Constraction reviews in Burbank, Washington

Excellent business to work with. Rock Hard Drilling was able to come out right away to help us with our water emergency. Clay saved us thousands of dollars and we are very thankful for his service. We highly recommend Rock Hard Drilling for their high quality service, dependability and professionalism.

After searching other drillers, some that were as far out as 3-1/2 months Clay was able to squeeze me in within a couple days. My project was just supposed to be a 60’ we’ll blow out but ended up being 130’ deep due to no well log history. After the blow out we were still only getting 3-4 gallons per minute so Clay drilled down to 257 feet and found us 22 gallons per minute. He and Adam were kind, professional, super hard working and just overall good people! He was by far the most reasonable driller around and even set up a pump guy for me. He literally saved me thousands of dollars over going with someone else. I 100% recommend Rock Hard drilling for your well drilling needs. Thank you Clay for all you did for me and my family!

I just had my well installed this week by Clay and his crew outside of Spokane. Great service and communication the whole time! He even took the time to drive 2 hours to my property before the well was installed so I could show him the general area I wanted it. Very professional and trustworthy. Absolutely would recommend Rock Hard Drilling to anyone in the future!

Amazing people and amazing work,I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you, Clay and Adam, for working us in during the busy season and getting our home well back in service. I tried getting ahold of other local Drillers only to either be ignored or told no, they don't do 6" well casings. Clay was receptive and kept me informed before and during the process.
COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!!

Clay was such a delight to work with! We were in a crisis with our well situation and without water. He came within a few days of contacting him! I called several other companies getting quotes and time lines, he was the quickest to get to us and offered us a couple different choices. His pricing was EXTREMELY fair! He’s very knowledgeable and communicated every step of the process. I would hands down refer and recommend him and his company! He’s an all around hard working guy! Also as a bonus he removed an old unsightly well that had been in our yard for years! 100% recommend Clay, Adam and Rock Hard Drilling!

No good

Awesome work. Awesome service. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks

Completely unprofessional I’v been waiting a month for a quote on renovations of my garage and every time I call it goes straight to a voicemail that is not set up!!

Great people to work with. I can count on them from the start of the construction to finishes touches, paint, etc. you name it. They are my go to guys.

We are a builder in Cle Elum and we are always very happy with Golden Contractor Services.

I have used Golden Contractor Services for years. Leo and Isaac and their crew are absolutely the best.

Check out (quality of Adair reviews) on Facebook. This company did a lot of the work on my house witch has to be rebuilt. Golden state did such a poor job that everything they touched has to be replaced.

I been working with Golden contractor Services for the last five years and it been the most wonderful experience, excellent service, work timely done, very professional team. recommend all day!!!

The entire GCS team was very professional and responsive throughout our industrial project. They helped find a solution and executed flawlessly.

I have worked with Leo as a subcontractor to our business since 2017. I have zero hesitation recommending him as a professional and reputable contactor. He has always come through for us. CJ Lindquist.

Golden has been my go to insulation company for many years. They are professional and I know the job will be done right and on schedule. I highly recommend them.

Golden Contractor helped build my home in Pasco WA. Excellent quality of work their fast and responsive. Recommend Golden Contractor for small or big jobs.

Leo, and his team of professionals at GCS, are top notch! They are always competitive and responsive to our projects. The work is high quality and his guys are clean cut and professional on the jobsite. In the rare instance that a mistake or oversight happens, they are there to make it right. I highly recommend GCS for your next project.

We have used Golden Contractor Services for years. Their prices are fair and they are extremely responsive and keep the project on schedule, unlike so many other outfits out there. I have been very happy with their work and customer service.

We just had Golden Contractor Services fix an insulation omisson on our new build. They were super responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

GCS exceeded all of our expectations! From start to finish, the quality of their work was second to none. We hired them to fix several issues, and they expertly handled everything: insulation removal, new vapor barrier installation, siding replacement, window and house caulking, and adding a crawlspace vent.

We were particularly impressed by their attention to detail when installing the new vapor barrier—it was clear they were doing the job right, unlike the previous company. Leo was an incredible project lead, always responsive and full of valuable insight. The GCS team worked efficiently and professionally. We can't recommend them highly enough! They've earned a customer for life.

Also, I received quotes for several companies around the Tri-Cities area and GCS pricing was extremely fair and worth every penny.
