Constraction reviews in Bothell, Washington

Steven at Emmanuel Construction has completed two bathroom remodels. I am very happy with both! He has great communication. He gave me good options on design and materials that fit my budget. The craftsmanship is excellent. A very trustworthy contractor. I highly recommend Emmanuel Construction!

I bought a house in Bothell 4 years ago that needed some updating and repairs. I was lucky enough to meet Steven to assist me with everything I was looking for. His capabilities run the gamut and he has helped me with both outdoor and indoor lighting & electrical, rebuilding my outside deck and connecting a new hot tub, painting and many other miscellaneous things. He is always responsive and professional with any jobs or needs I have and I am grateful to have met someone so trustworthy. I am a loyal customer and will always reach out to Steven first for my remodeling needs. Thank you Steven!

Steven, aka Emmanuel Construction, is my “Go To” person for any plumbing, electrical, indoor/outdoor painting, projects I need help with. Both large and small.
His prices are reasonable. And most importantly, he does good work,
I was as thrilled with the safety handrails he installed in our shower as my daughter was with the total, and I mean ‘total’, bathroom remodel Steven did in her house. Those handrails were the first of many projects Steven has done for me. You’ll like him.

Steve at Emmanuel Construction has been our go-to for almost any job we need done around the house for around seven years now. His work is always very good quality, completed quickly, and his prices are always fair! Some of the jobs we have hired Steve for include: a full exterior house painting (including replacing some of the more weathered wood pieces), deck resurface and finish, installation of a kitchen hood vent including running the exhaust duct out through the roof (five or six years ago now, no leaks or other issues), and a job patching multiple drywall holes after extensive electrical and plumbing work. We recommend his services to anyone!

My wife and I are super-pleased with the stunning results of our garage remodel! Emmanuel Construction was truly a pleasure to work with. They welcomed our input and exchanged ideas with us so the final execution was to our satisfaction -- on time and within our agreed budget. And in a true sign of character, when a problem came up Emmanuel Construction took responsibility and came up with a solution we were completely happy with.

Our tub-to-shower conversion was first-rate. Steve has a fine sense for detail, a broad set of skills and experience, and he works carefully and deliberately. We found him flexible and adaptable, and he proved open to both questions and suggestions, so that our conversations were constructive and useful. Throughout the three project weeks Steve was consistently thoughtful and pleasant in our daily dealings, as was Pedro. We are extremely pleased with both our experience and the finished product.

Appreciate Steven and the team at Emmanuel Construction for their time and effort, great work, and reasonable pricing. We will certainly be using them again for more projects!

Definitely recommend! They were able to do my job when I needed it done for a great price. The crew was professional and craftsmanship of the work was top notch. Thanks!

This is a top notch construction company! They were punctual, hard working and knowledgeable. I love the fact that they can do most anything, which keeps me from dealing with several companies, getting bids and searching for someone good each time I need something done. I am thrilled to have found them!!

Since we purchased our home a few years ago, we have relied exclusively on Steven of Emmanuel Construction to make our remodel ideas come to life. From updating our bathroom to putting up wallpaper and shelving to installing exterior security cameras, lighting and handrails, Steven's craftsmanship, attention to detail, professionalism, and timeliness has been top notch. As a perfectionist, I have been 100% pleased with Steven's work and have referred him to all my co-workers, friends, and family. Steven is truly a jack of all trades and I will continue to call on him for all my house improvement needs.

Steven was easy to work with. He responded immediately to our request for a bid. We had a very small project & were in no hurry so he was able to squeeze us in when he could. He did not ask for any monies up front, which we appreciated.
We needed a small handrail installed on the stairs up to our front door and one to our back door. I showed him a few styles I liked. He ordered them & did all of the work. We couldn't be happier! We will hire him again!

Steven, Eugene, and the crew at Emmanuel construction are fantastic! They installed a new window for me in my office where there wasn't one before so they had to open the building envelope and trim it out to match the other window. I'm super picky and don't post a lot of reviews (because i've mostly been underwhelmed by other contractors and subs) but Emmanuel deserves the five stars - their work was top-notch! Steven was super communicative throughout, the project kept on pace, and they obviously take pride in their work. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the quality and experience of working with them. Based on this project I highly recommend them and will use them for future projects as well!

Emmanuel Construction did an outstanding job of painting, fixing electrical, and plumbing concerns, and installing solid wood flooring, throughout my condo. It was excellent work, done quickly and reasonably. I will use them again, and I am very pleased. Trustworthy and on time every day, and recommended by a neighbor. A wonderful find. Deb Moruss

Steven and his team did a great job for our kitchen remodel project. His team performed the work and cleaned up after each day. We were able to resume our daily activities with minimal disruptions. The team is very professional. Work was completed with high quality and care. I highly recommend Steven for home construction and improvement projects.

They don't answer their phone or schedule correctly. Very upsetting. Look somewhere else for a plumber. God only knows how well their work is if they can't even do those things.

Very professional, affordable and responsible. Everything is done by agreement. My great recommendations for this company.

Would definitely recommend this company. I was doing a remodel and heard some good things from my contractor. They followed through on job.

Great company! really admire Luka’s efficiency in doing the work in timely manner and keeping work area clean 10/10 would recommend

We were recommended Adriatic via a friend who had used them on a residential project. My wife and I were starting a preschool and needed a PL01 plumber, which is a "Commercial" building classification. He assisted in arranging the plans for submitting to King County, and started work as quickly as possible. I've seen other reviews who mention Adriatic is difficult to pin down on schedule, quality and mess. I have personal experience in the contracting world and sometimes it gets messy. Although we had mess, he cleaned it up when the work was completed (as expected). Regarding quality, all the systems were placed under test and passed. These tests are required by code and he couldn't have executed them any better. Regarding schedule, he fit me in where it was possible. Right now in the puget sound, all trades are backlogged weeks (if not months). Adriatic have multiple jobs and did their best to advance our project when time permitted. We had a very tight schedule and he showed up when it was critical, which is all I could ask. The Owner is genuine, hard working and tries his best to make everyone happy. I will recommend Adriatic to whomever needs a plumber with the caveat that he is NOT immediate when executing his project. IF you want something done immediately, call Beacon and get charged 5 times more for the same work. If you have that type of money, have at it. But Adriatic is an excellent outfit who do honest work.

Great help with blinds

I can't believe this place is still open, if it were not for the low prices they would be closed. The place is staffed by old women and largely people that just don't know anything. I called last night on an order, and they hung up on me... then this morning on a transfer to the same department they hung up on me again. Then the quote came in all wrong and the claim that"we can have this installed in a week or so" became 3 weeks. But they could install a different more expensive item in 72 hours.

What a joke.
