Constraction reviews in Burbank, Washington

I used Quality Backhoe Services (QBS) the first week of June 2022 and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, quality, speed and pricing. Following a remodel of this rental home when a long term tenant left, I was excited for the new tenants to enjoy the new finishes. The new tenants immediately reported the water was backing up into the tub & toilet when the laundry was run. A plumbing company discovered the sewer line was completely blocked from outside the house to the city main in the rear yard. Both ends were blocked as viewed by their pipe inspection camera. This company was scheduled 6 weeks out for a repair and that was too long given this is an investment property and the tenants need housing. They couldn't get the Project Manager there until 3 weeks later. That was not going to work and I contacted Luis Sanchez, the owner of QBS on a Friday, and he met me the next morning, on a Saturday!

Luis provided me a written quote the same day and was able to schedule me a week out and not 6. He even was able to start the job on a Monday when it was first thought he would be there mid-week. Luis understood the urgency of the tenants to move back into the home. I whole heartedly recommend Luis and his professional crew for sewer repairs and installations. Or, any other grading work you can convince him to do when he is not busy fixing a critically important function of a house, proper sewage disposal.

Luis and his crew were amazing to deal with! We had to install a new water meter and trench about 280 feet to install new water lines. From the start and all the way through the project Luis had the best communication of any company I have ever dealt with. This project had multiple complications from rock and roots to having to change direction in where we hooked up to the house. This never detoured his crew and they took the extra time needed to make sure it was done right. You can tell the pride that his crew takes in their work. I really appreciated the friendly positive attitude of all of his guys. I 100% would recommend you use them if you need some digging done.

Quality Backhoe Services came to my rescue! When nobody else (6 phone calls) was available to solve my water main leak, Quality Backhoe was at my door within 30 minutes of my call on a Friday at 3:30 pm. Even as this job continued to produce one unexpected leak after another, these guys just handled it. Professionalism, efficiency and, as their name states, Quality work! Thank you guys. I would recommend them to anyone in need of Quality Backhoe Services.

Awesome job by Quality Backhoe in repairing the irrigation leak on our property. Tricky situation with decades old concrete line next to the weir needing to be repaired. Highly recommend their services

Quality Backhoe Services installed a secondary sewer line for our home addition project. He and his crew were excellent. We were kept notified of each step of the job, they were prompt, reasonably priced, and the quality of the work was excellent. I can give them a supreme review.

We recently discovered a homeowner’s property, that we manage, was having sewer line issues all too familiar with many Richland residents. We contacted a few different companies to take a look and give the homeowner’s a bid for correcting the issue. Luis, and his team, were chosen to complete this job. We could not be happier!! Luis was very knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. We were informed throughout the process of what was going on, given photos and videos, copies of permits, etc. They started on time and finished as scheduled. Amazing company and people! Professional and friendly, always a smile and time to explain all steps along the way. Thank you all so much for making this such an easy, smooth process and making our home owners happy 😁

The guys did an AMAZING job & really cleaned up and spread gravel to restore the area. Needing to connect to sewer, while trying to prepare my house to put up for sale, was stressful. They made it as painless as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend them. One of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a contractor.

Luis and his crew wonderful. he worked very hard to figure out the best way to tackle our job that was also the most affordable. a they did a big job in a quick turnaround time and I highly recommend his business to anyone needing excavation. He’ll be the first i call. Thank you again Luis!

