked fast, and did a fantastic job and the cost was still between the minimum and maximum even though we found a secondary leak.

I have used the Roof Medic several times now and they always do a great job. They communicate well and are a pleasure to do business with.

Our tile roof was a mess! The moss had taken over, making our roof the ugliest in the neighborhood. The team Joe sent out to clean our roof were simply excellent. Our roof is now the best looking in our neighborhood. The clean up effort of our gutters, yard and driveways was also excellent. I have a concrete tile roof 23 years old. The original installation was incorrect on the lowest course of tiles causing deterioration of tar paper and water drain between facia board and gutter. Roof Medic repaired it with removal of the first course of tiles, removal of damaged tar paper, installation of “ponding metal”, and replacement of tiles. I am now maintenance free, other than moss treatment for 35-40 years. Thank you Roof Medic.
