I hired Dreamscapes to plant some privacy trees and shrubs for my employer who bought her first home last year. Jacob was absolutely amazing to work with! From the beginning through the end of the project he was knowledgeable, insightful, and helpful in deciding what to plant and what needed to be done. He always had great communication and kept me updated with time lines and project completion. Her yard turned out beautifully I will definitely be hiring him again for any future yard projects. I highly recommend hiring Dreamscapes for all your landscaping needs!

Dreamscapes has now done two jobs for us, and both times they have done absolutely phenomenal work. Jacob (the owner) is super friendly and responsive, and every member of the crew has been thoughful and kind. Their prices are reasonable too, especially given the amount of care that they put into every aspect of their work.

For the first job they regraded the lower portion of the back yard (which was a hilly nightmare), added drainage out to the street to alleviate the marshland the yard became in the winter, and did all new hardscaping (including a fire pit). It was a ton of work, and they rocked it out pretty quickly (and were quick to get in contact when something needed to change). I'd had a vision in my head for what it would look like, and every single aspect of it turned out better.

More recently, they installed a two-level pond with some waterfalls in the back yard, complete with lighting, a raised seating area, regrading the surrounding landscape, and enclosing a strange drainage trench that runs along the back of our yard. As soon as we could after it was done, we've basically spent every sunny moment we've had back there, relaxing by the water.

We have other landscaping things we'd love to have handled at some point, and I would hire Dreamscapes for them again in a heartbeat, and I don't know how to recommend anything more strongly than that.

Dreamscapes did an excellent job creating a cost effective way to improve safety and curb appeal for a community pathway. We are thrilled with the results. Before/after photos tell the story.

Dreamscape completely removed all the landscaping, fencing, decking, concrete and blackberry bushes in a very overgrown 1.25 acres of yard. Jacob was very prompt and thorough with the quote and the whole project was done in a timely manner. Jacob and his crew did fantastic job and left the yard level, smooth and ready for a brand new yard!! We will definitely be using Dreamscape again!!!

My wife and I moved here from California several years ago. We bought a house with a backyard that was like a jungle with little sunshine visible!
Last December, we contacted Dreamscapes and Jacob came out and helped us design a beautiful backyard plan that now brings the "California Sunshine" into our home and yard.
Our patio was replaced/enlarged with pavers; the yard was expanded, leveled and a balance of plants and trees complimented the outdoor living area. Additionally, landscape lighting and drip irrigation were installed.
We enjoyed our "new" backyard this summer -having family and friends share in cookouts, coffee time, and grandkids exploring & playing in the sunshine!
Jacob and his team were easy to work with, discuss the project's progress with, and always ended the day by storing, stacking cleaning the driveway and work area.

Jacob's team came this week to winterize our irrigation system. Being from California, we were unfamiliar with why this is necessary. His team explained what they were doing and why and we appreciated their attention to detail!

We are looking forward to having Dreamscapes apply their expertise to enhancing our front yard and walkways in 2025.

Dreamscapes works are perfect! Flawless and carefully thought out. They pay attention to the details and make your yard beautiful!!! I wholeheartedly recommend!!! They created a water feature so awesome that someone who first saw it looked startled and said, "Wow! It's Heaven!" They also did some mass plantings and a 150' rockery flower bed.

Jacob designed a beautiful backyard space for us and it turned out better than we had even hoped! We had him grade and install a new lawn with perimeter beds, as well as a paver patio. Him and his crew worked hard to finish the project in time for us to host our wedding reception in the backyard. Highly recommended!

You know how your yard gets this of year in the Northwest? Wet, leaves all over, bushes looking sad, everything kind of moldy? I wanted to end the year on a positive note, so I contacted Jose's to winterize my long driveway and front yard. In half a day, they took a sad, dreary approach and made it look great! The team was efficient, professional, and thorough. I am impressed with the everyone who worked with me to get this task done. Great job!

I just purchased a 1983 house that had been vacant for three years. As I have no lawn I needed removal of dead trees and shrubs that were pruned incorrectly and could never be brought back, possibly pruned by the previous owner or maintenance people. I called Joses's Landscape for help. Luis promptly came out for my free estimate and swiftly sent the bid. I accepted, and two days later, a crew came out and started working. Luis's crew worked as a team. I could see that they were experienced with chain saws and electric clippers as they began working right away…there was a lot of plant removal and weeding of the English ivy that had taken over. The crew filled one truck, then another, working their way around the house and property. I appreciate the detail-oriented, strong work ethic and how they kept the sidewalks clear, safe, and debris-free. When complete, we walked about to ensure they had removed all the trees/shrubs, etc. I am so grateful to Ramon, Luis, and the crew because the property looks beautiful and is safe now. Thank you so very much for all your hard work…!!!

Jose's has done work for me over the past 3 years ranging from seasonal cleanup to maintenance to larger projects such as solving my flooding issue by installing french drains. Every time, the work is on time, thorough, and well done. I appreciate the attention to detail and workmanship that goes into everything they do! I would definitely recommend their service- and have already done so to my neighbors!

I have been using Jose's Landscaping for over 10 years now. From small jobs like flower bed cleanup to installing SOD and a sprinkler system, they have done a fantastic job each time. Quick estimates, and great availability!

Wish we had found them sooner! Our large yard has been in need of some love and leveling in some areas where there have been holes/dips. They were quick to respond, get someone out to provide an estimate and were helpful with recommendations on what to do. Suggested ideas that were cost saving, which we definitely appreciated. They are booked out quite a bit, so make sure you plan ahead..we will definitely know to do this better next year. When they arrived, the project manager went over everything with me again and then their crew went straight to work. They did an amazing job! I would say it is more on the pricier side, but they know what they are doing and is well worth it if you want your yard to look amazing.

Needed help with some spring cleaning, including weeding, pruning, and top dressing with mulch. Jose's gave me a reasonable quote and was able to schedule the work very quickly. The crews did a fantastic job and I'll definitely use them again for any future landscaping needs!

We used Jose's Landscape Maintenance for a fall clean up on our yard. From our first phone call they were great about following up, revising estimates, and we were scheduled quickly. They were on time and I am amazed at the amount of work they did in one day. I wish I had taken pictures before we had another windstorm and more leaves fell. Worth the price for the amount of work and we will be using them again in the future.

Jose's Landscape and Maintenance was a great experience. They were punctual, quick (without skimping), asked for clarification during the job (which I LOVE instead of just assuming), and kept to their original estimate.

We have a giant yard and every time I try to clean it up I injure myself :) But Jose's team came in and cleared the whole yard (front and back), edged the front yard, and trimmed the bushes / trees we haven't been able to reach. We will be using their service again.
