Windows were not cleaned, cobwebs not dusted, bathroom sink not cleaned. Nothing was dusted. Company does not offer refund for their sub standard service

I've been using Laila's for about 2 years now. They do a great clean and are very reliable - they always arrive when expected and support adjusting schedule and adding my basement anytime I ask. I highly recommend them!

I have been using Laila’s services for the past 4 months. This has been the best choice I’ve made in a long time. Laila’s initially came to my home for an estimate. They returned for a deep clean, which was overdue, and SO worth it – HONEST!!!! From them on I have had bi-weekly (2x month) cleanings, on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time. My house is 2400 sq. ft. and 2 people usually take a little over 2 hours to clean top to bottom. My favorite part is their vacuum cleaner!!!! I have two black labs and this vacuum takes no prisoners. My house looks and smells clean, not just in the middle, but in the corners, nooks and crannies. The special touches that they create are delightful, but I will let you discover those for yourself. I can whole heartedly recommend Laila’s Cleaning.

We have used Laila's Cleaning for many years. Their service is excellent. Our home sparkles after every clean and I love the small finishing touches they provide. They are responsive, friendly and professional. We highly recommend them.

Louis and his crew came and helped do a nice, deep cleaning on grandma's house. They are terrific! They did a wonderful job. The crew is very thoughtful and take care in their work. I'd highly recommend them and will be using them again. In fact, we plan to have them start doing monthly cleanings as well. They do good work and are reasonably priced.

My daughter-in-law discovered Laila’s Cleaning Service and we have been so pleased with them over the past year! They arrive on time and do an excellent cleaning job in a very messy, challenging house. My son and family always breathe a huge sigh of relief when they arrive home each time in the afternoon to a spotless house that is picked up and looks so organized. We all really look forward to “cleaning days” which are a calming force in our hectic lives. Yay, it’s Laila day!

I have to post about Laila's Cleaning Service. We live in the Kirkland area and have been using Laila's Cleaning Service for more than a year - even through COVID. The team is efficient, detail-oriented, and friendly. They always ask about my family and how things are going. Everything is spotless when they leave and the price is fantastic. They are very fair. They wear masks keep socially distanced. I just can't say enough about their service. If you need a little extra help preparing your home before the holidays, make sure you reach out.

Laila’s has been the best cleaning service we’ve ever had. They are thorough, professional and always leave the house cleaned so perfectly. For me, it’s the beautiful small touches — the flowers on the paper roll, the corners sparkling, and under-couch dust bunnies gone. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We tried several cleaners prior to using Laila's Cleaning and we were not happy with the results. Laila's cleaners are focused on providing a consistent clean and do a really great job and arecdetail oriented. I all appreciate that they bring all the supplies they need. I would recommend them.

Very disappointed in them. I made an appointment few months ago. When the date got closer I contacted them because I was worried they would forget about the appointment time and date. They confirmed with me they would be there at our appointment time. We waited for them but they didn't show up. My husband tried to contact them they said they would be there shortly. My husband waited an hour and they still didn't show up. They texted back asking if we could change the time to 5pm instead. We told them ok. At 5pm, they didn't show up and they no longer were answering the phone. We had to wait another 2 hours, and they finally showed up.

They were late multiple times and the least professional cleaner I've ever worked with. Terrible service. If you don't want to wonder if your cleaner will ever show up for your scheduled appointment, don't go to them for service.

Called 5 days ahead of the day of cleaning, got called back saying the crew were still cleaning another location and postponed hour and half for our cleaning services, then immediately texted back saying they were tired so had to push back until the next morning. Next morning, they only cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen, ignoring everything else unlike what they promised of cleaning everything. Absolutely diabolical. They're lucky to even get a star

I just had my house cleaned by Laila’s cleaning company, and they did an incredible amazing job. I have dark wood floor and cabinets, which shows every hand prints and dust so easily, also have high ceilings with windows. And they manage to clean all the way up there where most cleaner company’s don’t. And I am very happy with the job Laila’s cleaning did. They are very professional.I will definitely have them clean my house over and over again.

Worked out well I saw their vehicle down the block as I moved in to my new home and called for appointment (try out). They worked well to recommend the service that was fair in price and would take care of my home complete. I was excited getting home to a spotless clean home form the first appointment I had seeing they went above and beyond what I had expected. The detail and attention sustained was awesome that I was happy to have them as my new housekeeping service. Each cleaning service after that was just as good if not better and they are highly recommended. Thank you for the attention to detail!
