I found this great company from a Facebook community group suggestion for gas fireplace repair. I can see why Hawk’s Heating and Air was recommended! Great commutation from scheduling my appointment, to getting reminder texts, to even getting to have my fireplace maintenanced early as they were ahead of schedule. Then, to top it off I really appreciate Brandon explaining to me tips for maintenance (I need to get it cleaned annually since it’s my main source of heat) to just overall great customer service and in-person communication. We found our go-to fireplace service. It was an unexpected bonus just how clean they helped get my fireplace. Thanks Brandon, and team!

These guys helped me figure out how to use my new furnace and repaired a leak in the roof from the old chimney for the old oil system. I will definitely be using them again when I am ready to install a heat pump in my new home.

I called proaire hearing because my furnace wasnt working, it turned out to be my thermostat. They came and replaced my thermostat and now it is running like new. They were very honest and friendly and i will definitely call them in the future.

Very happy with their service. They came out to inspect and clean my furnace. They called ahead of time to confirm our appointment and even showed up about 15 minutes early. The prices are fair and the service was excellent. I now have a piece of mind that my furnace is up to par and ready to get me thru the winter.

Had Shawn and crew back out to install a mini split ductless system to save on my electric bill. Once again they were timely, professional and affordable! Took less than a day and cleaned up nicely which I always appreciate. :)

I had them put in a heat pump and added a ac coil to my existing furnace. They were on time professional cleaned up after themselves. Proaire was less expensive than the other quoted I had and even added a new thermostat, set it up and explained how it would save me money. Would recommend them to anyone.

This company installed our HVAC and heat pump in October 2018 In our brand new home.By November 2018 our air compressor had gone out. They came out in February 2019 and replaced the air compressor. Three years later the air compressor has gone out yet again. We are invested over $3000 because this company performs subpar. He refuses to return calls or messages. Multiple homes in our HOA have had the same issue. And when we talked to our contractor, Rainier general development they refuse to take responsibility for subcontracting this awful company.

Since moving into our new facility in 2015, we've had several heating and cooling companies come by to inspect our current system. While trying to be comfortable in the shop, but trying to keep cost low, we weren't able to successfully do that with our system. Most companies would "fix" our issue, but it actually was never fixed. After contacting Pro Aire Heating and Cooling, we were given some options on how to save cost. The owner has put us on a maintenance schedule, personally installed a new efficient system and is always on-time when we need him. Thank you Pro Aire for the great customer service and attention to our needs!!

Our Furnace stopped working and within 2 days we had Shawn onsite to review our issue and make a recommendation. 24 hours later we had a new furnace and thermostat that we are really impressed with. Price was below expectations and service\installation were excellent. Shawn is very knowledgeable and honest. I would not be surprised to actually see our monthly electricity bill go down while our house is actually warmer.

Proaire installed a four-head ductless Daikin system for my wife Kathy and I in March of 2019 - in time to really enjoy the air conditioning option.
