Gas fireplace repairs for 2 units. Excellent!!! Immediately had an idea of the problem, was spot on. Both fireplaces cleaned, switches repaired as well as blowers corrected, now working perfectly. Cleanup was like she had never been here, perfect. Friendly, professional and well within what I expected to pay for repairs. Relieved that the entire system did not need replacing. Everything was fully explained, I will definitely call them again for maintenance, and if needed, repairs.

Bryan from Sundance came out to do a diagnostic service on our gas fireplace. We rarely use the unit but had a large amount of build up on the glass from the handful of times we've used it. He quickly recognized the issue, resolved it, and had things looking like there wasn't an issue in the first place. Great service!

I've been a customer for about 12 years. They regularly service the gas fireplaces we use to heat our house. Last winter one of the fireplaces failed and a Sundance service man diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part and came back an installed it. I know the installation was not easy, but he stayed with it until it was working. It has continued to work fine. We have ordered an heat pump to provide cooling and some winter heat. It will be installed in October. i highly recommend Sundance.
