Chris and his guys really were the dream team! From the moment we reached out to Chris, his response time was so fast, which we really needed and appreciated given the roofing emergency we were having. He came over the same day we called and did a detailed and thorough inspection. He was able to explain the problem, and walked me through what our options were. We never felt any pressure or rush from him. He was kind enough to tarp my roof for me so I didn’t have to worry about further damage while all of our supplies were being ordered, which was a HUGE stress relief for me. He had a fast turnaround time once we signed the contract. We also had a spot on our roof/siding area that the previous owner left unsealed, and he was kind enough to fix that issue for us while he was up there. The day the roof was installed, him and his crew really were a well oiled machine! I could not believe the efficiency and speed that they were able to complete the project with. Our total roof replacement was done all in one day. The clean up after the job was immaculate, in fact, I’d say they left my lawn in better shape than they found it! His communication prior to, the day of, and after the job was complete could not have been any better. He was wonderful about explaining every step of the process. He made what was a very stressful situation, much easier. His price was very competitive and we are so happy with the end result. His contract and warranty were very impressive and detailed. He even took some extra time to call my Dad to answer some questions he had. We recommend Chris/The Roof Medic to anyone in need, and have already referred several friends and family members to him as well.

We have used roof medic for years to help keep our roof maintained. They always do a wonderful job. Recently we had them put on a new roof, pressure washed our house and got new gutters. Joe initially came out and explained in details about different roofing products. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to purchase. We had a great experience during this process. We booked with them within days.
The roof medic office team (Brandi, Brenda) were easy to talk to. The guys who came to our house- Jason, Pedro, Josh, Joe and a few others that I didn’t get their names were very professional, kind and willing to do whatever was needed for us to have a good experience. You absolutely can’t go wrong with Roof Medic! We now have a beautiful roof. I have to say, the best looking one in the neighborhood!

There isn't anything I can say, except that from the estimate to the service. They were recommended to me by some friends. Because I truly value the opions of these friends, I hired Roof Medic without hesitation. I am so glad I did -- what an amazing team these two gentlemen were. So professional, and did such an incredible job -- explained each step of the way and gave suggestion on basic regular maintenance throughout the year, as well as, gave me information about a maintenance plan / service they offer. I will absolutely be hiring them again in the future. Roof Medic has now become my service provider for roofing services.

I had Roof Medics come out to clean my large roof. The experience was professional from beginning to end. I got email/text notifications to confirm appointments and photos of the employees who would be coming for estimate & actual work. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. They take pictures for the estimate and after to show how clean it all looks! The price was reasonable and I got a senior discount. I had a small issue and it was address immediately and without a question. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

They were able to come out quickly to inspect the leak, and it turned out my chimney was the problem. They offered a fair quote and were able to return soon after to remove the chimney down to below the roofline and patch the hole. The work didn’t take long, and it looks great. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated how they communicated via email, providing all the information I needed. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.
