I have to post about Laila's Cleaning Service. We live in the Kirkland area and have been using Laila's Cleaning Service for more than a year - even through COVID. The team is efficient, detail-oriented, and friendly. They always ask about my family and how things are going. Everything is spotless when they leave and the price is fantastic. They are very fair. They wear masks keep socially distanced. I just can't say enough about their service. If you need a little extra help preparing your home before the holidays, make sure you reach out.

We used Laila's Cleaning Services for a move-out clean. The team was punctual, efficient, and thorough. We were very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to use them again.

Laila’s has been the best cleaning service we’ve ever had. They are thorough, professional and always leave the house cleaned so perfectly. For me, it’s the beautiful small touches — the flowers on the paper roll, the corners sparkling, and under-couch dust bunnies gone. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Laila’s cleaning services was used for a task that was demanding, essential that it be done immediately, and they both did such an outstanding job that I find five stars is just not enough .

We tried several cleaners prior to using Laila's Cleaning and we were not happy with the results. Laila's cleaners are focused on providing a consistent clean and do a really great job and arecdetail oriented. I all appreciate that they bring all the supplies they need. I would recommend them.

detailed oriented and professional! My apartment is so clean. I tried a different cleaning company before them but they weren’t as thorough as Laila’s team! They found a lifetime customer in me 😄

Very disappointed in them. I made an appointment few months ago. When the date got closer I contacted them because I was worried they would forget about the appointment time and date. They confirmed with me they would be there at our appointment time. We waited for them but they didn't show up. My husband tried to contact them they said they would be there shortly. My husband waited an hour and they still didn't show up. They texted back asking if we could change the time to 5pm instead. We told them ok. At 5pm, they didn't show up and they no longer were answering the phone. We had to wait another 2 hours, and they finally showed up.

They were late multiple times and the least professional cleaner I've ever worked with. Terrible service. If you don't want to wonder if your cleaner will ever show up for your scheduled appointment, don't go to them for service.

Called 5 days ahead of the day of cleaning, got called back saying the crew were still cleaning another location and postponed hour and half for our cleaning services, then immediately texted back saying they were tired so had to push back until the next morning. Next morning, they only cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen, ignoring everything else unlike what they promised of cleaning everything. Absolutely diabolical. They're lucky to even get a star

I just had my house cleaned by Laila’s cleaning company, and they did an incredible amazing job. I have dark wood floor and cabinets, which shows every hand prints and dust so easily, also have high ceilings with windows. And they manage to clean all the way up there where most cleaner company’s don’t. And I am very happy with the job Laila’s cleaning did. They are very professional.I will definitely have them clean my house over and over again.

Worked out well I saw their vehicle down the block as I moved in to my new home and called for appointment (try out). They worked well to recommend the service that was fair in price and would take care of my home complete. I was excited getting home to a spotless clean home form the first appointment I had seeing they went above and beyond what I had expected. The detail and attention sustained was awesome that I was happy to have them as my new housekeeping service. Each cleaning service after that was just as good if not better and they are highly recommended. Thank you for the attention to detail!

Bruna and Melisa, and everyone who has ever cleaned my house ever since the beginning of me ordering this service are sooo attentive detail oriented and clean! I trust them with everything in my house. They listen to my concerns on specific areas and focus on those without compromising the other areas. I was recommended Laylas cleaning service by my Sister in law who is very particular. She says it is the best in Seattle and I agree. 100 stars!!

The cleaning has yet started but so far, customer service is excellent. I had to reschedule a few times due to having juggled between packing stuff and taking care of our dog who just got diagnosed with a brain tumor but Luiz has been very understanding. I also offered to pay them 60% upfront just to show I was serious about the job but Luiz refused and told me that they only accept money once the job is done. Very professional and excellent customer service. Can't wait to see how they transform the house. Will update review when cleaning is complete but so far so good!

I hired Laila's Cleaning Services to clean my daughter's apartment while managing everything from out of town. They were incredibly professional, communicative, and exceeded all expectations. Laila's cleaning teams are great. They did an initial clean that left every corner of my house spotless. I've used them for 6 months and they've been great. Reasonable price, too. They're meticulous, punctual, professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. Great people, great cleaning.
