Bought a house had Nae Nae and her crew come out and clean it before we moved in. Oh my God what a difference it made. It couldn’t even tell that it was clean before and it still looked good, but it looked way. Good when they got done.

Oh my goodness! I have had such a great experience with Two Maids of Bothell. Booking with them was incredibly easy and I love that their interface allows me to see all upcoming appointments. I reached out initially about a monthly clean to help me keep up the house and I definitely am excited to work with them again.

Prior to the day of service, the team double checked what my highest priorities were for the cleaning appointment, and again checked with me when they arrived. On the day of service, Nae Nae and Ariana let me know when I could expect them and showed up right on time. We went through a walkthrough of the house and areas that didn't need attention. Then, Ariana and Nae Nae set right to work. They were both so easy to work with and the house was beautiful when they were done. I am so grateful to have worked with both Ariana and Nae Nae -- Two Maids of Bothell will be one of the easiest recommendations I can make to friends for their kindness and the quality of their work.

The way I needed someone the next day and was so stressed 😫 1 phone call a fast and a 15 minute walk through, I was booked for next day 8am. Love the in home assessment and how they handle their teams most important. After a walk throug and discussing what I wanted and needed done we created a custome cleaning. I don't need a few things in the package but needed a few additional things done that are not in the package. The manager was thorough on listening to what I needed. And why I needed and also put her input in on things that I hadn't noticed myself. That had gone untouched for sometime. We openly discussed 1 team member could accommodate my needs and 2 would not be necessary. The manager openly shared that her team members earn more money an smaller cleanings when they come solo. I fell this is so commendable for taking the time to qualify my home correctly so that the team makes more 💰. At the end of my meeting I felt so relieved that I took the opportunity to have the walk through first. Shout out to Nae Nae the manager she is a gem.
