Constraction reviews in Bremerton, Washington

Had a great experience with Moore Construction! They took on a huge project for me and I could not be more pleased with the results! They even finished a little early! Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough good things about MOORE Construction. Their entire team is friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at every point.

They took on doing both our main house and ADU kitchens at the same time, along with several small side projects. Throughout the process, they collaborated with us to make sure our design ideas were integrated into the project and that we were happy with all the work being done. Even with my pivoting on a couple of decisions and dealing with some issues like a leaking roof in the middle of the project our site foreman, Brenton stayed positive and solution driven.

During our project, we had some issues with one of their subcontractors to the point of me, being in tears. As soon as I notified Milo , he came out immediately to resolve the issue and make sure that at the end of the day I was happy with the outcome.

MOORE is now our go to Contractor for all our needs and I look forward to working with them on several future projects.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Moore Construction for a remodel of our condo’s kitchen, living room, and main bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

From start to finish, the Moore team was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. They transformed our outdated spaces into modern, functional, and beautiful areas that we now love spending time in. The attention to detail was impeccable, and they truly brought our vision to life. In the kitchen, they installed beautiful custom cabinetry, modern quartz countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances, transforming it into a chef’s dream. The living room now features elegant built-in cabinets, a stunning fireplace makeover, and new lighting that ties the space together perfectly. For the main bathroom, they created a spa-like retreat with a luxurious walk-in shower, heated tile flooring, electric towel bar, and spacious vanity units.

What truly impressed us was Moore Construction’s seamless collaboration with our designer and their respect for our budget. They made sure every decision was a financial fit without sacrificing quality or aesthetics. Naturally, with a project of this scale, there were occasions when a subcontractor’s costs exceeded expectations. However, Moore made time to promptly review the work with us, making fair adjustments to the invoices when appropriate. We also found every member of the Moore team to be friendly and respectful. This was especially important to us as we lived in our condo during construction. Our unit is in a mid-rise building, and we were concerned over the impact our project would have on neighbors and the overall community. Moore understood this and went the extra mile to minimize disruption and keep the common areas protected and clean.

If you’re looking for a reliable and talented contractor, we highly recommend Moore Construction. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched.

Thank you, Moore Construction, for making our home dreams come true!

Every person that I have spoken to in Moore Construction was SO helpful and professional every step of the way. They offer financing, and the pricing was fair as I had already received quotes from a few different contractors. They took on my nightmare of a “DIY” stair railing project and made my home safe again. The turn around time was impressive, and it turned out beautiful. I look forward to using them for all of our future projects.

Fantastic experience. I had my house re-sided, sealed and painted. Each team was professional and considerate.

Worst company ever. They take up assigned parking spots withought clearing it with the tenants. They play loud music all day. Got paint on my car. Leave sharp screws everywhere withought cleaning it up at the end of the day. When they were sawing their wood for the siding they didn't contain correctly and got saw dust all over my car, didn't notify me and left the property with my car looking like that. They left siding and wood on the side of the apartment they did not dispose of. They left exposed wire from the doorbell. Evertime we opened our screen door it would hit the exposed live wire and spark and would trigger our doorbell to ring constantly. We told the workers and they did nothing so we electrically taped it. They broke my lock for my balcony storage and didn't notify me. I feel as a company you should leave a place and tenants property the same way it was before you started work.A few workers were nice but for the most part very Un professional. Highly disappointed.

The BEST of the BEST!
Can’t say enough about James and his company. We had quite a bit of work to do on the outside of our home. He said he could get it done in a week and he did! No games, just hard work!
If you need good quality work done on time, hire this company!

They did an amazing job on painting our house. We have used them before on residing and painting our rental property. Everything went seamless and their crew is outstanding.

James and his crew were great to work with. He came in with the best bid and the best ideas to accomplish the repairs and look we were hoping for.

I had an outstanding experience with JC Siding and Contruction!!! I had a new deck intalled! His entire crew was extremely professional, answered any questions I had and fixed any issues I had usually before I knew they were issues!! Excellent work and outstanding customer service!!

