Reviews of local pros in Bothell, Washington

Moving out of state and needed a professional to help with the 2.5 bathrooms and open-concept kitchen. After performing a quick Google search for cleaning professionals in the area, I reached out to The Perfect Cleaning Concepts. They were prompt to reply and easy to communicate with and we arranged the service two weeks in advance. Gustavo was punctual and kind. He made the assigned areas look move-in ready! My husband and I are very pleased.

The Perfect Cleaning Concepts is a total game changer in the world of cleaning. I have never experienced a better, more thorough and genuinly kind house cleaning team! Renato and Alinne are a godsend and I am so happy to have found them after a few subpar experiences with other companies. You would never be able to tell that we have 2 big dogs who shed constantly after the 5 star service The Perfect Cleaning Concepts provides! I would recommend them to any and everyone!

Perfect Cleaning Concepts has been cleaning our house for a few years now and do an exceptional job. Thorough, professional and communicative, all things important to our family. If trustworthy, competent and reliable are all things you’re seeking in a house cleaner, this is the company for you!

We have been using the perfect cleaning concepts for over a year and a half. I would most definitely recommend this company. They leave our home super clean and pay attention to detail. I have not once had an issue with their quality of cleaning, top quality job each every time.

I absolutely love The Perfect Cleaning concepts! Alinne and Renalto do an amazing job of keeping our home spotless. I’ve even wanted to watch them work to find out how they get such perfect results. I’ve always considered myself good at cleaning, but they get better results. After their appointment, our home sparkles and smells wonderful. They are respectful, thorough, and trustworthy. I’ve tried other cleaning companies, but no one comes close. I highly recommend them. Marilyn Hutchins, Mill Creek

The crew here did such a great job deep cleaning our house! They spent about 4 hours on a 1500sq ft split-level house, and did such a good job that the house looked better than when we moved in! The crew cares deeply about the work they do, and it shows in every square inch of our house!

We've enjoyed Alinne and her team for the last two months. They do a thorough job and work around our senior dog. What I really appreciate is the ability to communicate with Alinne and her responsiveness. Thank you for providing peace of mind and a clean home!

I was looking for a service to do a deep clean of our condo. We live in Kenmore and I wanted to find a local company. I found The Perfect Cleaning Concepts on the Eastside and they did such a great job I decided to use them on a regular basis. Renato and his crew are very professional and efficient. They are reliable and very punctual. If you're looking for a independent company that does great work, Perfect Cleaning Concepts is a great choice.

This was great! It looks and smells amazing in here after this service. We are setting up for bi-weekly visits, wonderful job! - The Perfect Cleaning Concepts.

We have been using The Perfect Cleaning Concepts for 6 months now (2x per month) and have had a great experience with their team. They are highly efficient and take time to detail clean our home. We highly recommend them as they are polite and respectful with our personal belongings regardless if we are home or not during our cleaning.

I had to fire myself from house cleaning because I just wasn't doing a good job. I'd been looking around for awhile before I came across Perfect Cleaning Concepts. I was impressed by their professional web site where it was easy to navigate through and see what they are all about and submit a request for a quote. They personally came out and walked through the house, asked about our needs and explain their services before giving us a quote. They have been flexible when we've needed schedule changes. They did an initial deep clean and now come every 2 weeks. They come as a team immediately get busy going through the whole house in just a few hours. They are efficient, professional and responsive. It is such a better experience that I've had in the past with house cleaning. I so appreciate them for what they do.

Awesome communication and super efficient! My house looks just like it did when i first moved in, everything looks great and was left sparking. Thank you The Perfect Cleaning Concepts.

We hired Renato and his team to do a move out/deep cleaning of our previous rental home and they did such a wonderful job that we hired them again a few weeks later to do a move in/deep clean of our new home. Both homes were left spotless, sparkly clean and we look forward to working with them soon. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Cleaning Concepts Service is fantastic! The team is professional, thorough, and always leaves my home spotless. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Cleaning Concepts is amazing! Our house is sparkling and is always so beautiful after They comes over. This is definitely something I didn't know I needed until we started - this is our fifth month we do every two weeks.

This cleaning company is a scam! Dont use them! They did such a terrible job cleaning. First they started cleaning at 10am and didnt end till 4pm in a 3 bedroom house. I had to call them back because they never cleaned part of my home. Second they charged me 700 dollars then when I complained after paying them they said I should of told them to charge less!! The owner also doesn't like to call you. Communication is poor! Dont go by the reviews! That is probably fake also!

I struggled for years to find a cleaning service that would meet my extremely high standard in cleaning/sanitizing. And I have always opted to do it myself and spend my weekend cleaning just to get it the way I wanted. I am so glad I finally decided to get The Perfect Cleaning Concepts . The team exceeded my expectations by far. They are fast, efficient, extremely detail oriented. They cleaned areas I honestly thought were impossible to clean :) they are also considerate and listen carefully to all requests. Renato did a great job communicating what they will do and every time there was a change, he made sure I am aware. I am so happy I found their services and looking forward to continue having their help. Now I can claim my weekends back and relax :)))

We have been customers for about 4 months, and I can honestly say that Alinne and her team have improved my quality of life. They come every other week, and that service means I don’t have to spend my weekends trying to deep clean my house. It feels so nice and freeing knowing my house will be clean and smelling great (not an easy feat with two dogs). They’re always on time, and they’re also flexible with scheduling if I need a switch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service. The Perfect Cleaning Concepts team were professional, thorough, and incredibly efficient. My home has never looked better. They paid attention to the smallest details. They were also punctual and respectful of my space. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch cleaning!

My first time using a cleaning service. The Perfect Cleaning Concepts does a spectacular job. I referred a couple friends even. Never thought my house could be so clean and fresh smelling even with a dog. I highly recommend them…

We love The Perfect Cleaning Concepts!! They’ve been cleaning our home every 2 weeks for the past 6 months now, and they consistently do a top notch job, every single time. And that’s a house with two teenagers, and a (shedding) dog and cat. Plus, the communication and effort to find a time that works for you, is truly unparalleled. We’re so grateful!! ❤️
