Of Course during the coldest days of the year the heating in my office stops working. I was referred to Hawks by another local home services company that does not provide heating work. I called and the dispatcher was super helpful. She took my info and called me back with in 5 minutes to give me an ETA. Hawks arrived to out office with in the hour. He was here for about 45 minutes. He immediately corrected the issue - walked thru the building checking every vent - explained to me what happened and then charged a fair rate for his work. We also run a home services business and I can t say enough how great this experience was from the fact that he was recommended by a respected colleague, the interaction with their office staff and their empathy to our situation, and their knowledge and skill in their trade. I will confidently recommend them in the future

From the initial consultation to the installation of my new HVAC system, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain all my options and helped me choose the best solution for my home. Brandon, the owner, even came out on a Sunday to finish up the install. We are traveling but we monitor our home daily, many times more than once. We noticed our house was not heating to the temperature we set during our absence. We contacted Hawk’s HVAC and had heat reestablished within a day. We are SUPER pleased with the work and the service. I highly recommend them.

Hawks replaced our furnace and installed central AC in my home at the same time for the best price by far. Their communication was amazing and they squeezed me into their schedule so I didn’t have to wait weeks for install. They answered all of my questions and quoted me for multiple options which was appreciated so I could make the best choice for my situation. Loved supporting a local small business and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work!

To begin with, we received confirmation of our appointment multiple times including the day before. These people make it almost impossible to forget your appointment and this was appreciated immensely.

So what about price? Well, we needed to have our 12" furnace air return replaced with a 14" unit and Dear Services quoted us the unbelievable price of $13,000. Optimal HVAC quoted us $5,000. Well, Hawk's completed the task in about two hours for less than $1,000 and that included sales tax.

Obviously, companies deserve to earn a respectable profit for their work, but there's a difference between good service and price gouging. Hawk's Heating strikes the perfect balance between rock-solid customer service/communication and affordability!

We’ve been so impressed with Hawk’s Heating and Air for all of our HVAC needs. We built a home in 2021, and Hawk’s thoughtfully designed an HVAC system for our complicated build that maximized energy efficiency. Since the build, Brandon has gone above and beyond to drop by and help us anytime we have questions (he even helped me set up the thermostat app on my phone) and walk us through system maintenance so we’re always running smoothly.
Recently, Hawk’s helped us install a wood burning stove in our basement. They did beautiful work and have proven to be reliable, consistently on time, and excellent at communication. Couldn’t recommend Hawk’s enough!

In the five years I’ve done business with Brandon/Jen, I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service, and professionalism. I wouldn’t do business with anyone else.

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the completion of service. We had to have our A/C unit it repaired, They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was the compressor, it stopped working.

We purchased a new home and had some questions/concerns about air flow, the included thermostat, etc. Hawk's, as with many HVAC companies, is very well booked, but fit us in within a few weeks time since we weren't having an outage.
Brandon arrived on time and was very detailed with the items he was going to check. He uncovered a few items that Hawk's will be remediating and also swapped our Honeywell thermostat with an Ecobee that we prefer.
It was our first interaction with Hawks Heating & Air, but I have no reason to fear future interactions. They've been exceedingly friendly, articulate, and honest. So far, so good!

Brandon and company did a great job of installing our garage heater. They were punctual, efficient with time and respectful of our house. His knowledge was reassuring. The best part was being able to support a small business in our community. Highly recommend his company

Such a great experience all around. Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable! He thoroughly inspected our gas fireplace, answered my questions and explained everything. We had a different company come out before who used scare tactics to attempt to “sell” us on a full replacement and remodel. Once Brandon was done with our inspection and cleaning I talked with him about the things the other company claimed were “wrong” with our fireplace and he took the time to really explain why the things I had been told weren’t the case at all. He had an opportunity to also sell me on a full replacement but instead he reassured me that our fireplace is in good working order and absolutely doesn’t need to be replaced. For his honesty and his knowledge, we will be using Hawks for all of our system maintenance moving forward (gas fireplace, HVAC, tankless water heater). Our fireplace is clean, functioning well and we are happy customers. When the time comes down the road that we do need a replacement, the only call I’ll be making is to Hawks. Thanks guys! Hawks heating and air team is professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They were able to work me in for an issue my gas fireplace was having and did a service at the same time. This is the second time I’ve used them and have been happy with their service both times.

Hawk's was wonderful to work with. Professional, friendly, and responsive. I had a mini-split system installed for the whole house. I love the mini split system. They explained things well and kept me updated on the progress. I would recommend Hawk's!

Jenn took the time to explain things and answer questions about PSE rebate. Branden explained the features of our new system. We love our new system. I would definitely use hawks for all my heating and cooling needs.

Our AC unit stopped working on a 90° day. I called and 2 hours later they were at my house. Replaced part of my furnace that had stopped working as well as an issue with the AC unit. They left and came back twice to get the needed parts to repair. AC was up and running within hours! I am beside myself impressed with the customer service and professionalism Hawks provides. I have had horrible experiences recently with Home Depot and contractors. Hawks confirmed why I will ALWAYS go local.
