House Cleaning reviews in Bothell, Washington

Great cleaning! Everything is clean and looks nice. The cleaner was on time, polite, and did a good job. I’m happy with the service and would book again. Recommended!

Amazing professional service! My home needed a deep cleaning and they went above and beyond. My home smells amazing and looks even better. Ive dealt with other cleaners in the past that didnt seem to understand my expectations but MAIDUP showed up and did everything I wanted.

After finishing a renovation in my home, I was overwhelmed with all the dust and mess left behind. I needed help fast before moving in, so I contacted this cleaning company — and I’m so glad I did!

They were super responsive, came quickly, and absolutely transformed the place. Every surface, corner, and hard-to-reach area was spotless. They got rid of all the post-construction dust and debris — I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Now I can finally relax and enjoy my beautiful, clean home! It feels like a fresh new beginning, and I couldn’t have done it without their help.

Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs professional, detailed, and reliable cleaning service. Thank you so much for making my home shine!

they even found my lost pendant. I appreciate how they take care of our home!

The cleaning team was punctual, polite, and thorough. They cleaned areas I didn’t even think about, like the baseboards and window sills. Communication was easy, and the price was fair for the quality. I will definitely be using their service regularly

I wish I didn’t have to give even one star, but I have to click one to post this review.

A two-person team came for a move-out cleaning, and after three hours, I checked the master bathroom and found hair left in the shower booth and drawers, and dust still sitting on the bedroom window frames.

When I called the company to complain, they said they wouldn’t charge me and pulled the workers out immediately—without even locking the front door. They also didn’t respond when I texted asking where they had left the plug adapter for the automatic bedroom light.

For reference, the house was already quite clean; we just hired a professional cleaning service for deep cleaning before moving out and listing. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst cleaning experiences I’ve ever had.

I chose this company because of all the great reviews, but this time it was a complete disappointment. I’m leaving this review to let others know that good reviews don’t always mean you can trust the service.

Had a move-out cleaning in Bellevue , and a team Dina and Lia did a great job so I decided to move forward with regular maintenance cleanings for my new house. My go to cleaning company, highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Kuma and Indi were professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. The house was perfectly clean after their visit. I will definitely use their service again and highly recommend it.
