House Cleaning reviews in Bothell, Washington

Responsive, well priced, really just trust worthy.

Very professional cleaning and excellent customer care!

Magic Cleaning have done a great job cleaning my house and definitely I would recommend them to my friends.

Great communication from Good at Cleaning. They notified me 30 minutes before their arrival so I could meet them there. The staff did a very thorough job of cleaning and kept in touch on the progress. Would definitely use them again!

Easy to schedule, on time and responsive through text messages. Did a great job with our move out clean! Thank you!

I have been using Good at Cleaning for a few years. We have had the same team for at least 2 years. They are amazing and do their magic every time they come to my house. We are always happy and excited they come.

Honestly do not know where these great reviews are coming from. These all appear to be fake. Do not book these people and if I could I would give them less than zero stars. The cleaners who came to perform the cleaning do not understand the concept of deep clean. I was charged more than agreed. The cleaner even added additional items to the cleaning list so she could charge more plus added a tip to the total. In terms of cleaning, the apartment they cleaned is filthy. In addition my appliances and other items around the house were damaged. The person who came in to clean was passive aggressive, unwilling to take instructions and so was the person she brought with her. They claimed they would clean for 3-4 hours but stopped a little before 3 hours of cleaning. Did a terrible job, overcharged me, blatantly ruined my appliances and on top of that I would need to pay to have the place re-cleaned. I was embarrassed to say that I had paid for a professional service because this was obviously far from that. Take your business elsewhere to an actual cleaning service.

This cleaning service is the BEST by far! No hassle make an appointment, shows up on time, fast, and satisfactory service! Chimeg does a fabulous job cleaning my unit. She's incredibly professional, punctual and a good value for the service. I highly recommend her.

Sometimes I just get overwhelmed and need help with cleaning my place up. I have used this service twice now to help me get my place really clean, and both times I have felt so much better after they’ve come. They really pay attention to your place. My bathrooms, kitchens, and floors have looked amazing after both visits. I plan on using them again in the future.

Good at Cleaning team cleaned my home today and all I can say is WOW! 5 plus stars. If I could give them more I would. Never has my home been this clean. I thought that the bathroom sink had scratches in it and they managed to make it look amazing. Thank you Good at Cleaning for your hard work and professionalism.

I wish I could give more stars. She did great a job for cleaning my apartment. Everything was so detailed and organized well. It was fast and good quality cleaning I’ve ever had. I would so happy to get cleaning services from this company again.

Easy to set up. He did a good job on stairs, hallway and the one room. My baige area rug was left with dark edges all the way around and still has a smell to it. Therefore that’s the reason for my rating.

I phoned for upholstery cleaning my car and got an appointment the very next day. After 11 years of dirt and a mechanic getting grease all over the front seat it was time to call in the professionals. I was not disappointed, they do a 6 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ job! I definitely will be hiring this company again and recommend anyone needing their car's upholstery cleaned to call these guys.

I was very impressed with the 5-star Chem-Dry staff. The two staff members were friendly, on-time and professional. We had two area floor carpets cleaned and were very pleased with the results. I can highly recommend this service.

I'm 60yrs old. I've never had a better looking, professional carpet cleaning job done in my past 40yrs of houses I've paid to have cleaned. These guys are thorough and a month later - the carpets still have that new look!

Will use them again and again. :)

My carpet was trashed with stains and pet urine from a tenant. After attempting to clean it myself I realized I was in over my head. After evaluating the problem areas, Chem Dry was honest about what they could do. They were quick and efficient. I was amazed at the difference when I walked back in. Their services were worth every penny and I highly recommend.

They were awesome! Showed up, got right to work and did such a nice job. They took their time making sure to get my sofa and carpet really clean. Would definitely use this service again!

Our "cat-tastrophe" on our master bedroom carpet was handled with amazing skill and professionalism. The fact that they squeezed us in and worked late on a Saturday was even more amazing! I highly recommend them!

We are very pleased with the work performed by 5-star Chem-dry. They were upfront about costs, affordable, and delivered high quality work. The technician was professional and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be using them again and recommending 5-star Chem-dry to others!

I have used Five Star Chem Dry four times. We have over the years had many pets and our carpet has been put through the ringer. Every time I’ve called Chem Dry I thought it’d be the last time and we’d end up having to get new carpet. The magic these very nice gentlemen can perform on your carpet is unbelievable. My 13 year old carpet literally looks brand new and my house smells heavenly. Cannot recommend this business enough.

These guys were great. In and out in under 2 1/2 hours I was so thrilled at the price I tipped them $50.
every time I call a carpet cleaning company I get worried about the job they will do. These guys are going into my contacts program for the future. Thanks
