Hank and Jason are both great, they came to my house to help me with concerns of a leaking roof. They both were professional and extremely knowledgeable. And provided me with information to get my issues resolved. Close and Mike did my roof and I am extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend the services they provide.

Stefan and his crew completed a great looking roof replacement in a timely manner while working under cold and rainy conditions. They covered all of the plants and shrubbery around the house protecting them from any damage. The crew members were very friendly and addressed all of my questions and explained what they would do each day. I was very happy with the completion date in spite of the bad weather. don't remember the foreman's name. but we spoke early and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. all crew members i greeted or briefly spoke a comment were friendly and positive. also, on price, i was born in 1940 and recently am having a difficult time with the cost of everything, I bought my first neat little 2 bedroom house in a neat area in Beaverton, Or. in 1967 for $12,000.00. Your price is the lowest of the 5 $ estimates/bids.

Cloise and Mike did a fantastic job on the metal roof of our historic farmhouse. From beginning to end, they were great to work with. Their bid was clear and pricing was competitive. They worked with us to get the products for the look we wanted. They were on-time, worked efficiently and cleaned up the site when the work was done. Five stars for Stefan and his crew!

Cloise & Mike recently completed our roof project. Both our home and shop roofs were replaced a week ahead of schedule and only took three days. Communication from all involved was top notch (Estimator, Office Staff and Site Crew). Stefan and his crew did an excellent job protecting our property, keeping the site clean and communicating regarding our concerns.

Everyone that I dealt with at Cloise and Mike were highly competent, professional and just plain pleasant to be around.
Mine was a small job but they treated my carport/shop (being remodeled into a tiny house) as if it was the most important job they'd done all year. The roof had some structural dysfunctions which Stefan, Cris and the crew did an amazing job of fixing before laying down the gorgeous metal roofing.
Not only was the entire job well done from Tony's estimate to the final cleanup, but also Stefan modified the new fascia at my request and even added a section that was necessary for a proper and more attractive installation. All communication among the crew was respectful and was more collaborative team building as opposed to just ordering people around.
I had a serious problem with the guys who came to do the gutters, and true to his word, Jake handled it.

I have had Cloise and Mike Construction do work for me several times over the past 20 years or so. They are a really good company and go the extra mile to make things right. Jason H was the foreman on this latest job, which had some complexity to it due to the way the house was constructed. The crew did a great job of making everything right. I very much appreciate the work.

Outstanding work on a large and complex residential roof with multiple skylights and solar tubes, including new installations. Bulmaro and his crew were fast, meticulous, and incredibly clean. Attention to detail was excellent, and they left the site better than they found it. Truly professional from start to finish—highly recommend.

Cloise and Mike replaced the roof on our neighborhood historic barn. Though it was a difficult and very particular installation they came through for us. I'd like to particularly thank Grant, the project manager and Jose, the construction superintendent and his crew. They all provided extra care, did a quality installation on our unusual project, and cleaned up the site thoroughly after themselves. We've heard nothing but praise from our neighbors who are traditionally a pretty tough group to please. I'm glad we chose Cloise and Mike and will not hesitate to recommend them.

This was a superior job. Estimate was prompt and detailed. Communications throughout were regular, clear and respectful. References were enthusiastic. The tear-off and installation were completed on time and on schedule (two days' work in total).. The seven-person crew was great -- trained, efficient, skilled, coordinated. Our thanks to them and their foreman, Jose. The bid was not the lowest we received but was within bounds. Only surprise was the high number of plywood sheets billed, beyond the bid. But that presumably reflected the bad condition of existing plywood underlayment. Warmest recommendation.

So grateful for the recommendation, from a friend, to hire Cloise & Mike for a home re-roofing project. In addition to being licensed, bonded, and insured, the company communicates well and completes tasks as scheduled! Jose was the work crew leader, I understand, and did a good job directing the roofing team so the new install really was completed in a day, safely, and the clean up very through. Bonus: the cost was very reasonable! And yes, while the roof area wasn't large, other similarly sized homes in the neighborhood had new roof installs, from other companies, that took place over a week. In summary, when sleuthing for a company to do your roof work, I highly recommend Cloise & Mike - contact them for a free estimate!

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job with our roof!! They were on the job early and worked like a hive of bees until it was completed. We had a new roof in 2 days and our yard was so clean and undisturbed it was like they had never even been there!! All the folks that we worked with were great!! Tony was excellent in explaining the process and handling the paperwork. Well done Cloise and Mike!!

First I would like to point out Grant, the person that came out and inspected the job requested and provided the estimate. After reviewing two additional estimates, one was in line with Grants and the other was more than double. After talking with the more expensive estimator I contacted Grant and discussed my concerns with him. He answered my questions and concerns and he worked with me to get an estimate for what I needed. Grants professionalism and willingness to work with me impressed me. He redid his estimate based upon what we discussed and I was satisfied. Grant stayed in contact with me through scheduling up to the date of install.

Next was the work. Elmer was the supervisor and Marco the crew leader. Both were professional in their discussions with me and answered all of my questions. Elmer went beyond and did some “show and tell” with me so I truly understood the process about my particular job. Marco and his crew seemed very competent and moved through the job with ease. Marco spent time with me to answer questions about the few that I had. The crew was here for almost 12 hours doing the work, including cleanup following the job. I have yet to find a nail and I can say so far no flat tires😁 I would definitely recommend this company especially because of their flexibility and dedication to the job and customer.

We had a great experience getting our roof replaced with Cloise and Mike. Everyone we worked with was incredibly thorough and professional. This is the third home we have owned and the third roof we have replaced. Cloise and Mike is by far the best roofing company we've worked with. The installers, led by Bulmaro, did an excellent job and the roof looks great. They had to deal with some rainy weather the week of the install, but were able to get the roof done quickly despite the weather. We would highly recommend working with Cloise and Mike if you need a roof.

Cloise & Mike were professional to work with starting with the estimator Tony, who showed up on time and did a comprehensive inspection of our roof and attic after we discussed a leak. Stefan, Chris and crew communicated with us every step of the way when our project was able to start until completion. Would highly recommend them.

Cloise and Mike Construction responded very quickly to my needs. I had an attic ventilation issue and needed some additional soffit vents installed to increase my soffit to ridge cap net free area ratio. Jason and Hank inspected my roof and made some recommendations to improve the attic condition. Later they removed 11 existing soffit blocks and installed new soffit vents in about an hour. The install looks very professional, and both Jason and Hank are friendly, knowledgable with great craftsmenship. I would also like to give a shout out to Chris and Cori for their excellent customer service.

Chris A. and his trusty partner did a superb job melding a new roof with an existing roof for a recently completed carport that was built off a shed. This is the second time I've worked with Chris (and Cloise & Mike) and have had a very positive experience both times. They use quality materials and do great work.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new roof!!! They were fast, efficient, affordable, and really went the extra mile for us. I cannot say enough good things about Jason Hernandez and his crew!!! Jason kept me up to date on the project and went above and beyond. They secured a loose downspout to the house and tracked down a ventilation issue with our ancient stove top fan (which was installed wrong when the home was built)! We have a ton of plants around the house and not one was harmed in the slightest - wow!!!

Our experience was first rate. Our estimator Justin was very thorough and did well communicating with us at each step. Jose and his crew did a great job and completed the work in 1 day.
