Reviews of local pros in Bothell, Washington

Pamela & her husband have consistently provided amazing cleaning services within our home as well as for my business' office. Pamela is highly responsive to communication, and incredibly thorough in her work. It is apparent that they deep clean the house and when asked to pay special attention to a particular area, they go above and beyond to accommodate. They have been very easy to work with in regard to scheduling and have even made several last-minute requests happen. I highly recommend Toledo Cleaning Services. They are reliable, trustworthy, & efficient.

Pamela was easy to set up a meeting with and I was able to get a reasonable quote for the clean within 24 hours of reaching out. Her crew was fast, meticulous, and did a GREAT job in our house. We look forward to our next cleaning.

Pamela’s team was a pleasure to work with for our Deep Clean! They left the house sparkling clean to the point where I jokingly told my husband “don’t touch anything!”. It really was spotless! She was quick to address my concern of using my bleach/ammonia free cleaning products to use for next time. We look forward to working with them in the future!

Toledo cleaning services literally saved me last week! We had a deep clean scheduled with another cleaner and they had an emergency and had to cancel at midnight the night before the deep clean. We had the whole house prepped for the clean (not easy with 2 toddlers!) and a guest coming to stay with us for a week in a few days, and I had been looking forward to the deep clean so much. On a Saturday morning at 8 am I was frantically started calling other companies trying to see if somehow I could find someone else to clean our house that weekend but felt like chances were next to none. Toledo cleaning services answered the phone on the second ring, and expressed empathy for our situation (even though I knew there are definitely far worse problems in the world haha) - and were able to squeeze us in for a deep clean the next morning! They were so nice, efficient, and cleaned the house better than I have seen it in years. Highly recommend their cleaning, as well as their customer service and just all around kindness!

TCS team have been helping us keep our home sparkling clean for a few years now!

Pam and her team do a great job, from scheduling to reminders to cleaning. All this at a reasonable price too. I am very happy with my cleaning services.

She was able to schedule me quickly for a deep clean. During the deep clean everything including the windows were cleaned thoroughly. No spot left behind.

I have opted for the recurring services and I have no complaints every single time.

Thank you.

Loved our first experience with Pamela and her team! We were scheduled quickly and they did an amazing job. We have a busy house with two kids and a dog- our house has never been so clean!! They were thorough, kind, and efficient! Looking forward to our monthly cleanings :)

Pamela is professional and has great customer service etiquette. I contacted her and within a couple days she fit me in to do a deep cleaning for my 1300 sq ft home. The cleaners were prompt and thorough. My kitchen & bathrooms was what I wanted most work on and they did an exceptional job at every nook&cranny! I plan on using Toledo Cleaning services for years to come🫧Support Family/Small Business!!

Excellent job at my house. They were professional, hard working and respectful. I am so happy with their work! Thank you TCS.

They did a wonderful job! My house couldn’t be cleaner! Pamela is great to work with! I look forward to having a clean house from now on!

Pamela and her team are amazing! They work fast AND do an impeccable job every time. They’re also very communicative and very reliable: Pamela sends out reminders before cleaning, and they have been cleaning my home for more than a year now and have never been late. They clean/dust every nook and cranny, take care with our belongings, and they even help with dishes! The staff is so kind and considerate of our family. I’ve used a couple different cleaning companies and they are the best one in every way!

I love Toledo Cleaning! They’ve been cleaning my apartment for about a year now and I’m very pleased with them. They clean my one bedroom two bathroom apartment every two weeks. I consider it an investment in my home and my self since its such a time saver.

They send a team of two cleaners over each time so everything is done very efficiently and quickly.

I appreciate that they also change the sheets/make the bed and sometimes fold the toilet paper into cute little flowers.

More importantly, they do a very thorough job. The floors and surfaces are always clean, the bathrooms are spotless and the products they use smell amazing. Give them a try!

Pamela and her team are so easy and friendly to work with! They are efficient and always do a fantastic job!

Pamela and her team have been helping us to keep our home clean for over a year now. All of them work very carefully and pay attention to detail. After their visits everything, even our well-used stovetop, is left sparkling clean and our house smells nice and fresh. Pamela is very good at scheduling the next cleaning, sending out reminders and communicating to make sure our expectations are exceeded. For me, TCS has been a reliable cleaning service provider and I would definitely recommend them!

Never come back to my house! Terrible service.
Firstly, they misused the green food scraps bin, stuffing regular household trash into it after it hadn't been used for a long time. We didn't even notice what they had done until bugs started flying everywhere.
Second, they weren't as professional as they claimed, and I frequently asked them to rework the job. They left the bathtub unwashed and the dark cabinets unwiped, assuming I wouldn't notice. As others have commented, they were completely unprofessional. They frequently changed staff. Third, I fired them and stopped them from coming to my house. I politely explained that I was renovating and didn't need them to continue cleaning. Finally, they refused to pay for the bug cleanup. Don't waste your money with them.

Such a Terrible service! The staff can't even tell the trash can apart and throw it around, causing bugs in the garage. Check your bathroom tub, it's not cleaned properly at all.

We were so impressed. Everything looked brand new—the fridge, even the coffee maker! They did such an amazing job. After trying another cleaning services, this has been such a nice change. The quality and the price are both so much better. I’m really glad we found them!

I had a wonderful experience. Pamela is a delight to work with and her team did an amazing job on the deep clean. It looks and smells so clean and fresh! Looking forward to regular maintenance cleanings!

The team did a great job cleaning our home.
They left each room sparkling, they took their time to make sure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction.

I am a clean person. I pride myself in keeping a clean house. I thought I did a pretty good job. Until Pamela and her crew came through and made me realize how much I missed. I now can officially say my house is SPOTLESS. Will never go back! Pamela is responsive and knows what she is doing. This is worth every penny considering the quality and the time I save. The only thing I regret is waiting as long as I did to call her. Don’t wait, just call her!
