House Cleaning reviews in Bothell, Washington

The cleaners from Four Seasons just left my house where they did an initial deep clean. They did a phenomenal job, and I will definitely employ Four Seasons for ongoing maintenance. Both cleaners were highly professional, focused, thorough, and friendly. The scheduler I talked to when setting up this initial visit was also very friendly and responsive. I filled in the "get a quote" form on the Four Seasons website about two weeks ago, she called me within 5 minutes, and I had an appointment set within ten minutes (I had been on a waitlist with another service for about six weeks when I called Four Seasons). This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and I am so glad I chose this team.

The ladies doing the cleaning was wonderful, the admin was terrible, first they got the date wrong of our appointment. They never provided an estimate as requested. I never received an Invoice for payment. I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with management 4 by now, and no response. I really feel for the employees of this company to work so hard and then not get paid as your management is useless. I really wanted to use the cleaners again but will definitely not. If you can't get your house in order how are you going to get my house in order?

We needed a deep clean quickly and boy did these gals take care of it!! We had three extremely hard working girls clean and they went above and beyond!! Everything we mentioned that was a concern to us was handled and I never had to say a peep! We are thrilled- the price was fantastic-the house is super clean- and the girls were pleasant and kind-and boy did they move!! Absolutely great!!!

The cleaning was superb. Will definitely recommend and use again and they were 30 minutes early.

We are really happy with our deep clean. They did a wonderful job!

I have been using Four Seasons cleaning for 6 years. They do a great job. Usually they come in teams of 2 and they clean my house in ~ 2hrs. The cleaning teams are professional, very thorough and reliable. They are flexible if you want your house cleaned weekly, 2x/month, 1x/month (what we do). I love walking in to my house after they come. Highly recommend.

A long overdue review as 4 Seasons is absolutely THE BEST! I have used them for our home and my business and they are always accommodating, so wonderful to work with, and make everything they touch sparkle! As a busy realtor it is important for me to have a local company that I can reply on, never doubting their superior skills and willingness to make last minute requests work when I am in a pinch. So thankful for YOU 4 Seasons, thanks for taking such great care of our family & my clients!

Dalila’s attention to detail is unmatched. Perfect for anyone looking for quality cleaning services in Bellevue.

Absolutely amazing and lovely team at 4 Seasons. They were so kind and understanding of a very difficult situation and cleaned more than we expected in the space. It has been completely transformed. Everything from booking the cleaning through to their exit was handled with compassion and respect. Thank you! Highly recommend and wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Four Seasons did a deep cleaning at my house recently, and the difference was night and day. They cleaned areas I hadn’t even thought about! It was such a relief to have it all done professionally.

I just had my first house cleaning with Four Seasons in Oskams Corner, and I’m already planning to schedule recurring visits. Everything was cleaned to perfection. The attention to detail was impressive!

Our place was very messy, to the point that some other cleaning services firms declined to work with us. We were embarrassed at how bad things had gotten, and felt like we were at a dead end. But when we reached out to Four Seasons for a deep clean, they were happy to help, and the workers were all professional and efficient. They were a lifesaver, and I do not have the words to express how wonderful they were to us.

I’ve been using Four Seasons in Brier for bi-weekly maid service cleaning, and my house has never been so consistently clean. They remember the small details like wiping baseboards and dusting blinds. It’s been a huge help for our busy household.

I recently hired this cleaning service for a deep clean of two rooms in my home and had a mixed experience. I want to commend Emmy and Kris, the cleaning professionals who attended my home. Their service was outstanding, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even better. They truly went above and beyond, leaving the cleaned rooms spotless. I would rate their performance five stars without hesitation.

However, the overall experience was somewhat marred by a communication breakdown with the management. My request for a two-room deep clean was not clearly relayed to the cleaning team, resulting in an incomplete kitchen cleaning. For clarity, it's also important to note that the service does not include dishwashing as part of the kitchen cleaning package.

Considering the discrepancy between the excellent work of the cleaning team and the miscommunication from management, I am giving an overall rating of four stars. I hope management takes note of this feedback and improves their communication processes to ensure all clients receive the service they expect. Additionally, Emmy and Kris deserve recognition for their exceptional service—a raise would be a fitting acknowledgment of their hard work and dedication.

The two women did an incredible job cleaning my nephew’s apartment. This apartment was extremely dirty and dusty and they worked diligently to get it in decent shape. I would definitely hire Four Season’s again.

We had Four Seasons come out for a move out cleaning in Canyon Park, and they were incredible. The landlord was impressed, and we had zero issues getting our deposit back. It was definitely worth every penny.

The Four Seasons crew did a fantastic job with our home! Every room was cleaned thoroughly, and the whole house feels fresh and inviting. Their attention to detail really showed, and it made a big difference walking in afterward. Thanks for making our home sparkle!

A 1 person team came to our house today, her name was Lady. She did the best job vs many 3 person teams. She took all her energy for 4 hours and did a wonderful jobs. I would request her again.

The 2 ladies were very thorough in cleaning our kitchen and bathrooms. Cleaning a few of the windows was a very nice bonus.. We appreciate their being on time, as well. Thank you very much for a job well done.

I used Four Seasons Cleaning in Bothell to clean my empty house prior to staging and putting on the market. Would not recommend if you are not on site. Pictures are of floor after it was cleaned.

Four Seasons has been our go-to maid service cleaning company in Canyon Park. They’re consistent, efficient, and always leave our home smelling fresh and looking perfect. I love coming home after they've been here!
