Thanks for the service! Work was done as agreed. Price is affordable. Satisfied with a result.
-
Reliable service. Pleasant experience.

No complaints with the service person, but was not told ahead of time I would pay over $100 for him to walk in the door. Would not call them again.
-
Technician came on time, fixed the problem real fast. Highly recommend their services.

Be aware of them costing you trip charge, diagnostic fees....fir nothing. Use the money towards buying yourself a new appliance.
This company has shady business practices -
Great service. Reliable efficient and dependable! Explained what was wrong with my machine and told me exactly what needed to be fixed.
-
Good passion for the problem solving!
Hopefully operations and billing can be well organized for the next quality level. Great!!! -
They showed up, they diagnosed the problem. They could not get the right control board. They said they would refund me the price of the board minus the service calls, which was fair.
-
Great service. The technician came on time and quickly identified the issue with built-in oven. I’ve sent the model number beforehand and the part was already prepared.

Not a good experience. Was told on the phone there would be no charge if they didn't do any repairs. They charged over $100 to tell me my fridge wasn't worth fixing. The repairman also didn't speak any English and had to use Google translate for every portion of our conversation. Unacceptable and terrible service.

Incredibly poor service. They charged over $100 just to inform us our fridge wasn't worth repairing (despite saying there "would be no charge if no work"). To make matters worse, the repairman didn't speak any English, using Google translate for every part of the conversation. He couldn't answer any of my questions.

Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes properly, and I dreaded the thought of replacing it. The technician was very polite, and fixed the problem quickly. Excellent service!

We hired them to fix our washer. After visit I didn't hear anything back till I contacted them several times. They fixed our washer. It stopped working after 95 days with the same issue. They refused to honor the warranty.

Meh.
Tech arrived on time (same day appt) but had limited English skills (self professed) so he wasn't able to clearly communicate what the problem was with our dryer (just that it had a "broken line").
But said he had "the parts" on hand to do complete the repairs for $325 in under 45 minutes, so went ahead with it.
(It was after 5pm on "laundy day" and we'd already committed to the $90 service visit cost.)
The work was completed in under 5 min. And, as near as I can tell, it was just reattaching the (same) power cord inside the unit.
So we spent ~$325 +tax +tip** (no receipt has been sent yet) for a simple repair (that I could , and have, done myself before, with a phillips screwdriver and a $25 dryer cord from local hardware store).
We didn't even get a new cord (a new "part"), and tech left the exhaust duct disconnected so I had to connect it myself.
Sigh.
In hindsight, I could/should have done this myself for 1/10 the cost. -
The service was on time and great. We are very satisfied with the results. Highly recommend! Professional and super detail job.

I had a very good experience with the Appliance Repair MM. Came within hours of my call for an appointment. Mike, my technician arrived right on time and got my fridge running again in short order. He explained carefully what the problems were - and was conscientious in B every way. Swift. courteous. And what a relief to not have to get a whole new unit! Recommended highly. Mike gets top marks.

technician came didn't have enough knowledge or he was not interested even in finding the problem.
1. came in and measured the temperature of the refrigerator, with the temperate I could conclude that fridge is not cooling.
2. I told him the water is off because of leakage.
3. turned on the water
4. he started looking around the refrigerator with torch and inside
5. made the conclusion that there is no leak and no problem.
6. had to tell him that when you use the water dispenser then it leaks.
7. he took a small mug and filled it water from refrigerator then no leaks. he said your refrigerator is fine.
8. then I told him that may be we need more water out from dispenser and I did that then water started leaking from the left gate.
9. then he tried dismantling the refrigerator door, which he could not.
10. then he made the conclusion that Condenser is not working from no where and said call the insurance company it will be much cheaper. I would expect some diagnostic to figure out whats wrong.
11. then I was asked to pay for the visit as well as diagnostic. I refused to pay for diagnostic.
will hesitate to call next time. -
My washer suddenly stopped working, but the technician was on site the same day. The repair was completed efficiently, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend this service to anyone in need of reliable and quality appliance repair.

Michael was prompt, knowledgeable, completely prepared with parts to do the job, and efficient. We were amazed. The problem is gone and our dishwasher is running like a champ.

I called them for my Samsung refrigerator repair. There was a language barrier with the technician.. He spend most of the time looking at phone and figuring out, then ask for additional money to remove the assembly and turn off the noise. Again, he tried to figure out and then gave up, said that he is afraid of causing damage and couldn't open. It was a waste of time and money. I will call Samsung Authorized service center now.

Appliance Repair MM LLC scammed me - I got 1/2 of my money back, I should never have paid in cash. I found another guy (excellent actually) that diagnosed it and fixed the problem in minutes. No parts needed. Read the reviews carefully, you might think as I that most (if not all) of his positive reviews are fake.