10 year old home with an entire rotten wall due to poor initial construction. James and his crew were prompt, friendly and professional. They had to remove all the siding, sheeting, insulation and trim, plus do mold mitigation. The house is better than ever, and even got a few upgrades done, including outdoor speakers, lighting, and a job done right. Will definitely hire again for any additional needs.

I am quite impressed with James at JC Siding. His company provided quick service. James is professional and very knowledgeable. He actually shows up which is rare in this world. I highly recommend!

The JC team did an outstanding job of siding removal and cleanup. The team was on time every day. Sideing was done and complete as promised. Nice job I recommend this team. James’s team was very polite and treated my house as though it was theirs. Nice job.

JC Siding and Construction replaced all siding at a project home in Lakebay. We had a rough start thanks to Covid and the stay at home order. The job started July 2020 on the date promised. I watched as the prep work began, the crew was communicative and meticulous. Then the rot repair began, and it was alot. As they found issues they dealt with them, first showing me the problem then the solution. They put flashing in all areas needed, including behind the front deck posts. The work took 2+ weeks, during some of the hottest days. The crew was super polite, hard working guys. Every single night they cleaned the entire work site. They worked long hard days to make my home sparkle. You can probably find companies that would be cheaper, but you get what you pay for, IF you want QUALITY then you need JC Siding and Construction. You will not regret your choice. You can trust them with your biggest asset, your home. I am beyond happy with the work.

We we very pleased with the new dormer and window he installed on my mom's old house. She called him for windows on her new house and he was again very honest. Windows just need some caulk which he took care of at no charge. Many of the contractors we had come out for bids were really trying to gouge you. Not JC we will definitely use him again.

After calling 3 places to replace old LP siding, we landed on JC. Boy did we make the right choice. The first place we called was nearly twice as much with the estimate and the 2nd one didn’t want to do it as he didn’t have enough experience or crew. Although we were a bit hesitant at first, primarily because the price seemed “too fair”, and because, well contractors.
We were beyond impressed. The crew the did the initial tear down (removing all the old siding and disposing of it) then they had to sheet the whole house. (There was none before) and side it. Accomplished this in 4 days. It was poetry in motion.
They painting crew was next. Great crew again. I was sincerely amazed at how well these guys worked together. They communicated without talking sometimes

I would hire them again, in a heartbeat!

JC Siding was the absolutely amazing. James and his team are professionals in and off the job site. They completed the job perfectly and went above and beyond to do the little extras which made the house even better. His painting crew came in quickly after the Hardie Plank went up and shot the whole house with perfection.

Hired James and his team because my dad got very sick and wasn’t able to walk upstairs to his bedroom anymore. Within a week they completed a bedroom on the main floor of the house. We needed it rushed because my dad was getting out of the hospital. They were very professional, very punctual and very low cost. They even worked very late hours to complete the project on time. Thanks

The best experience we've had during our home building project! James was great to work with and the communication was top notch!
His crew come right in and picked up where we left off, installing siding and painting the exterior. I would highly recommend!!!

I would recommend JC Siding & Construction without hesitation. Theirs was the third bid that I received for my home residing project, and not only did they supply the cheapest bid, I was greatly impressed by the thoroughness of their bid walkthrough. James (the owner) asked detailed questions and provided meticulous context (context that would clearly have a meaningful outcome in my project results!) that neither of the other companies offered. The JC Siding crew was professional, courteous, hard-working, competent, and thorough. They were meticulous with cleanup, and if the workers had any questions, they were forthright, proactive, and always made sure I was okay with any emergent changes or issues. They made excellent recommendations re: repairs and fixes to the underlayment as appropriate to improve security and weatherization for my 1938 home. The siding project took slightly longer than I anticipated as the crew simultaneously juggled other projects, but it was absolutely worth the wait and I have a beautiful outcome that gives me great joy. It is sure to be pleasing for years to come.

JC Siding and Construction was so amazing. They were very honest and upfront with us about the cost and damage. The crew was amazing and respectful and they fixed other things with our home with no extra cost. The owner was very responsive to text and phone calls. He also was hands on with the project and made sure we knew everything that was going on. If I ever need anything else done in the near future they will be the ones I call.
