Reviews of local pros in Bothell, Washington

This was the third time we have used Five Star Lynnwood location for carpet cleaning and they did a fantastic job. We had several pet stains and a large coffee stain and they removed all of them. Our carpet, including the stairs, always look brand new and the carpet is almost dry when they are finished. Chris did a great and professional job. I highly recommend Five Star.

It was our first time using Five Star Chem dry. I appreciate the interaction I had with Mike, he was informative and answered all my questions with a great attitude considering it was a late Saturday afternoon.
Mikey, the technician that arrived did an awesome job, he was detailed in his cleaning and made so we were pleased with the service. After the work was done it only took a couple of hours for the carpets to be completely dried and we were able to walk on them.
Would definitely call them again for future cleanings.

They were super professional and made me feel super comfortable! I get really bad anxiety with people coming into my personal space and they made it a super easy and comfortable process. 4 stars bc I wish they would’ve vacuumed before doing the cleaning, I noticed after the service that there were carpet crystals from a sprinkle deodorizer I used before the service. But I’d definitely use them again and recommend them

Gabrielle did a thorough job and we are thrilled with his work. I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation they are the best.

Our HOA brought ChemDry to clean our common area carpets and once again they did a fantastic job they look like new.

The communication, from confirming my appointment to letting me know the crew was on their way, was excellent. The carpets look fantastic -- even the stains that came up from the previous owners during our first year in the house are gone. I was not expecting total success on those. For convenience (in Everett area), money and service this is a great company.

Mikey and Si arrived promptly and got right to work. I had three bedrooms, two walk- in closets, a hallway, and two flights of stairs to be cleaned. The service included features such as corner guards to protect walls and baseboards during the cleaning. They use safe, non- chemical cleaning solutions. My carpets look great, and they were dry in about 2-3 hours. Excellent service!

I wanted my carpets cleaned ahead of having company coming to stay with me. I’m glad I chose Five-Star Chem-Dry. I have a 15 year old dog that has accidents. The team was able to get my carpet smelling better. They were fast, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend using Five-Star Chem-Dry.

I had a great experience from my first call booking my appointment with Mike through the day of carpet cleaning with Brian from Erasmo's team. I had expressed concerns over an area of carpet that had water damage and the team custom-treated it but still kept to my original bid due to the uncertainty of whether it would resolve it. Great results from the treatment. These guys are a great example of awesome customer service which is sometimes hard to come by these days. Thank you!

Glad they were open on a Sunday, spoke with Mike the owner and told him my situation where I wanted my carpets cleaned asap this week. Glad he was able to accommodate and squeeze us in. Mikey (owners son) and his cousin showed up within the time slot given. I explained to Mikey exactly what I wanted and they did a good job. Day before, we moved all the mattress out of the way so they were able to clean the carpet below as well too. They also did a protectant on the hallway and stairway, where more traffic occurs (to protect the carpet). Our carpets are about 2.5 years old, so still very good condition. They didn't take long to finish, did a good job overall. We had the stairway, hallway, 4 bedrooms and bonus room cleaned, price was reasonable. I also gave them a $30 tip. Will use them again in the future for carpet cleaning.

Had a sectional that need a cleaning due to spills and kids markers all over it along some funky smells. They did great job and were pretty quick to complete the work. Asked about spot carpet spot treatments and they demoed one of the spot cleaners they sell for an old coffee stain on my carpet I had tried to DIY. They instantly nearly removed the old coffee stain

5star chem dry did an outstanding job to restore our very soiled carpets. I thought they were beyond restoring! The crew worked very hard, were diligent, courteous and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. Would highly recommend them!!!

I had a great experience using five star Chem-dry! They were able to get me in same day and did a wonderful job. The cleaners were friendly and professional. They got my couch, rug, and two chairs beautifully cleaned in an hour and a half! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

These guys are great! I have an expensive carpet that had some really ugly stains in it. I had inherited most of them when I bought the house, (and the sellers hired pros to try to get them out to no avail). This was one last try before replacing it. I couldn’t believe it when my wife called me and said the carpet looked like brand new! I got home and ran to look and she was right. They were professional. They were on time. And they were really really good at their job! Thanks Mike and you now have a customer for life!

I've never been more excited to leave a great review! My Wife and I just completed a completed closing on our home and movers were scheduled the next day...I really wanted to get the carpets cleaned before all our furniture was in and thought there is no way I was going to find someone to come out today...I wanted Chem-Dry for their great process and called Mike at 5 star Chem-Dry in the morning before our move just to see if it was possible.
Mike went above & beyond to fit us in, that afternoon!!!
Rarely have my Wife & I ever experienced such wonderful service!
Gabe came out and did a fantastic job, getting our carpets cleaned before moving in the next morning.
You can count on Mike and team to live up to there name, FIVE STAR!
We appreciate Mike so much!

Gabriel did a thorough job! He brought new life into our carpet and he was courteous and efficient!

Always top notch service and this is such an efficient and effective way to get carpets clean. From order, to scheduling to reminders to the actual service it’s really seamless, very good. Maybe more expensive than traditional but you absolutely get what you pay for. Have used them a separate time for upholstery and they are exceptional. (Dog smells and dirt).

First of all they were able to squeeze us in very quickly which was amazing! The carpet is a very light color and Lawrence did a thorough job getting a few high traffic spots I was sure were not going to come clean looking good as new!

My car seats were a little wet after I had some work done. Michael answered my call in the evening and I was able to drop off my car at the business location (even after 5pm). In 1 day, was able to get my seats dry. Thank you for the great service!

They did a great job. The young man who did the work was very kind and professional.

I had been putting off hiring a cleaning service for months because I was not sure what to expect. After trying Two Maids of Bothell, I wish I had done it sooner. The team was friendly, efficient, and paid attention to details I had stopped noticing myself. My home looked amazing when they finished. Highly recommend!

We recently used Two Maids of Bothell for a house cleaning and were very impressed. The team was punctual, professional, and paid close attention to details that other cleaners had missed in the past. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
