Constraction reviews in Bothell, Washington

Our master bathroom is finished and we love it! Home Care Contractors did a beautiful job. Everything was so professional and seamless. They listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond. They were easy to work with. They were here at our house when they said they would be here. They always kept us informed of what was happening next. Sergy Nikitenko was our project manager and was great to work with and took good care of us. Our cabinets were built by European Custom Cabinets and are beautiful! We are so happy we had HCC do our remodel. We will use them again, for sure!!

We had a major remodel done on an uninhabitable, fairly water damaged house. We had one balcony removed and another redone, the entire back deck replaced, the kitchen opened, the garage finished into bedrooms, a french drain dug, HVAC installed, stair railings brought up to code, ceilings redone (popcorn!), all new floors, lighting, and paint, outdoor outlets installed, a hose spigot transferred from inside to outside (because why??), a totally not waterproof bathroom waterproofed... I probably can't even hope to remember all that was done - it was a big job. And it's amazing! They do excellent, solid work. I love this house =)

There were some security issues with subcontractors, not to be confused with HCC as a company. They often let themselves in completely unannounced well outside of regular work hours, and they let my dogs out so many times that my neighbor called animal control and basically hates me now. My cat was let out and I never saw him again.

Andrey and Alexy were the two main guys, though, and were awesome. Professional, respectful, made good conversation, nice to my kids and dog. I liked them very much, and I know subcontractors are kind of a separate deal from a main contracting company. We put them through a lot, as we had a pipe burst at our old residence and needed the work expedited. I really appreciated that. When the whole debacle screwed up our moving situation, some of the guys actually put our furniture in place, which was a lifesaver and so considerate. Alexy tends to come over very promptly if there's an important issue (such as when water from the upstairs bathtub was leaking heavily into the newly built downstairs bedroom, which turned out to have nothing to do with any work HCC had done). I was always surprised by just how quickly he would come over, when I was just thinking "Maybe he'll have time on Monday". Nope, same day. Very reassuring. Paul also did permanent Christmas lights for me on the side (love them). These guys are really awesome.

If I could do it again, I would be more assertive about the subcontractors, but overall this was an incredible remodel and I've never been happier with a house. Wish I had before and after photos, it would blow your mind (there was a bathroom with CARPET...).

Thanks guys!

We had our kitchen and bathrooms remodeled by Home Care Contractors and new doors added all over. The work was great since our house is old and the new rooms look nice! We would recommend Home Care Contractors to folks that want remodeling.

After doing a complete home remodel with HCC I cannot recommend them highly enough. From scoping the project, lead up, execution, and follow through, Sergey worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went smoothly and that we were completely satisfied with the results. They not only managed to complete the entire project with an aggressive timeline, but every single detail of the work was beautifully done. Any surprises that came along the way were handled and resolved without any additional stress for us.

Outside of the work itself, the management of the project was fantastic. Regular updates any time of day, pictures of the daily work uploaded to a portal, and a timeline that we could see to visualize when everything would be done.

All of this to say that I was blown away by the quality and ability of HCC to take such a large scale project and deliver on every front. If I ever had a need for another home project in the future they would be my first call.

We used Home Care Contractors in 2023 for our kitchen and hall bathroom remodel. Throughout the project, Vadim and team were professional, communicative, and efficient. Since this isn’t our “forever home” it was important to stay on budget. The team directed us toward economical, but quality, materials and design elements that aligned with our vision for the space and ensured we stuck to the agreed upon quote. We already had a solid design plan, so didn’t use their design services other than taking professional measurements and securing renderings. The project took just over 8 weeks, which was expected. The HCC team made it possible for our family to remain in the home for the duration of the project by keeping a tidy work environment and respecting our schedule. We also appreciated their promptness when challenges arose during the project, they always came to us with multiple solutions. HCC truly stand behind their work too - if something pops up, even months later, they will make it right. Very pleased with the results and will be using them again for future projects!

We had our kitchen refurbished and a new fireplace. The kitchen remodel was comprehensive, which included enlarging a window and moving another wall. The workmanship was top-notched and the technicians were competent, curteous and fun to work with. They worked with us on a design that met our needs and improved the layout in our kitchen.

We experienced a plumbing emergency, and Steven arrived within an hour with the necessary replacement part to resolve the issue. We have relied on him multiple times for various home repairs and have consistently received excellent workmanship. We highly recommend Steven from Emmanuel Construction.

Did excellent and quality work

Found Steve to be very knowledgeable, resourceful,, and prideful of his work which was evidenced in his finished product in which I was very happy and satisfied.

Steve is wonderful. Very professional and on time. Does good work.
Also, very handsome!

Steve aka Emmanuel is a sweatheart I've used him for help with my washer I will continue to go to him for help with projects around the home I happy to have found him

I hired Emmanuel Construction Inc for installing cabinets while I was out of town. The job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. I will be hiring the team again and in fact have a pending quote for a bathroom refresh.

Steve is professional and a fair value. He has great all-around knowledge of all house repair jobs. He painted our house both inside and out. I rely on him for all handyman jobs.

A roof problem appeared just prior to the rain forecast and Steve responded to fix the problem in late afternoon just at dinner time. When rain hit the next day there was another problem that we didn't suspect---same thing, he came again and solved the problem at dinner time. That is what good service is all about. I highly recommend Steve---you'll get the same great attention that I received..

Emmanuel Construction is very transparent and communicative during the bidding process. Furthermore, they alleviated pressured sales you see so often these days, and we went into the project with confidence and a peace of mind. We were so pleased with the end result.

We had a great experience working with Steven on a project we needed done quickly after some damage to our home occurred. Now you can’t see what was damaged, as Steven did a beautiful job. We will definitely call again!

Steve was on time and closely supervised the work, listened well, and did a thorough job, and quickly . No problems at all

Steve remodeled two of my bathrooms for me last spring and they both turned out fantastic looking. He made some good suggestions regarding some design questions I had since that is not my forte. I did the painting and decorating myself along with picking up supplies and disposing of the demolition debris, which helped with some of the cost. I appreciate him working with me on that, many contractors would say I do it all or nothing. I'll definitely have him back for some of my other projects I have in mind.

Steven has worked on a number of projects for us in the past. He is experienced, reliable and reasonable price. The most important for us is the trust and confidence the job is done right. We had a leak outdoor which is about 10 feet deep. Once he discovered the issue, fixed it and got all the dirt back. I am so glad Steven discovered and fixed it for us. Can you imagine what would happen if someone didn't do it right? Oh my god, all of that digging and looking for the pipe. I rarely do any recommendation unless, I truly mean it. It is difficult to find someone who can do the job right, price is not out of this world and have the ethic and moral to do it right instead of swinging it. Steven is professional, responsive, good value and great quality.

Steven/Emmanuel Construction has become my go-to contractor for remodeling and other home improvement projects. A year ago the bathroom was gutted... new tub, toilet, cabinet, sink, heated tile floor and door were all professionally and beautifully installed by Steven. He was patient while I made the final touch decisions and made suggestions when I may have been heading down the wrong path. I couldn't be happier with the results. Steven has handled several projects for me... he installed an exterior, hard wired, sensor-light; replaced my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, and fixed the leak in the waterline to my house. It's been my experience that Steven/Emmanuel Construction is skilled in all types of home construction projects and I highly recommend his services.

Fabulous and professional! Very skilled and fun to work with. Love my new tv area remodel. Stephen is tops!