Great service performed the task in a really good time manner , really profesional I would reccomend!! Luis and his crew did a very great job at helping me add a city sewer to my home. 2nd time he helps me and i really recommend him he is very responsible and nice person

I was absolutely pleased with the quality preparation and stewardship of people that worked on this job for my mother. They came and did exactly what they said they would do without shortcuts and all property management was placed towards my benefit to customer. He was unable to do the patchwork at this time so he had an outside or come in and do it for him and he wasn't pleased with the job so on his own time and by his own word he's coming back to fix it I will leave an update I think this is an amazing man of preparation that prepares everything to be done properly and to please the customer. I would recommend him to do a job because He follows through and cleaned up everything is so neat ,and well done. We had a sewer hookup done and he did a beautiful job and I really appreciate his work.
I said I would be back and keep you posted, quality backhoe Services came through 100% came back and did the patchwork thank you quality backhoe service

I used Quality Backhoe to connect to the sewer line.Luis Sanchez is a very friendly, helpful man. He took care of every detail, even getting all the permits from the city. His work was excellent, his attitude great and the cost was better than I could find after 2 years of looking. I highly recommend his company for any backhoe work you need to have done.

I've known Luis Sanchez, Quality Backhoe Services for over six years. He has completed several projects that we have worked on together on my property. He has always been very prompt when called for an estimate and his quotes are always competitive or lower. He and his employees are very professional and respectful. Personally and for the property. When he gives you a time he thinks he will be able to start work and how long it will take, you can count on that to be true. He always keeps in touch and keeps you in the loop of what's going on.
I highly recommend Quality Backhoe Services, Luis Sanchez, as your "go to" company to do any dirt work or septic work.

Sincerely,

D. Keith Miland

Luis Sanchez of Quality Backhoe Services replaced my sewer line from the house ahead of schedule. He was on time for all our appointments and even left extra dirt for me to fill in some holes left by the paver stones. He managed to avoid my sprinklers and put the yard back with no damage. It was a very stressful time for me with tenants displaced but he made it way easier. The bill was even lower than expected. Thrilled!

Quality Backhoe Services did an excellent job hooking us up to city sewer when our septic landfill failed. They were honest, helpful and hard working. Our septic system failed the day before the snow storm of 2019 arrived and most other companies wouldn't provide price quotes until the weather improved. When I contacted Luis he knew we were in an "Emergency Situation" and started the work within 2 business days after contact. I would highly recommend this company.

Quality Backhoe Service is completely Amazing! They got back to my husband and I the same day we called for an estimate and got us on their books quickly! They showed up early to the appointment and got done with our project we needed their help with in a timely manner. They were very professional with every step and even took time to explain the process on what they were doing. Informed us every step of the way to what they were doing. They worked with us financially as well since this was during the pandemic. Luis who is the company owner and manager was wonderful and a very humble man. I would highly recommend them not just because of the price quality but because of their professionalism, understanding and kindness! They did a fantastic job and I would call them if we needed anymore help!

Luis did a fabulous job on our apartment driveways. He’s prompt, efficient and really knows his stuff. This was the third project he’s done for our properties (one was a complex sewer line involving right-of-way issues) and I highly recommend. To top it off, he’s a really nice guy.

What a great experience we had with Luis and his crew! Top notch professionals that did a fantastic job installing the sewer line for our new ADU!
He was able to squeeze us in on his tight schedule and able to have the city inspector come inspect the same day!
We are so happy we chose Luis to do the job! Experience matters and he’s the best of the best! We highly recommend his services!

Had Quality Backhoe Services out for a sewer line installation, they did amazing. Great time management getting the job done, and finish product was AMAZING. Highly satisfied and highly recommend them!

Luis and his crew are the best! They are 100% professional and they honestly care about their customers. Luis did a preliminary walk-through with me regarding a new sewer line, and he explained the process and how my yard would be affected. Everything he told me was exactly as it happened. He also did a walk-through when the job was complete, making sure I knew what they had done. These guys really know their business and they left my yard in better shape than it was when they started. I would absolutely recommend them!

If there were a 10 star rating, they’d score a 10. Great company to do business with!!! Great work, on time, very conscientious, and I will DEFINITELY use them again should the need arise!!!!!!!

The service is fabulous. Luis and his staff go above the standard level of service to provide customer education and answer questions. This company stands behind thier work with a warranty. In addition, they are responsive. They fixed my water issues with same day service before a Holiday weekend.
