Only used them twice so far but great experience both times and will definitely be back to use them. They take the time to explain what’s going on a more personal level. Pricing has been fair from my experience so far. They respond quickly and it always feels like you’re not a number which is why I come back and prices have been fair.

I was looking for a local HVAC company instead of the going the HVAC corporate route you hear advertising all the time.
Scott at Skyline was recommended to me by a close friend who is also in the HVAC business in Eastern WA.
Unfortunately, my existing heat pump had failed, and I was in need of finding a trustworthy local Tech that could explain to me all my options as to repair what I have or replace with new.
Scott took all the time to explain everything to us and sized up our home as to exactly what we needed whether I used his company or not.
I contacted a few other companies to do a comparison on options and price and timelines, but nobody came close to the knowledge and care that Scott took with us.
Once we figured out it was not cost effective to repair our older system and we agreed on what new system to install it was just a matter of a few days before the install took place.
His install team took pains and strains to make sure we involved and fully aware of what to expect day to day.
Scott, Riley, and Lucas are the Pros I'm so glad I found them and was able to work with them. You'll sleep better for sure knowing these guys put your system together and will be around to service it.
