Excellent service. Punctual and did an amazing job of cleaning the driveway and lawn when they completed the removal of five overgrown trees. They also trimmed many other trees. We highly recommend them for their professional tree service!

Merwyn was great. He responded within a couple hours to my message on their website, which surprised me since it was just one day after the big storm. He came out that afternoon to survey my situation and give me an estimate. I agreed to the price and he called me later that night to say he's be out the next morning at 8:30.

Merwyn and Dale showed up exactly on time and did a terrific job. In about 4 1/2 hours they removed a large fir that had fallen on my woodshed, then two additional firs that were too close to the house for comfort and could blow over in a future storm. Then the grand finale was a fir hangup in a cotton wood combo that was loaded up and threatening the house. I was really impressed with Merwyn’s knowledge and expertise in analyzing the hang up and getting it choked and rigged so as to come down the way we wanted it to. And it executed perfectly.

They brought their chipper and were very conscientious of cleaning up all the brush and limbs associated with the removals. Plus they were both friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I would definitely hire them again!

Have used Hiebert Tree Services on 3 occasions and they exceed our expectations. Very efficient and talented at dealing with huge fir trees to be removed within inches of our building and withing a few yards of our home. Pricing is much better than our other 2 bidders and they leave the landscape all cleaned up, too!

I've had issues with my neighbor over trees in my backyard along my fence line and just seen this company cutting the roots of my tree...Shady way to do business.

Always so helpful and does a GREAT job! Has removed almost 10 trees from our lawn and makes sure to block off the area so pieces don’t hit windows or the house. Fairly priced and a good person to support!

So I call them before I coming do appointment at 12, and when I arrive that noodles forklift nobody said move ya truck away

I can't speak on customer service or wether or not you get what you ordered. I don't work in that area. I work with cleaning and preparing the equipment for delivery.
In that area the standards are high. They really want their equipment to arrive on the job site "Job ready." Every single piece of equipment is cleaned, repaired if needed, and inspected for functionality. I know. All I do all day is clean equipment and run it through it's function. Each and every piece of the hundreds or thousands that show up on your job site have been individually inspected and do what they are supposed to do.
I also get to work with a great staff. The work is hard but worth it.

We hired Sergio Landscaping LLC for a full yard cleanup, and the results exceeded expectations. The property looks amazing.
