Home Services reviews in Bothell, Washington

clean and Green is superior in every way. They came to my house within a few days of my call. Remy is very kind and thoughtful. He is also very thorough and reviewed the rugs compositions before deciding on the right product to use. I had another company come clean my dog and cat pet spots and had them return to do a better job. Even then the spots were still visible but they have now disappeared. I highly recommend them.

Remy was great!! He was super helpful he even looked at my vacuum to ensure it is picking up properly!
I highly recommend him!!

We're very impressed. Remy is extremely conscientious and easy to work with. We had some high traffic stain areas and it looks like new. I found Clean and Green after a lot of searching, and am happy I took the time. I will DEFINITELY use Remy again and would recommend him to anyone.

Remy came right on time. He was forthright, knowledgeable, and taught us a lot about our carpets. He did a real thorough job. He even had a video of himself cleaning our carpet and the before and after conditions are breathtaking. The price was super reasonable. So pleased to have found him.

We love working with Remy & Clean Green Carpet Cleaning!! He’s so easy to work with—clear communication and always prompt and professional. He keeps our carpets looking new despite the best efforts of our two pups. Plus, he’s kind and personable. Have used him twice and will use him again!

I live in Bothell and I hired Remy to clean 2 couches for us. It was a great experience from beginning to end! His communication during the booking process was smooth and professional. He showed up on time and made quick work of the dirty furniture. During the cleaning, he explained his process and why each step was important. Remy was also very pleasant and flexible with a lot else going on in our house that day. I would for sure hire Clean and Green again for more services!

Have had the crew come to my house for almost three years now and have never been disappointed. Johnny is amazing to work with!

We booked a move-out deep cleaning online. Received follow up calls from the team to confirm the appointment. Excellent service and quality of work. Excellent communication. Very competitive pricing.

The cleaning crew did a great job on my apartments move out clean! Left the place spotless! Owner is also a great guy who’s biggest priority is customer satisfaction. VERY reasonable price as well. Definitely will be using this company again for future cleanings

Paid for a deep clean of my entire house as a gift to myself and my spouse for our 10 year anniversary… the results were fantastic (we have young children, dog and cat), and I nearly cried after Paula and Paulo were done. High attention to detail. So thorough. Everything looked so good. Thanks!!

Amazonia Green Cleaning has been amazing! The most thorough cleanings, and the sweetest people. Unlike most companies they don’t leave after a time limit. They are there until the job is done. And the owner Jhonny is so responsive in case you have any feedback He is ready to make any adjustment you may need. Highly recommend.

We hired the team to help us deep clean the house after our little one joined the family. The experience is great and we will definitely hire the team again.

We are impressed by how thoughtful and friendly the team is for a family with young kid, from scheduling to cleaning. The communication is smooth and clear, and the cleaning work is thorough and professional. Our home is spotless. Their great service is really a big help for new parents.

Flavia and Fernando came to do a deep-clean on our house today and I cannot believe how great everything looks - they did an amazing job! In a few hours, they managed to do what I probably couldn't do if I'd have cleaned for 50 hours. They paid close attention to detail - every corner is spotless and they thoughtfully arranged things nicely after they'd cleaned them. I am looking forward to having them return as our regular cleaners! The communication with Jhony of Amazonia was professional, friendly and scheduling was smooth and easy. Their pricing is competitive and is a great value.

Jhony and his crew were outstanding! They left our home spotless and smelling fresh. The attention to detail was impressive, and the customer service was top-notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amazonia Green Cleaning to anyone

Amazing company!! Not only did they do a phenomenal job making our house clean the communication with scheduling is great!! Would 10000000000000% recommend and will continue using their services.
Thank you!!

The cleaning service went above and beyond. It’s clear they take what they do very seriously. We have two pets so our home can get dirty and I’ve never seen our house this clean since we moved in. The took their time and didn’t rush anything. It was remarkable what they did with just a team of 2 people. We will absolutely be using them for our cleanings moving forward and I strongly recommend you consider them as well. Plus, their booking system is remarkably easy and seamless.

The Amazonia team did a great job with my deep cleaning and were communicative & responsive throughout the process. Their pricing is also reasonable and transparent, and the online booking and payment system is super convenient. I’ll definitely use their services again & will likely even set up a monthly appointment to keep things looking good. Glad to have found this small business who clearly cares about the quality of their service!

I'm very happy with the service. They came out and did a deep clean on my home and I upgraded to have my oven and fridge deep cleaned. My oven was embarrassingly ridiculous due to a large spill a while ago and they made it look brand new! :') They are very quick to respond and have excellent communication as well, and the owner is very kind! I'm so happy to support a family business in my area and will recommend Amazonia Green Cleaning to anyone looking for quality work and fair pricing! Thank you for making this mom's life way easier, I really appreciate you all and look forward to the biweekly cleans!!

Had an amazing experience with Amazonia green! Had booked for move-in cleaning and the team was very dedicated and took care of every nook and corner. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful after the cleaning. Also very fairly priced for the service provided. Would definitely recommend them!

I have been using Amazonia Green Cleaning LLC’s services since March 2023 and have always appreciated their high-quality cleaning and professionalism. Recently, I requested a quote for a deep cleaning of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment and was surprised to find the price was 10% higher than what I paid for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cleaning just six months ago.

When I asked for clarification, I was told, 'the price is always like this,' which didn't match my past quotes. Upon reviewing my records, I noticed the base price has seemingly increased by 50%, even though the extra item costs stayed the same. Initially, I thought this was a significant and unexplained price hike.

After further communication, I was informed that I have been receiving a substantial discount ($90 off) for prior services—something I wasn’t aware of until now. The only discount I knew of was the 5% offered for providing a review on my first service. If the additional discounts they mentioned are accurate, that would explain the pricing difference. Regardless, I believe clearer communication about pricing and discounts would prevent confusion like this in the future.

As a returning customer, I value transparency and hope the company can improve in this area to maintain the trust of their clients. I’ll leave this review up as my honest experience and thoughts, but I’ve also been informed that the company has threatened legal action in response.

I recently had Amazonia Green Cleaning come to my home for the first time for a deep cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed!
The team was punctual, professional, thorough, and very attentive to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure every nook and cranny was spotless.
The kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling.
I’m excited to see how they maintain this level of cleanliness with our upcoming monthly cleanings. If they keep this up, I can definitely see myself becoming a long-term customer.
I highly recommend Amazonia Green Cleaning for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service!
