I needed my front yard spigot replaced, and with such a busy schedule Cory was able to accommodate me in a timely manner. His professionalism and experience with plumbing made me feel like the job was being done by the very best in the business, and that is just that, he is the best in the business. Had the lead supervisor Corey out to test my backflow assembly. The state requires these be tested yearly to make sure our water supply doesn't become cross contaminated. Corey communicated well, was on time, clean, professional and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the subject. I will definitely be having him back for other larger projects. 5 stars may not be enough. I was unfortunate enough to have an emergency leak under my house about a week ago. Just didn’t know who to call so was able to get a referral from my son and people he works with and was sent to Cory and Kyle at Revival plumbing…Wow am I glad.
Thank you first off Cory for working with me and getting back to me so quickly.
Then sending his tech Kyle out ASAP!
The next day Kyle came out and looked over the situation. Determining that the pipes were of an older kind that were not being utilized any longer making it a bit more difficult to find. However he quickly took off to look for them, coming back almost immediately and replacing them. Then when he completed the job he made sure I knew he would be back in a week or two to check in and make sure everything was dry and still looked good!!
We discussed some other options as replacing the pipes.(because there is concern of the age of my pipes..) And even though they themselves do not do full replacements like this, he said they would walk through the process with me, making, sure that the people they referred me to gave me all the info I needed as well as working with my financial needs.
Couldn’t be happier.
