Way too expensive for an hour and a half work! This is why us seniors are so afraid to call the professionals it's way overpriced for what you do.Very disappointing. Oh yes he did a fine job but that doesn't make up for the amount of money you charge.

Cory and his team at Revival Plumbing were fantastic to work with. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked a long, hard day to ensure the job was completed to a high standard. Everyone on the team was personable and professional, and I especially appreciated their thoughtfulness in wearing shoe covers over their boots to protect my flooring without me even having to ask. Excellent service from start to finish!

Cory is the Best!
I came home after work to find my ceiling had a water spot from the bathtub on the second floor.
Give Cory a call after 5pm he picked right up. Cory was concerned asked me some questions I was able to take a few photos to show where I thought the leak was coming from.
Cory said that he was on his way. When Cory arrived he was very personable explain what he was going to do give me an estimate that was good.
He got my leak fixed efficiently.

I reached out to Revival Plumbing specifically because of all the positive reviews. That’s why this experience was such a letdown.

They booked a walkthrough, Kory came out, and everything seemed on track. He said he’d follow up with a bid — a simple next step. But after that visit, I never heard from them again. No update, no bid, no “we’re too busy,” no “we can’t take the job,” nothing. Just silence. I even asked Kory again for the quote, which is annoying in itself. I shouldn't have to chase businesses down to give them money. You earn it with follow-through and great service.

What’s frustrating is that the strong reviews gave me the impression this was a company that follows through. Instead, I ended up wasting time waiting for something they committed to delivering. And honestly, I’m tired of dealing with trades who say they’ll get back to you and then vanish. It slows down projects and creates unnecessary headaches for homeowners and contractors alike.

Maybe they’re overwhelmed. Maybe my job wasn’t a fit. But clear communication is the bare minimum — especially after coming out for a walkthrough. If you can’t or don’t want to take the project, just say so.

I wanted to have the same positive experience others had, but that wasn’t the case here.

Not just a repair. We got tips, tricks, and recommendations to keep things working right so big repairs don’t sneek up on us again. Today’s big repair was unforeseen and unbudgeted, I’m so grateful I knew of Revival and didn’t have to call the big company my husband used before because this would have easily been a $5,000+ repair. We paid a fraction of what we anticipated and we know we’re supporting a God fearing, well know and respected, local Plumber. The repair site was cleaned up and ready for me to resume my evening in just a couple hours. Highly recommend!

We had an extremely dangerous hot water tank failure two days before a major holiday. We called Cory and he came out first thing the next morning, even though it was so close to the holiday. He worked quickly, he happily answered all of my kids' questions, and he left everything clean and beautifully done. I've never had to call a plumber before this, but if I ever need one again, I know who will be my first call! There aren't many people who will cheerfully go above and beyond these days, but I'm thankful to have found a company who does.

Hawks is the best and only hvac company I would trust to do anything with my furnace and ac they came right out and got everything fixed very fast and trustworthy company I can’t say enough good things about this company and employees very professional

I’ve used Hawks Heating & Air multiple times, the first to change out a furnace and install a heat pump and the second time to install a mini split in my workshop. Every time we use them we are amazed at their knowledge and how good this company is! It’s hard to find a good honest company these days but so glad I found this one! Highly recommend!!!
