I am truly impressed with the team from Mauro Electric. From the estimate to the installation, the process was smooth and problem free. The estimate was very reasonable, and scheduling was quick. The technician Edwin A. was very professional, hardworking, and had the details of my needs communicated to him. This resulted in a great finished project and a worry-free approval from Labor and Industries (permitting agency). I would definitely recommend them to others as well as any additional electrical work.

Great experience from start to finish. The free quote was quick and clear, and communication was easy and straightforward. The electricians were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Really easy to work with and highly recommended.

Really pleased with Mauro Electric today. The communications before the visit was without a glitch. Edwin was on time, extremely friendly, and professional. I was impressed with his listening skills as he was able to repeat what was important to us with regards to our roadmap. The team fixed our intermittent bathroom fan with ease. It was refreshing to meet such kind and skilled workers. Thank you!

I would give Mauro 10 stars if I could. I have a Briggs and Stratton standby generator. In the last storm it didn't fire up. I called every electrician (I thought) including the Briggs and Stratton authorized service centers. No one would even come out and look at it. The only option I was given was to spend between $18000- $26000 on a new generator. I finally accepted that I had to purchase a new generator and was about to accept a quote when Facebook (first time I was glad that they listen in to conversations) displayed an ad for Mauro Electric. They had amazing reviews so I thought I would get a quote from them for a new generator. When emailing they responded and asked why I wanted a new generator I explained no one would come look at my Briggs and Stratton and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. They came out 2 days later - I needed a good cleaning/servicing and a new battery. They could have been like every other electrician I called and sold me a brand new generator. Instead, they approached my situation with honesty and integrity. In total I spent about $700 repairing my generator. Thank you Mauro Electric.

Good value. I work with low-volt electrical work every day so I know what to look for in quality electrical work. I usually do my own electrical work but I wanted a professional for a panel replacement and EV charger intallation.
I gathered quotes from 4 companies and Mauro was the lowest. The electrician and his apprentice (both named Tyler) swapped out the panel, added new bonding and grounding to bring it up to code, then labeled each circuit (even the ones that had no labels before). The charger I ordered arrived late, so they arranged to come back the next day. That night I discovered that the hot tub circuit hadn't been landed and they had forgotten to fill in the ditch for the ground rods. Rick Mauro was going to have them come back immediately to fix it, but I asked that they finish everything the next day. They completed the fixes and installed the charger in about an hour. It was not the most aesthetically perfect job, but it was done safely and to code.

Mauro electric did a good job at a reasonable price of providing and installing my Generac generator. They were several thousand dollars less than the other bidder and they included the propane tank and digging of ditches, which the other bidder did not include. I was a little unhappy about the way they left the paths they had ditched through, but when I complained, they reduced my bill by enough to compensate me for having to do some final touch up myself.

The quote was very fair. They were willing to work with me on the project. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

Mauro Electric spent the better part of a year trying to bill my husband and I for a service they did not render. We were able to get this work removed from our bill after multiple emails, phone calls and follow up visits, but the incomplete work still needs to be done & we now need to find a different company to do it, 6 months after our initial engagement with Mauro Electric. As a new homeowner, I unfortunately cannot recommend them.
